Wasn't overly tested in goal, however the keeper was left trailing when Manu took the ball round in early. Fortunately for him the striker couldn't score.
Booked. Caught in the confusion of slack play happening around him.
Got forward down the right flank in the first-half to good effect and was very unlucky for the ball to hit his hand for the penalty.
The defender on loan from Barcelona was in fine form in the first period, cleaning and tracking the intelligent runs of Manu and Miku. But somewhat fell to pieces in the second. Loose marking and poor finishing going forward cost the team.
Gave Miku far too much space to apply the second goal. His passing and tackling was off key all night.
Showed grit and determination to supply the cross for the opening goal and almost got on the scoresheet himself. Faded in the midfield tussle as the game drifted away from Sevilla.
Lively and creative going forward but somewhat sacrificed defensive duties in doing so.
Looked danerous with the ball at his feet but the winger's crossing could have been more accurate.
The highlight of the African midfielder's game was a first-half run. A steady performance gradually went cold.
Had a goal disallowed but didn't threaten the visiting keeper as much as he would have wanted.
The Mali international was his usual self, working back and forward to help his team. Rewarded with a simple finish in the first-half.
Did well but was forced mainly into making routine saves. A confident showing.
Struggled at times in the opening 45 minutes against the energy of Capel but looked more and more assured as the game wore on.
Booked for a sliding tackle on Zokora, as the Ivorian tried to burst in on goal but kept Negredo and company at bay for the most part. It was the defender's header than won the penalty to spark the comeback.
Failed to clear the cross which led to the goal but otherwise a solid display up against a dangerous duo in attack.
Caught out a few times by Perotti but did a reasonable job at left-back. Roamed forward and tried his luck with a couple of awkward looking pot-shots.
Showed some silky touches and composed play.
Looked a threat even in the first-half when Sevilla were dominant. Sealed the win with a thunderbolt.
Bullied out by Zokora and Romaric in the first-half but grew in confidence with his side in the second to help drive his team to victory.
When involved in the build up his crossing was excellent; set-up Miku's goal with a looped cross. His pace and directness caused problems and he looked unhappy at being replaced.
Manu del Moral
Stepped up to convert a penalty and could have scored just before that. A thorn in the side of the Sevilla defence.
His passing early on was crisp and precise, setting Manu clean through on goal right at the start of the match. Struck the bar with one chance before grabbing the lead for his team with a fine touch and finish.
