No Parma Deal For Roma's Christian Panucci Yet - Agent
The agent has revealed his client has not reached an agreement with any team just yet...
Reports earlier this morning claimed the Ducali and the Giallorossi were fighting it out over the veteran stopper whose contract with the Roman side expires this summer. However, Damiani has revealed negotiations are still on-going, and it will take some time before a deal can progress as the player is still on his holidays.
"There is not team close to closing a deal," Damiani told Violanews.com
"The player will return from his holidays next week and we will not make a decision until then.
"Fiorentina? There are plenty of teams on him including Parma, but I have never said a deal was done. We have to wait for Panucci to return, and then we will evaluate offers."
Roma have not moved to offer their man a renewal which suggests he will be leaving once his deal expires at the end of the month.
