The referee blows his whistle to call time on a fantastic second half! Werder Bremen can feel aggrieved not to have recieved a penalty, but in truth, Bayern were the better side! It's been an interesting affair, with a bit of everything. Strange refereeing decisions, four goals, a red card. Thrilling game! Thankyou for following on Goal.com!

Two minutes of added time here.

3-1, and this game's finished! Mueller and Klose break through 2-on-1 with the keeper, thanks to some sloppy defending from Werder, Mueller lays it off for Klose as Wiese rushes off his line, and Klose nets it with ease. Would have been harder to miss.

Bayern on the attack here, shifting the ball onto the left flank for Klose, who plays a nice cross in, but Mertesacker wins the battle in the air and clears.
A moment to reflect on that sketchy looking penalty tht wasn't called. Several replays confirm it was definitely, 100% handball. It didn't touch any other part of Gustavo's body, and Bremen were robbed of a penalty by that strange decision!
Robben blasts the freekick horribly wide! Good news for Bayern though as Gomez looks fine.
Freekick for Bayern, as Robben plays a great ball through to Gomez, who is brought down by Prodl. He's still down and looks to be struggling somewwhat.

This game has had a burst of energy thrown into by that opening goal, as Bayern push to try and equalise, but produce nothing noteworthy.

Another freekick for Bayern now as Bargfrede commits a handball, and the freekick is crossed straight to Wiese in the Werde net.
Good chance for Bayern goes begging, as a Robben freekick finds Thomas Mueller who was called offside. Unlucky for him, as he was actually onside when the ball was played. Still, assistant calls it offside.
