The likes of Andrea Pirlo and Alexandre Pato have been strongly linked with a switch to Stamford Bridge to rejoin Ancelotti in the English Premier League.
Despite these rumours, the new coach of the Rossoneri, Leonardo, has stressed that neither play will be leaving the club, as he has no intentions of letting them go.
“They will not leave Milan, as both of them are very important for my team,” Leonardo assured in an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“They are key players, especially Pirlo, who has been essential to this side for many years in the past.
“To put it simply, they are both untouchable.”
Hopefully for Milan’s sake, Leonardo’s words are enough to put a halt to the rumours surrounding the duo's future.
