Barcelona Coach Pep Guardiola Invited Me To The CL Final - Carlo Mazzone
One of Italy's most famous coaches will be Guardiola's guest in tonight's final...
Guardiola played under Mazzone during his spell at Brescia during the 2001-02 season. The two are still very close and the Italian coach will be the Spaniard's guest this evening.
Mazzone reveals he didn't believe it at first, thinking it was a joke.
"I received a call and I was invited to the Champions League final at the Olimpico," Mazzone told Rai.
"I said 'who's calling?' and he said 'It's me, Pep Guardiola'.
"I thought it was someone just joking around at first, and then I realised. I am really moved by it. Pep was marvellous."
