The Rossoneri handed the Scudetto to Inter last weekend, with a disappointing 2-1 defeat away to Udinese; however, things are better on a personal front for the 19-year-old, as he recently announced his engagement to his girlfriend, actress Sthefany Brito.
It has been reported at times this year that the pair were set to separate due to the difficulty associated with their long-distance relationship, but these rumours have now been quashed with the news that the Milan man has asked his girlfriend to take his hand in marriage.
According to the latest reports from Datasport.it, Pato delivered the news to his soon-to-be bride in front of both of their parents, in order to follow the ancient values that he truly respects.
He asked for the hand of Sthefany, and after receiving the consent of his and her parents, he made the news public, sharing it with his friends and the supporters of the club.
The reports go on to suggest that Pato would like to be married within the next 12 months, and all that remains to be seen now is where the marriage will take place: under the caliente sun in Brazil or in the shadow of the Madonna.
