Juventus seem to have decided who will be their main transfer market target for the full-back position this summer: Udinese's right-back Marco Motta.
The player is currently on loan at Roma, following his move to the capital city side in January, and i Lupi still have the possibility of signing him in a co-ownership deal with the Friulani.
The Giallorossi have 12 more days to exercise this first-option clause and, for this reason, Juventus have to wait for developments.
In fact, if Roma do not make any offer or refuse this first-option clause, then the Old Lady would be able to make a move for the 23-year-old player.
However, his agent, Bruno Carpeggiani, made it clear that his client will only join Juventus if he is given enough space in the first team.
"I must first speak with [Alessio] Secco," he declared to news-roma.com.
"Because the player wants to understand how much space he would have in the new team."
In the season that just came to an end, Motta played 14 games with Udinese and 13 Serie A matches with Roma.
He was also been called up to the Italian senior squad for the recent games against Montenegro and the Republic of Ireland.
