And that's the match! It's 4-0 Roma-Inter at full time, due to a brace by Borini as well as efforts from Juan and Bojan. Roma's pace and pressure was something that Inter simply could not keep up with on the night. I'm Julian De Martinis and I'd like to thank you for joining us here at Goal.com for this match coverage!
90' + 1'
As the game enters its first of two injury time minutes, Roma are simply playing the ball about at will. The side have been well and truly on top and have given former coach Ranieri plenty to consider.
BOJAN GOAL! Piscitella sent in a great cross to Bojan, who held off three defenders to turn and snipe the ball into the net! 4-0 to Roma now!!
The pace of the game has all but gone as the scoreline seems insurmountable with so little time left.
Palombo takes the ensuing free kick for that foul and finds Obi in the box, but his header is directly at Stekelenburg, who collects the ball easily.
Totti loses possession to Faraoni and Juan makes a two footed challenge on the Inter player, resulting in his booking.
Poli goes running through on goal and thinks he's clear but the whistle is blown for a foul on Heinze.
Roma playing the ball about casually now but lose it when Pjanic fouls the very active Faraoni.
Cambiasso makes a deep run into the Roma box and forces Heinze to knock the ball out for another Inter corner. The ensuing effort is very poor and knocked over everyone as it goes out for a Roma throw-in. Luis Enrique subs off Borini for primavera player Piscitella, who makes his first appearance for Roma's first team.
Very sloppy pass from Obi to Faraoni as the ball rolls out of play under very little pressure from the home side.
Totti plays a wide pass towards Taddei but Nagatomo does well to get back and the ball is played out for an Inter goal kick.
Yellow CardRodrigo Taddei
Taddei is booked for a studs up challenge on Poli deep in Inter's half.
As the match enters its final phase, each side seems to have more or less accepted the outcome. Inter continue to attack but without much cutting edge, whereas Roma's pressure continues as well.
Less than 20 minutes to go and Bojan looks to be warming up on the sidelines. Palombo loses possession to Totti and Lamela but the referee blows for a foul, which Luis Enrique uses as an opportunity to send on Bojan for Lamela, who had an excellent night.
Fabio Henrique Simplicio
Yellow CardD. Faraoni
Gago coming off for Simplicio as Luis Enrique looks to ensure no late collapse.
Totti manages to get the last touch on the free kick to spark a Roma attack. Gago wins a free-kick and Faraoni is booked for a late challenge on the Real Madrid loanee.
The substitute has an immediate effect, as he wins a corner for his side. Taddei jumps high to clear but the ball only rolls out for an Inter throw-in, much to Borini's anger. Taddei brings down Obi and gifts Inter a free-kick right outside the Roma box.
Inter win possession as Lamela takes on Poli and brings him down. Maicon is coming off for Faraoni, with the former having a very quiet game by his own standards.

Pjanic plays the ball over the top of the Inter defence for Gago, who nods the ball down to Borini but Inter manage to clear.
Lamela sends a superb through ball in between Lucio and Cordoba, which Gago just cannot reach before Julio Cesar collects.
De Rossi does excellently to cut out Obi's dangerous pass in the box, before Borini rushes back to defend and send his side to counter. Totti finds himself nearly through on goal but Julio Cesar is able to collect the ball before the captain can make something of it.
That's much better from Ranieri's men: a sweeping through ball that nearly finds the onrushing Obi in the box. Inter will need more of that to attempt to get back into this.
The visitors are very shaky at the moment and continue to give the ball away, as exemplified by Poli's lapse.
Despite the presence of Poli in the midfield, Inter still cannot seem to pry the ball from Roma for significant periods of time thus far in the half. Luis Enrique's men continuing well where they left off.
Maicon takes down Borini in Inter's half and is promptly booked as well as he stomped on the young striker's heel.
Yellow CardDaniele De Rossi
De Rossi booked for a rough challenge on Lucio as the defender made one of his trademark runs up the pitch.
Borini once again causing the aging Inter defence problems with his pace. Lucio is able to clear but only to Lamela, who is dispossessed before he can take his shot.
So far, Inter have done exactly that, being more careful with their passes to take more control of the match. The visitors are slowly making progress towards goal as even Milito is dropping deep to help out.
Roma well and truly in control here, simply taking apart the Inter defence nearly at will at this point. Ranieri's men need to establish control of the midfield immediately in order to get back into this one.
BORINI GOALLLLL! 3-0 to Roma! The former Chelsea player nets his second goal of the game after a perfect pass from Juan at the back finds the player all alone up front. Played onside by Maicon, the youngster holds off Lucio and expertly snipes the ball into the net!
Totti with a poor touch that sees the ball go directly out for a throw-in.
Iván Ramiro Córdoba
Poli on for Pazzini as the Tinkerman looks to gain more control of the midfield here in the second half. Cordoba on for Samuel as well.
45' + 1'
And that's the half! Juan and Borini have given Roma a 2-0 advantage heading into the half, though Inter have shown signs of life and threatened on the counter. Join us in 15 for the rest of the match!
Inter have a corner following Jose Angel's clearance. Roma are able to knock the ball out although not in a permanent way as Inter continue to regain possession.
Ranieri's men will be looking for the break to come as soon as possible as Roma's pressure has been relentless since the goal.
BORINI GOALLLLLL! Pjanic slipped a perfect through ball to the youngster, who turned Samuel inside out and slipped the ball into the far post! The youngster puts Roma up 2-0!!
Borini and Gago both go down and the referee calls for a foul after Palombo's challenge on the latter. Maicon may have gotten an elbow to the former's face but no whistle was blown.
Inter get the ball in a fantastic position, but Nagatomo wastes the opportunity as he skies his cross from mere yards wide.
Julio Cesar once again needs a cool head to turn the ball away from Borini after collecting a back pass from Lucio. The youngster nearly stole possession from the goalie if not for a very clever turn at the last second.
Pazzini takes a header from the edge of the box that flashes wide of Stekelenburg's goal: a warning to Roma that the visitors are far from out of this.
Once again Heinze pounces on Milito to strip the striker of the ball. Inter are truly threatening at the moment and are putting the Roma defence under quite some pressure.
Heinze makes a crucial interception on an Inter counter to give his side possession again.
Inter now in control of the ball and looking to get back into this quickly; despite being poor so far in the match, they're only down by a single goal and can easily find themselves back in the contest.
A great play from Roma: Heinze plays the perfect ball through to Jose Angel, who races towards the box. He measures a cross in perfectly for Lamela, but the latter's header is high from a very close distance!
Totti tries to find Jose Angel down the left but his through ball for the full-back is too strong and rolls out of play.
Another corner for Roma in a half that the home side have been far and away on top. It's played short before being delivered in by Totti for Pazzini to clear.

Inter have sustained possession for the first time in a while, but Taddei clears it twice and leads the Roma counter-attack on his second effort.
Taddei gets the ball from De Rossi and plays a strong pass into the onrushing Pjanic's path; the summer signing takes his shot first time and it goes high over the crossbar.
Taddei once again finds himself in acres of space on the right, as Nagatomo is all too often guilty of leaving the player alone thus far in the match.
Another probing through ball from the home side that causes the visitors to quickly clear. Cambiasso takes down Lamela and Roma have a free-kick about 35 yards from goal, which the same Inter Argentine is able to clear.
Lamela plays a quick ball in between Inter's centrebacks but fails to find his intended target, Borini.
The visitors are keeping their shape much better now than earlier in the match, preventing Roma from getting too deep into their half. It's forcing the home side into long balls over the top.
Palombo puts Gago under pressure again and forces the Roma man to play the ball back to Stekelenburg, in what's quickly becoming one of the more interesting duels on the pitch.
A nervy moment at the back for Inter as Julio Cesar hesitates to clear the ball under pressure from Borini, before eventually booting it away without giving him possession.
The game plan is set: Roma to dominate possession and Inter to test a shaky defence on the counter. The home side are full of quick passes at the moment though with some trouble getting close to Julio Cesar.
Inter look to respond quickly but cannot get the ball away from the home side at the moment, who are playing with confidence. A poor ball from Gago leads to an immense solo run from the red-hot Milito, who gets all the way into the box for a shot that Stekelenburg is able to collect.
GOALLLLL ROMA! Immense pressure from the home side pays off as Juan heads in a corner for the second gameday in a row! Totti and Lamela led a superb charge in the box to rip the away side's defence apart and force Julio Cesar into two double saves. The side won a corner immediately after and Juan wasted no time in heading the ball home! 1-0 to Roma!
Inter finally get a chance to launch an attack of their own after Jose Angel commits a foul charging towards the box. Their effort breaks down quickly, however, and it's soon Roma on top of possession again.
More pressure from the home side but Julio Cesar has yet to be truly tested. The home side win a corner after Obi is forced to knock out the ball from a dangerous position Taddei was in.
Luis Enrique's men are swarming Inter at the moment. Lamela has two shots blocked in quick succession before the ball fell on the other side of the pitch. As Jose Angel tried to race past Zanetti, the captain used all his experience to shepard the ball out of play harmlessly.
A high boot from Palombo brings down Pjanic in Inter's half. Totti plays the ensuing free kick into the box and finds a teammate, but De Rossi's ensuing header goes far wide of the goal. So far early in this match, the home side has looked the more lively.
First chance of the match goes to Roma! A gorgeous through ball is played over the defence towards Borini. The youngster takes a quick shot on goal that drifts just wide of the near post!

After a handshake between captains Totti and Zanetti, matchday 22 is underway in a very cold Rome! A poor cross-field ball from Heinze gives Inter possession following the initial kick-off.
We're just minutes away from kick-off now. Roma are dressed in their usual red-and-yellow kit today and Inter in their staple blue-and-black.
Roma have been rather inconsistent at home, winning five, drawing 3, and losing two of their ten matches so far this season. During that time the team have scored 19 goals and let in 11. On the road, Inter are perhaps marginally worse, winning five, drawing one, and losing four whilst scoring 13 and conceding 12.
Of course, the match-up is all the more intriguing this time around as it's Claudio Ranieri's first time taking on his old side. Ranieri quit Roma this month last year after his side threw away a 3-0 lead to Genoa to lose by a single goal.
Both sides have a wealth of options from the bench. The home side can call upon Bojan, Simplicio, or Kjaer to reinforce their side if the need arises, whereas the visitors have Ranocchia, Faraoni, and Poli amongst the names waiting to be used. Roma: Lobont, Rosi, Kjaer, Greco, Simplicio, Piscitella, Bojan. Inter: Castellazzi, Ranocchia, Cordoba, Chivu, Faraoni, Poli, Castaignos
As for the visitors, Ranieri seems to have opted for a relatively straight forward 4-4-2 given the absence of the creative stalwarts Sneijder and Alvarez. New signing Palombo gets the nod in the middle of the pitch with Cambiasso and the usual tandem of Pazzini and the red hot Milito are starting upfront. Julio Cesar; Maicon, Lucio, Samuel, Nagatomo; Zanetti, Palombo, Cambiasso, Obi; Pazzini, Milito
Luis Enrique has been busy tinkering with his squad since the loss to Cagliari, and the result is a Roma side with a few changed faces. De Rossi finally makes his return to the midfield after struggling with injury for a few weeks, and the likes of Kjaer and Rosi have been benched in favor of veterans Heinze and Taddei. Stekelenburg; Taddei, Heinze, Juan, Jose Angel; Gago, De Rossi, Pjanic; Totti, Lamela, Borini.
Roma will be looking for their first win since their comprehensive defeat against Juventus in the Coppa Italia. Inter, meanwhile, are coming off a thrilling 4-4 draw against Palermo, a match that took place three days after a shock loss to Lecce.
Welcome to Goal.com's match coverage of Roma-Inter Milan! It's sixth at home against fifth in a mouthwatering Serie A tie. Both Claudio Ranieri's and Luis Enrique's men are without a win in two weeks, picking up just a point along the way, and both will be rearing to get back into form today.
