Juventus were 2-0 winner over Palermo in Sicily on Saturday, a match that was significant as David Trezeguet killed off the match by scoring the Bianconeri's second goal.

The Frenchman has missed a majority of the season through injury, but found the back of the net for the first time in this Serie A campaign against the Rosanero, playing all 90 minutes of the match.

Juventus have an upcoming Champions League match at Stamford Bridge against Chelsea and Trezeguet is convinced he is capable of playing a crucial role.

"It was important for me to play through the entire match, as well as to score. The victory is good for our morale and now I have made the coaches job more difficult, as he must choose who to play," the former Monaco hitman told Calciomercato, insisting he could play alongside any of the Bianconeri strikers.

"I am in good physical shape and am ready for Chelsea."

Despite the 31-year-old's enthusiasm, the most recent reports still indicate that captain Alessandro Del Piero and Brazilian Amauri will be the pair to start up-front at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday.
