GOAL! THOMAS MULLER! Alaba managed to dispose of Fuchs down the right, plays a one-two with Ribery, who crossed for Muller, who finished with a deft touch from inside the box.
TYMOSHCHUK! Some neat play by Kroos sees the Ukrainian in great position to shoot, and he does so, forcing a good save from Fahrmann, who smother the ball at the second attempt.
Petersen is replaced by David Alaba, meaning Thomas Muller will now play as Bayern Munich's only striker upfront.
GREAT PLAY BY KROOS! The midfielder strikes the ball well from outside the box, but the shot is smothered by Fahrmann.

HUNTELAAR! Ribery misplaces a pass from the centre of the pitch, and inadvertently releases the Netherlands international outside the penalty area, but the ex-Real Madrid strikes the ball wide.
KROOS! The Germany international was picked out just outside the box, and hit a low finish first time, but his powerful shot missed to the left.
Schalke try to strike back immediately through Uchida on the right flank. Throw-in for the Royal Blues near the corner flag.
GOAL! PETERSEN OPENS THE SCORING! Franck Ribery broke free through the centre, went on a scintillating 30-yard run before releasing the ex-Energie Cottbus man with a sublime ball. In turn the youngster managed to slip the ball past Fahrmann on his second attempt after he saw his initial finish blocked.

CLOSE FOR SCHALKE! A long throw-in from Uchida catches Bayern Munich's defence by surprise as the ball nearly gets to Klass-Jan Huntelaar and Raul. Boateng controls it, but inexplicably blasts it in Kluge's right foot, which results in an offside.
Yet another foul as Rafinha brings down Kluge on the right flank. It has hardly been an eye-pleasing game so far.
BADSTUBER! The centre-half sent an inviting free-kick in the box, and it nearly caught Fahrmann by surprise, but the ex-Eintracht Frankfurt man pulled off a superb block to save his goal.
Schweinsteiger on the end of a very tough challenge by Jefferson Farfan, who is lucky to escape a booking here as he lunged recklessly in the feet of the Germany vice-captain.
The crowd is demanding a booking for Ribery as the Frenchman gave Kagawa a slight push as the two players were challenging for a pass on the flank.
The game is becoming a bit scrappy as both teams look a bit too eager to win the ball, and there have been a lot of fouls.
Ribery and Muller exchange passes on the left, and the Frenchman earns a corner on the right. This set-piece, however, results in nothing.
Peer Kluge receives a yellow card for a completely needless lunge on Toni Kross, who struggles on the ground, but seems like he is going to be alright after all.
