90' + 5'
Full-time! And it’s finished Swansea 1-1 Chelsea. Moses’ headed effort is cancelled out by Pablo Hernandez’ fantastic strike late-on. You have to say that a draw is a fair result, as both sides enjoyed a lot of possession but neither really managed to convert it into clear chances. Chelsea lose their spot at the top of the table to Manchester United.
90' + 4'
Yellow Card Itay Shechter
90' + 4'
Chance for Swansea! De Guzman breaks clear of the Chelsea defence and cuts in from the right. He chips the ball towards Graham, but Ivanovic heads clear.
90' + 2'
Graham does well to clear the corner, and Swansea break with three against three. Hernandez turns to wait for more Swans players, not wanting to risk giving up possession.
90' + 1'
Yellow Card Ki Sung-Yueng
90' + 1'
Four minutes of stoppage time at the Liberty, as the home support continue to urge their side forwards. Chelsea win a corner.
Goal Pablo Hernández
Goal! And just as I was saying that Chelsea may not be safe, Swansea equalise! It's record-signing Pablo Hernandez who gets it, as Shechter pokes to ball to the Spaniard on the edge of the area and he carefully guides it into the bottom corner of Petr Cech's goal. Swansea 1-1 Chelsea!
Some good possession from Chelsea, as the visitors roll the ball around the midfield areas effortlessly. Roberto Di Matteo will not be sitting comfortably yet, however, as the Swans could easily snatch an equaliser.
Hernandez does well on the left to beat Azpilicueta before cutting inside and finding De Guzman. Hazard brings the Dutchman down, but the resulting free-kick comes to nothing as Williams is given offside.
Yellow Card Jonathan De Guzmán
Yellow card for De Guzman. Ramires does well to dispossess Ki and feed the ball to Torres. The Spaniard knocks it on to Hazard, who is brought down by the Dutchman. He kicks the ball away in frustration and earns a yellow card for his troubles.
Some more slow play from Swansea in the Chelsea half allows the visitors to mount a counter-attack. Hazard breaks down the right and crosses towards Torres, but Monk clears acrobatically.
Change for Swansea, as Michu is withdrawn for Israeli international Shechter. The visitors also make a change, as Oscar makes way for Bertrand.
Chelsea trying to play the ball out casually from the back, but Cahill very nearly gets caught in possession. He manages to find Cech and the keeper hoofs the ball clear. The rain is absolutely flooding down here in Wales!
An chorus of boos erupt in the Liberty Stadium, as Hazard challenges Davies clumsily but manages to escape without a booking.
Cech nearly caught out, as Dyer's attempted cross flies straight towards the Chelsea goal. The Czech keeper looks as though he could have caught the ball, but turns it over for a corner.
Substitution coming up for Chelsea. Daniel Sturridge is coming on for goal-scorer Victor Moses as the Blues look to kill off the game.
Much better from Swansea, as this time they do manage to test Petr Cech. Rangel links up well with Dyer before finding De Guzman on the edge of the box. The Dutchman strikes at goal but Cech saves comfortably.
Good piece of play from the visitors, as Oscar is lucky to win the ball from Ki. He plays a neat one-two with Hazard before running into the box. He finds the Belgian again, but Williams prevents him from getting his shot away.
Credit to the home support, as they maintain a deafening level of noise even at 1-0 down. They're really getting behind their side here this afternoon.
It looks as though Graham will lead the Swans' line, with Michu dropping back into the midfield alongside Hernandez, Dyer and De Guzman. Definitely an attacking move from Michael Laudrup.
But it's a poor effort from the Dutchman, as he opts for power but gets it all wrong. Two substitutions for the home side, as Britton makes way for Danny Graham and Routledge makes way for Nathan Dyer.
Free-kick in a dangerous position for the hosts, as Ki is brought down by Moses on the edge of Chelsea's penalty area. De Guzman stands over the ball...
Assist Gary Cahill
Goal Victor Moses
GOAL! The resulting corner finally beats the first man, and finds the head of Gary Cahill. The centre-back heads the ball towards Moses, who nods the ball into the net. Swansea 0-1 Chelsea.
And it's Hazard who strikes it and forces a great save from Tremmel high to his left.
Another Chelsea free-kick, as Oscar turns away from Britton and is brought down by the Swans midfielder. Hazard and Mikel stand over the ball...
Great play from Swansea, as De Guzman and Rangel exchange passes down the right. The ball eventually breaks for Michu in the centre of the penalty area, but Cech gets down bravely to claim the ball at the Spaniard's feet.
Moses is forced to run back towards his own goal with the ball and, in an attempt to find Oscar, passes straight to Britton. The midfielder tries to release Michu, but mis-hits his pass out of play.
Chance for Swansea! Britton threads a fantastic ball through to Michu, who can't manage to get a shot off before Cahill intercepts. The ball falls to Hernandez, who instantly slots a ball in for Routledge behind Ashley Cole. The Chelsea left-back does well to recover and make the challenge.
Two chances in quick succession for the visitors. This time Torres chips the ball to Moses at the far post, but the former Wigan man headers wide. Roberto Di Matteo will be pleased with his side's start to the half.
Chance for Chelsea! Hazard exchanges passes with Moses before cutting in from the left and running along the edge of the box. He eventually gets a shot off, but Tremmel manages to save comfortably.
We're seeing a lot more urgency from the Blues here, as Swansea are forced to loft the ball out of defence instead of playing their way out of trouble.
Bright start from the visitors, as Azpilicueta dribbles down the right and forces a corner. But it's another poor cross which fails to beat the first man.
Swansea get the game underway. And there's been a change, as Ramires has come on for Romeu.
@esperanzaOryims is calling for Ramires to enter the fray, while @BISHVDEEP would like to see Marko Marin make an appearance. The second half is just moments away!
And don't forget, as I mentioned earlier, Manchester United have displaced Chelsea at the top of the table after beating Arsenal 2-1 in today's early kick-off.
Here are some of the Premier League half-time scores from around the country this afternoon! Fulham 1-0 Everton, Norwich 1-0 Stoke, Sunderland 0-0 Aston Villa, Tottenham 0-0 Wigan
@titanium_spirit thinks that Chelsea needed an early goal to settle their nerves, while @demmydy thinks that the Blues have enough about them to see off the Swans. Stay with us for the second half to see whether these guys are right.
Remember to keep your tweets coming to @alfiemeekings throughout the match. Will Swansea find a goal? Should Di Matteo think about a change? I want to hear your views!
45' + 1'
Half-time! And it’s the hosts who will be the happier of the two sides, as they’ve enjoyed a lot of possession so far. Michael Laudrup will be urging his team to be a little more clinical in the final third. Meanwhile, Roberto Di Matteo’s side are really missing the incision of Juan Mata. If the Blues don’t find a goal soon, expect some changes.
Half-chance for Chelsea, as Torres and Hazard break from a Swansea attack. The Spaniard looks a little sluggish however, and allows Monk to get across to make a good challenge.
Swansea do well to work their way out of a tight situation, and Leon Britton is at the heart of everything for the hosts. Routledge tries to go past Azpilicueta, but shows too much of the ball to Romeu.
Yellow Card César Azpilicueta
And just minutes from out first booking, we now have our second. Azpilicueta makes a rash challenge on Davies half way inside the Swans' half. A little sign of the youngster's inexperience there.
Hazard floats the resulting free-kick towards Ivanovic and Cahill, who are both lurking near the back post. The cross is a little long for both, however, and the ball rolls out of play for a goal-kick.
Yellow Card Leon Britton
Much better from Chelsea, as Hazard starts to work his way into the game. After exchanging a couple of neat passes with Moses, the Belgian is eventually brought down by Britton, who receives a yellow card for his troubles.
De Guzman proving to be a problem for the Chelsea midfield here, as he is brought down again minutes after Mikel's challenge by a clumsy Torres tackle.
Mikel very fortunate not to pick up a yellow card, as referee Kevin Friend opts for a stern word in the Nigerian's ear instead. De Guzman got the wrong side of the midfielder before being hauled to the floor by the Chelsea man.
Hazard wins a dubious free-kick, as Monk appears to have been penalised for a fair challenge on the Belgian. The ball is lofted into the box, but Swansea get the ball clear.
A huge roar of "handball" erupts from the home fans, as Hernandez chips the ball onto Ashley Cole. Replays show that the referee was right to let play go on, as it clearly caught the left-back in the stomach.
Swansea moving the ball well again, but they are still overworking their attack. De Guzman has a number of opportunities to cross, but elects to pass short instead. The Swans are somewhat fortunate to eventually win a corner.
Chance for Chelsea! Torres does brilliantly to control the ball with his chest on the edge of the hosts' penalty area, before turning and playing Moses in behind Davies. The former Wigan man crosses towards Torres, but he can only header straight into the hands of Tremmel. Better from the visitors.
Fantastic bit of play from Davies, as he manages to escape the attentions of both Mikel and Romeu near the halfway line. He drives towards the Chelsea goal before seeking out Michu, but the Spaniard is offside.
The visitors just can't find their rhythm at the moment, and the midfield are certainly missing Mata. They manage to break up a Swans attack and launch one of their own, before Torres plays a loose pass which Davies intercepts.
Great play from Swansea, although Michael Laudrup may be disappointed that his side are not testing Petr Cech more. Britton and Hernandez move the ball beautifully around the edge of the Chelsea penalty area, but the Spaniard is eventually forced wide by Ashley Cole.
Cheers from the home fans, as Ashley Cole attempts to latch on to a pass which bounces off the referee and heads out of play for a Swans goal-kick.
Chance for Swansea! Hernandez chips a delightful pass over the Chelsea defence towards Michu. The Spaniard tries to send the ball towards goal, but can't make clean contact. Chelsea goal-kick.
Better from Chelsea. Cahill breaks up a Swansea attack and feeds Moses down the left. The former Wigan man beats Rangel and races into the box, but Monk gets across to make the challenge. Ivanovic nearly connects with the resulting corner, but the ball narrowly evades the Serbian.
The Swans are very much in this game, as they enjoy a good spell of possession in the Chelsea half before Cole is forced to knock the ball out for a throw. They'll have to be wary of the Blues' counter-attacking threat, but the hosts look comfortable at the moment.
It's Oscar, but he can't clear the wall and the hosts break. Routledge races down the right and eventually wins a corner off Cole. However, the Blues get organised quickly and manage to head the ball to safety.
Free-kick in a dangerous position, as Oscar is brought down by Britton 25 yards from the Swansea goal. With Mata and Luiz both missing, Ivanovic and Oscar stand over it...
Chance for Swansea! Hernandez plays Angel in behind Cole, but instead of shooting the full-back tries to find Michu in the middle. Chelsea clear and look to capitalise on the break, but Moses' attempted one-two with Hazard goes out for a goal kick.
Early mistake by Romeu in midfield. The Blues keep possession from kick-off, rolling the ball around casually, before the Spaniard mis-kicks a pass straight to Michu in the Chelsea half.
Chelsea get the action underway!
The teams are out on the pitch for the pre-match handshakes. Minutes away from kick-off, stay tuned!
A reminder that Manchester United’s 2-1 victory over Arsenal in today’s early kick-off means that they replace Chelsea at the top of the Premier League table. Can the Blues clinch victory to regain the top spot? Or will Swansea manage to claim a share of the points? Tweet me your views @alfiemeekings.
For the visitors, it’s a first ever Premier League start for Cesar Azpilicueta, as he steps in at right-back allowing Ivanovic to partner Cahill in central defence. Swansea will be relieved to see that Chelsea’s star man, Juan Mata, will not feature after failing to recover from a hamstring injury.
No real surprises for the Swans, although Chico Flores misses out after failing a late fitness test on a dead leg picked up midweek. Garry Monk comes in to partner Williams at centre-back.
And Roberto Di Matteo’s side: Cech; Azpilicueta, Ivanovic, Cahill, Cole; Romeu, Mikel; Moses, Oscar, Hazard; Torres. - subs: Turnbull, Ferreira, Bertrand, Ramires, Piazon, Marin, Sturridge.
The teams are in. Here is how the hosts will look today: Tremmel, Rangel, Monk, Williams, Davies; Ki, Britton; Routledge, De Guzman, Hernandez; Michu. Subs: Cornell, Tate, Tiendalli, Dyer, Agustien, Graham, Shechter.
