Genoa president Enrico Preziosi has announced that Inter midfielder Ricardo Quaresma and striker Hernan Crespo will join his side ahead of next season's Europa League campaign.

Having let Diego Milito and Thiago Motta head for the Nerazzurri, the Grifoni will replace those players with the Portuguese ace and the Argentinean hitman.

Quaresma is likely to arrive on a co-ownership deal from the champions, while Crespo is to join them on a free transfer as his contract with the Milanese side expires in June.

"There is an agreement [for Quaresma]," Preziosi told Sportmediaset.it.

"We will buy half of his rights for €10 million. What does [coach Gian Piero] Gasperini think? He hugged me when I spoke to him about Quaresma."

Reports suggest Genoa are trying to capture Inter-owned striker Robert Acquafresca on a permanent deal, however, voices claim he will be sent out on loan once the Grifoni have his rights.
