Daniele De Rossi: I Will Not Leave Roma
The midfield machine has made it clear that his future lies with the Giallorossi and that not even a bad season will make him change his mind.
Daniele De Rossi has declared his undying love for Roma and confirmed that he has no intention of leaving the club.
The Giallorossi's season was a disappointing one, but not even that will make him change his mind, according to De Rossi.
"Every year at Roma, around April or May, the rumours start spreading around," explained the midfielder to Sportmediaset.it.
"I'm very calm: I entrust my future to this shirt. A negative season will not make me change my mind, at least not to me.
"From the placing and results point of view, we did not do well, but not everything must be thrown away. In Europe we did well like against Arsenal, and in the league we were able to play great games at San Siro against Inter and Milan."
Roma qualified for the Europa League last weekend thanks to the win against Milan, as they now stand in sixth place with 60 points from 37 games played.
