"I will not be a coach," declared the club skipper to Sky.
"I am living through a very serene moment and will be taking a long vacation until the end of September."
Meanwhile, the former Italian international is certain that coach Carlo Ancelotti will remain with the club for the immediate future.
"He feels at home in Milan. Everything suggests he will be confirmed [for next season]," he concluded.
The 40-year-old has nearly 900 appearances in all competitions throughout his career since making his debut for the club back in 1985. His father Cesare, who also played for Milan, eventually became coach of the club and the Italian national team. However, it appears that the current Rossoneri player does not wish to follow in his footsteps.
