Clarence Seedorf Enjoyed Milan's 5-2 Win Against Hungarian XI
The Rossoneri had a good training match, according to the Dutchman, as they romped to victory in a friendly in Budapest.
Milan midfielder Clarence Seedorf found the net his team eased to a 5-2 friendly win over a Hungarian selection on Wednesday evening.
Seedorf saw this game as a valuable hit-out for the team ahead of the final sprint in Serie A, with the Rossoneri aiming to obtain the second place in the standings.
"It was an evening of joy," commented the Dutch player to Milan Channel. "This match, aside from being good training, was also useful to have fun.
"Scoring goals for me is always a pleasure, but what counts more is always the work of the team.
"Scoring five goals is also good for the spectacle. The only bad part of the evening, perhaps, was that the pitch was hard and slippery."
This has not been not Seedorf's best season at Milan. He has made 27 league appearances and scored five goals, but has often been criticised by his own fans for his on-pitch performances.
