Zambrotta does not trust the Bianconeri’s current poor form and believes that his former team will give the Rossoneri a tough challenge when they face each other on Sunday evening in matchday 35.

Milan wing-back Gianluca Zambrotta believes that the final four league games will be quite difficult for his side since all the teams they will be facing are fighting for an important objective.

The Rossoneri will start off against Juventus and this will be a fundamental game with regard to the second place in the standings.

“These will be four very difficult games because these are all teams who are fighting to reach the UEFA Cup [Europa League] or to reach the preliminary round of the Champions League,” declared the former Juventus player to Milan Channel.

“The wins always give morale, then apart from positive results, we are also playing well and this leads [us] to think more positively than before. We are better also in condition, this is an important fact and we hope to maintain this physical form until the end of the season.”

“The Juventus game is an important one for us and it will be difficult because Juventus are a team who never give up, it will be tough.”

Milan will go into this clash with a four-point advantage over Juventus, and obtaining a positive result here will almost certainly guarantee them the second place in the Serie A standings.
