IT'S ALL OVER HERE IN GENOA! The referee blows his full-time whistle and Sampdoria secure a stunning 2-1 win. Fiorentina looked to be heading for victory with just 10 minutes remaining, but two quick-fire goals from Ziegler and Cassano totally turned the match on its head. The pressure on Fiorentina head coach Sinisa Mihajlovic intensifies as his team could potentially fall to bottom of the Serie A table depending on results elsewhere. Goodbye from me, but remember to stay with us here on goal.com for all the best match reaction.

Fiorentina look desperate now and are firing long balls into the box.
90' + 1'
We enter injury time here at the Luigi Ferraris. Can Sampdoria hold on to, or even extend, their lead. We shall see in the next few minutes as the fourth official signals five minutes of added on time.
Fiorentina look absolutely crushed by the way the match has gone and have struggled to string any sort of coherent move together since conceding the second goal.
A frustrated Marchionni gives away a free-kick down on the Fiorentina left as Cassano and his Sampdoria teammates hold the ball up in order to run down the clock.
Sampdoria hero Cassano is booked for removing his shirt during his wild goal celebrations.
Yellow Card Antonio Cassano
Sampdoria have hit Fiorentina with a stunning two goal salvo to totally turn the match on its head. On the balance of play, Sampdoria certainly deserved a share of the spoils, but they will be absolutely delighted to take the lead.
Assist Guido Marilungo
Goal Antonio Cassano
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! CASSANO SCORES! 2-1 Sampdoria. Antonio Cassano drifts past one man, then another and cuts back on himself before wrong-footing Frey by rolling the ball down the centre of the goal to give his side a stunning lead.
Goal Reto Ziegler
Yellow Card Felipe
GGGOOOOOOOOOAAAAAALLLL!!! Sampdoria equalise. Ziegler fires an unstoppable free-kick past Frey from fully 35 yards to make it 1-1. It is much deserved, you must say.
Sampdoria manager Di Carlo makes an offensive change by replacing a midfielder, Tissone, with a forward, Guido Marilungo.
Sampdoria look the far hungrier side here. Fiorentina have the look of a team that are simply hanging on to what they have.
Cassano is starting to take the game by the scruff of the neck and stands up a delightful cross for Pazzini, after strong play on the right wing. Pazzini demonstrates superb technique to meet the cross with an angled volley but is off target with the effort.
Tissone does superbly well to track Cerci's lung-bursting run and eventually dispossesses the Fiorentina wide-man in his own box.
The Pazzini versus Natali battle is starting to intensify as both players face up to each other in an aggressive manner. The Sampdoria striker is extremely fortunate not to receive a second caution after he grabs his opponents face during their heated exchange.
Yellow Card Alberto Gilardino
A WILD FINISH! Pazzini does superbly well to spin Natali and manufacture space in the six-yard box, but he smashes a wild shot high over the crossbar with only Frey to beat. He should have at least hit the target there.
Fiorentina replace Ljajic - who had actually returned to the action - with Alessio Cerci.
Cassano holds his head in sheer anguish as he meets Ziegler's in swinging corner with his shoulder three yards from goaland the ball drifts inches wide of Frey's right-hand post. It would surely have ended up in the net if Cassano had made a clean connection with his head.
The corner kick is delayed, however, as Ljajic is stretchered from the field with what looks like a serious injury.
Cassano holds the ball up down by the by-line and does well to win a corner in a tight situation.
Yellow Card Giampaolo Pazzini
Pazzini appears to have been fouled in the box by Natali. However, the referee does not see it that way and waves away Sampdoria's claims. Pazzini is apoplectic and recives a caution for his wild protestations.
Another change on the Fiorentina left as Nikola Gulan is replaced at left-back by Felipe.
Tissone's poor day continues as he skies a shot miles over the crossbar after Cassano had neatly laid the ball off to him on the edge of the box. Cassano is visibly frustrated by his teammate's effort.
Yet another foul by Tissone. This time, he trips Ljajic as he glides past him. Surely he should have been cautioned by now.
In a complete reversal of the first half, Sampdoria are dominating the opening stages of the second 45 minutes. Koman almost makes an immediate impact when he bursts onto the ball on the right-hand side, but Frey produces another fine stop to block the Hungarian's angled finish.
And he has been replaced. Pietro Accardi takes Luccini's place in central defence in a straight swap.
Stefano Lucchini looks to be in some discomfort. The Sampdoria defender is clutching his right knee and may have to be replaced by Domenico Di Carlo.
Sampdoria have made a change at the interval, replacing Franco Semioli with Hungarian internationalist Vladimir Koman.
The teams re-emerge and the second half kicks-off.
45' + 1'
The referee blows the half-time whistle and Fiorentina hold a precious 1-0 lead at the break. La Viola have dominated for large swathes of the first half, but Sampdoria have had their moments, too, and have only been denied an equaliser by some superb goalkeeping from Sebastien Frey. Join us at 16.00 CET to find out if the home side can stage a much needed comeback.
There will be one minute of added time.
Tissone is lucky to escape without a caution after a terrible lunging tackle on Marchionni in the centre of the park. Tissone's second foul in a couple of minutes.
Sampdoria are losing their composure a little here and have given Fiorentina several free-kicks in a two-minute spell.
Yellow Card Stefano Lucchini
Yellow Card Angelo Palombo
It's an eventful minute for Sampdoria captain Palombo as he is cautioned for a foul.
Angelo Palombo's visionary pass almost finds Guberti in the box, but the ball is slightly heavy and drifts out of play for a goal kick.
Another great save by Frey. This time he denies Cassano with a breathtaking stop as he throws himself forward to block the Sampdoria's delicate dinked effort.
However, i Blucerchiati are forcing their way back into the match, with Semioli beginning to look lively on the right-wing.
We're half an hour into the match here at the Luigi Ferraris and Fiorentina lead 1-0. La Viola have been the better side for the majority of the match, but will surely miss recently departed wide-man Juan Vargas, who has been an hugely influential figure up until his withdrawal.
A huge blow for Sinisa Mihajlovic as he is forced to replace the injured, and hugely influential, Juan Manuel Vargas with substitute Manuel Pasqual.
Fiorentina have a free-kick 30 yards from goal, slightly to the right of the box. Vargas stands over the ball and elects to shoot but his effort is off target.
STUNNING SAVE! Frey springs to his left to flick Pazzini's powerful header to safety. Franco Semioli's swinging cross from the right was superb. The Sampdoria wide-man must continue with this sort of supply if his side are to find a way back into this match.
The last five to ten minutes has been a very encouraging spell for the home side. Their best of the match so far, in fact.
Giampaolo Pazzini fires an acrobatic overhead kick over the crossbar after Tissone's first-time volley was blocked. The goal would not have stood, however, as Pazzini was flagged offside.
Yellow Card Cesare Natali
Sampdoria Swiss left-back Reto Ziegler has a speculative shot from 35 yards but the ball sails over the crossbar.
Cesare Natali is cautioned for failing to retreat at a free-kick.
A well worked Sampdoria moved ends with Fernando Tissone taking a shot on goal from the edge of the box. The Argentinian midfielders shot takes a deflection and bounces agonisingly wide of Frey's right-hand post.
Antonio Cassano gives Sebastien Frey his first test of the afternoon with a low drive from 25 yards, but the Fiorentina custodian is equal to the effort.
Adem Ljajic will need to improve upon his set-piece delivery as his second successive corner hits the first man.
Gianluca Comotto gets forward from his right-back berth and wins a corner as Fiorentina pile on the pressure. The subsequent flag-kick is cleared to safety, however.
SO CLOSE! It was almost a re-run of the goal as Vargas whipped over another inviting cross and Marchionni ghosted ahead of his marker to meet the ball, but his glancing header skimmed wide of the upright.
Fiorentina have a free-kick wide on the right after Gastaldello's foul on Gilardino.
Assist Juan Vargas
Goal Marco Marchionni
GOOOOOAAALLLL! LA VIOLA LEAD! Marco Marchionni meets Juan Vargas' wonderful cross with a bullet header to give his Fiorentina side a much deserved 1-0 lead.
Fiorentina have made a bright start to the match. The action is being played in the Sampdoria half of the field in the opening minutes.
Daniele Gastaldello thuds into Adem Ljajic and gives away an early free-kick. The Samp defender puts down an early maker.
Team news: Sampdoria: Curci; Zauri, Gastadello, Lucchini, Ziegler; Semioli, Palombo, Tissone, Guberti; Pazzini, Cassano. Fiorentina: Frey; Comotto, Natali, Gamberini, Gulan; Santana, Donadel; Marcionni, Ljajic, Vargas; Gilardino.
