That's it from me, and another brilliant Serie A season comes to a close at Goal.com, stick around for reports from tonight's other games, and a thank you for joining our coverage once more. I'm back for the final weekend of Ligue 1 action next Sunday, until then, good night!
90' + 4'
FULL-TIME: Siena 1-2 AC MILAN! Great turnaround from the Rossoner, who score twice late on to secure third spot in Serie A on a dramatic final day. Fiorentina's win over Pescara now meaningless.
90' + 2'
Montolivo into Mdes, and then Robinho,as Milan look to just keep e ball until the final whistle. The chants are up, the seconds are rolling down.
90' + 1'
Into the first of FOUR additional minutes.
Yellow Card Felipe
Into stoppage time here in Siena, and Milan are minutes away from Champions League qualification.
Yellow Card Matteo Rubin
SUBSTITUTION - Siena: Rubin out for Bogdani, as Siena aim for a late push for an equaliser.
RIght, at the death they've done it. If there's one thing you can't take away from AC Milan is its love affair with the Champions League. They need to hold on now, irrespective of Fiorentina's result against Pescara.
Goal Philippe Mexes
GOAL GOAL GOAAAAAAAAL! SIENA 1-2 AC MILAN! THEY'VE DONE IT! Mexes with the vital goal! The brilliant goal to put Milan into the lead. Fantastic cross in after the free-kick played short. From Montolivo, into Mexes, in an ONSIDE position, and he finishes brilliantly.
Yellow Card Roberto Vitiello
Free-kick to Milan once more, 35 metres out after Constant is felled by Vitiello. Surely? Played short towards El Shaarawy.
Referee Begonzi has been a little controversial tonight, what with the two red cards and the rather soft penalty appeal. Just another weekend in Serie A I suppose, but there's just five minutes on the clock, and finally Milan playing with urgency!
Penalty Goal Mario Balotelli
GOAL! SIENA 1-1 MILAN - Balotelli! He tucks the penalty away with aplomb. GAME ON. One more goal for the Rossoneri to try and thwart Fiorentina's ambitions.
Allegri allows himself a fist pump whilst Galliani still has a concerned look about him. Fine pen from the striker, but the ROssoneri still require ONE!!
What a chance for Milan to try and make a late push for the Champions League. Balotelli tumbles over the challenge of Felipe, and the referee has given the decision. Looked soft!
PENALTY TO MILAN!
Yellow Card Salvador Agra
Constant combines with De Sciglio, whose cross into the box is easily intercepted.
BALOTELLI! Fine save from Pegolo, who tips it away with a fine double-gloved parry. He's done well, the goalkeeper tonight, a few decent saves.
Balotelli wins a free-kick in a dangerous position, following a foul by substitute Paci. Meanwhile, Constant is on for Milan, and Balo is over this free-kick.
Montolivo, back into De Sciglio, but another through-ball down the middle is easily picked up by Pegolo. Milan need to start attacking furiously.
Corner to Milan, which is being delayed slightly as Siena make a substiuttion. Emeghara is off for Paci. Decent night for the Swiss striker.
Might open up a bit for the Rossoneri, who have looked one dimensional, though the rebalance of ten against ten will see to that. 17 minutes to save their Champions League dream!
Iachini looking comfortable on the bench, as his Sidena side belie their league standing with an efficient and comfortable performance to see out their final Serie A game of the season.
Yellow/Red Christian Terlizzi
Yellow/Red Massimo Ambrosini
RED CARD - SIENA! Terlizzi shown a second yellow, and he's off too! A controversial few minutes, after he was involved in an incident with Balotelli, who hit back with a silence salute. Terlizzi looks dumbfounded, but he's off!
Adriano Galliani watches on in fury, Milan down to ten, requiring two goals, and they're still no nearer to so much as an equaliser. Wasn't too harsh a decision.
RED CARD - AMBROSINI! Well, if it was bad, it just got worse! Ambrosini shown a second yellow for a rash challenge on Adrian Callelo. And he has been shown his marching orders.
GOALFLASH: Inter 2-5 Udinese, and Pescara 0-5 Fiorentina, where Adem Ljajic has struck a scintillating hat-trick. Milan still need two goals here.
EL SHAARAWY! Rare defensive lapse from Siena there. Mexes had the time to cross, and when he did, he perfectly located El Shaarawy up-field, ahead of Felipe, but the header is just over the bar.
Well, I'd hate to say it, but it really does look like Milan don't want Champions League football the way they're playing at the moment. A lack of urgency, and peripheral attacking has made it a comfortable match for Siena.
DE SCIGLIO! Good delivery, and well taken by Pegolo, as his intended cross towards Pazzini in the middle was immediately captured by the Siena goalkeeper.
Yellow Card Massimo Ambrosini
Terlizzi advances forward, aided by Rubin, with Bolzoni providing cover. Play switches to the other flank, as Della Rocca joins the fluid passing move, but Milan eventually reclaim possession from a throw-in.
Stephan El Shaarawy
SUBSTITUTION: Siena - Salvadore Arga (on) Alessandro Rosina (off)
SUBSTITUTION: AC Milan - El Shaarawy (on) Nocerino (off) - and the young Italy international almost makes an impact, but races offside by just a fraction.
GOALFLASH: Pescara 0-4 Fiorentina - Stevan Jovetic. Meanwhile, back in Siena, Felipe with another top save to deny the visitors. Top stuff.
Foul on Robinho by Bolzoni, and the Rossoneri have a free-kick, about 30 metres out. But hold on, El Shaarawy will soon grace the field, as Allegri prepares a substitution.
Pegolo deflects the ball away for safety, but Milan holding onto possession, as they seek to snuff out a chance. Mexes comes forward, finds Abate on the right, but the dribbling doesn't fool Vitiello.
GOAL UPDATES: Inter Milan 1-4 Udinese, Gabriel with a stunning fourth for the Zebrette. Over in Abruzzo, it remains Pescara 0-3 Fiorentina.
Balotelli penalised for an unfair jump with Terlizzi, with Milan struggling to provide service for their striker. 37 minutes left to go in this one.,
Another failed move, as De Sciglio tees up Montolivo, who in turn finds Robinho on the edge of the area. With a window to shoot, he opts for a tame through pass which is easily intercepted.
Nocerino, combines well with De Sciglio, but he's been dispossessed as Emeghara is penalised for a hand on Zapata. Milan lacking a bit of urgency here.
Zapata, into Monolivo and an attempted pass towards Nocerino foiled by the Siena defence, who bring it away courtesy of Rosina, but he's taken an extra touch as the ball slips away from him.
Montolivo penalised for a challenge on Rosina, coming in from behind, as Bergonzi awards the Bianconeri a free-kick.
UNDERWAY IN THE SECOND HALF! Milan get us started, attacking from right to left. They started the match in third, went into the interval in fourth - where will they be in 45 minutes?
SUBSTITUTION: M'Baye Niang is off, but for Giampaolo Pazzini and not Stephan El Shaarawy.
The sides are out for the second half. A big 45 minutes for Milan here.
gold_larry comments: Bring SES on for Niang. We need a new winger, Niang should not be a regular starter just yet!
Keep the conversation coming, also send your tweets to @mohammedali_93. Do you think Milan can turn it around? If they fail, what impact will this have on Italy's co-efficient ranking, will Fiorentina impress in Europe?
Tee-Yo comments: Milan are a great club but Fiorentina deserve to be in the champions league just as much. Montella and his boys have been a breath of fresh air in Serie A this season.
Half-time across Italy, and Inter Milan are 1-3 down to Udinese, but more pressing for Milanistas everywhere is Fiorentina going 3-0 up v Pescara, a result which currently sees Milan drop into the Europa League places in Serie A. A HUGE 45 minutes coming up.
Half-time at the Stadio Artemio Franchi - Montepaschi Arena, and it's relegated Siena who lead Champions League-chasing AC Milan. The Rossoneri, who were piling on the pressure in the opening minutes, have faded since, and a poor defensive lapse in concentration has seen them go into the interval behind.
45' + 2'
HALF-TIME: Siena 1-0 AC Milan.
45' + 1'
BALOTELLI! Great strike, and an even better save from Pegolo, who raced from the opposite post to tip that one away. And that, is the end of the first half.
Yellow Card Christian Terlizzi
Into the one added minute signalled, and Milan have another free-kick, again in a decent position after a push. Balotelli over this one, in a central position. A goal here would do wonders for the Rossoneri.
29 metres out this one, as Montolivo stands over the ball. Drifted in towards the far post, it's easily dealt with. Poor delivery.
Allegri off his seat, and watches on with frustration as his Milan side continue to see their Champions League hopes fade with every passing moment. Free-kick won, after Terlizzi fouls Balotelli - which earns him a booking.
An incredulous Adriano Galliani watches on in the stands, as Siena continue to weather the Milan storm, as Balotelli's cross is cut out. Still, Abate picks up possession, before Felipe diverts away with a fine interception.
Ambrosini wastes possession as a long ball from Bolzoni is played towards Emeghara, which, once more, fails to materialise into something concrete.
Milan have a corner on the other side, delivered in by Robinho, and Terlizzi has diverted that away, as the visitors win another one, this time away by Terzi.
Emeghara again, but he cannot divert the ball towards goal. Corner won, after a block, to be taken by Rosina, and headed away powerfully by Mattia De Sciglio.
Della Rocca picks up the ball, and initiates a counter-attack, into Rosina who hoofs a long ball up for Emeghara to chase, but the former Lorient striker cannot connect with the ball. A poor decision.
Brett Stephens comments: There's still a lot of game left to play, and we've created numerous chances. Goals from Milan are imminent -- do you agree?
Emeghara drops back to claim possession on the edge of the area, drifts in slightly on his right before unleashing a shot towards goal, blocked by Mexes.
Foul on Della Rocca by Mexes, and Milan are incredulous, it looked to be that the referee got that one wrong, but nonetheless, the set-piece is taken quickly by Callelo as Siena search for a second.
GOALFLASH! Pescara 0-3 Fiorentina - Matias Fernandez with the goal. Safe to say, Fiorentina are out of sight in this one. Milan need a win. A draw will NOT be enough due to the head-to-head record superiority.
Rosina loses out to Montolivo as Milan start again from the back. The Siena fans are growing louder inside the stadium, doing their best to unsettle a Milan side who have not capitalised on their early dominance in this match.
We've reached the half-hour here in Siena. As it stands, Fiorentina are in the third and final Champions League spot. Can they stay there? Tweet me @mohammedali_93, or interact on the Goal.com MatchCentre chatbox.
Robinho tussles with Felipe, and does well to hold off his marker and fine Abate on the right, but the Italy international is offside.
Superb cross from Abate, as Balotelli gets an inch on Terzi to make a connection with that delivery. Seconds later, Mexes heads wide - Milan playing with a bit of urgency now!
BALOTELLI! CROSSBAR! Almost an immediate response from the visitors, as Abate makes progress down the right, and another superb delivery meets the head of Balotelli, who can only watch as his header cannons off the bar.
GOALFLASH: If you're a Milan fan - LOOK AWAY NOW! Fiorentina have taken a 2-0 lead against Pescara. AS IT STANDS - Milan into fourth, and the Europa League.
Assist Alessandro Rosina
Goal Claudio Terzi
GOAL! Siena 1-0 AC Milan - TERZI! What a sloppy goal to concede from Milan's viewpoint. The delivery from Rosina was pin-point, and Terzi was all alone to head home. Static Milan defending there, as he nods the ball past Pegolo.
All getting a bit physical here as Ambrosini takes out Callelo with a late challenge. Free-kick to the visitors. What can be made of this?
TV replays showing that Siena had a penalty appeal a few minutes ago amidst the corner in which Zapata won a free-kick after being pushed. In fact, it looked like Vitiello was barged onto the ground by Ambrosini. Iachini has every right to feel aggrieved there.
CLOSE! What a move from Milan. Ambrosini picks up the ball deep, feeding Balotelli, who sprays the ball to his left and towards Robinho. The Brazilian produces a pin-point delivery across goal, but Niang is thwarted by Matteo Rubin!
ROBINHO! Great save by Pegolo. Started by Balotelli, whose initial pass towards Niang was unsuccessful, instead he tees up the Brazilian, who cuts in ever so slightly on his left and curls towards goal, thwarted by the goalkeeper.
Great edfending, by none other than M'Baye Niang there. Fantastic delivery from the right in towards Rubin, who looked set to pull the trigger, but Niang recovered in time to track back and divert the ball away.
Corner to Siena after Vitiello's speculative ball into the box is turned behind by Mexes. However, the corner is wasted after Zapata is adjudged to have been pushed unfairly.
And it's Siena who progress up the field in the aftermath of that attack, led by Della Rocca. In towards Callelo and subsequently Bolzoni, the Bianconeri are currently unable to progress as much as they'd want in the face of Milan defensive pressure.
Montolivo writhes around on the floor after being caught by Bolzoni, and referee Bergonzi has awarded a free-kick to Milan. Balotelli over it. It's blocked, nonetheless.
Allegri's side just content to sit on the ball and bide their time. Giussppe Iachini's side are not keeping possession at the minute, with Niang racing the ball out of play.
Just as a reminder, AC Milan need to better Fiorentina's result away to Pescara to make the Champions League play-offs. Failure to win here, coupled with a Viola success will see them drop out of the top three.
Rare moment up front for the hosts, as Bolzoni picks up the ball from 25 yards out, tees up Rosina on his right, but he goes for the shot, firing well over Abbiati's goal.
De Sciglio with a fine pass in towards Balotelli, whose progress is blocked by Terlizzi, but Ambrosini latches onto the rebound and fires a shot right into the midriff of the defender, Pegolo claims the ball.
Abate with a fine pass towards Balotelli across field, as the former Man City star aims to get the better of Terlizzi, but Siena are holding firm at the moment.
A frantic start by all means here in Siena. Meanwhile, over in Milan, city rivals Inter have gone 1-0 down to Udinese at Giuseppe Meazza. Not the best start.
NOCERINO! That was poor from the midfielder. Superb combination play from Abate and Montolivo, as the former races down the right flank. Fantastic pass back sees Nocerino scoop his shot well over the bar.
All the visitors at the moment, as a succession of corners fails to materialise into something serious. Meanwhile, a free-kick delivery from Robinho is dealt well by the defence, but Niang's header can drift only wide of the goal.
ZAPATA! How have Milan not taken the lead? Superb from Allegri's men, who've immediately hit the ground running. Corner drifted in from Robinho, directed goalwards by the Colombian international, but the defender at the far post hacks it behind.
BALOTELLI! Top save from Pegolo in the Siena goal. What a start from the visitors. Balotelli allowed to run down the middle, and with no defensive pressure, he opts for a powerful strike, which forces Pegolo to tip the ball over the bar.
And it's Milan who attack the other end almost immediately, with a speculative shot ensuring Pegolo into a smart stop early on.
Early movement from the hosts, with Rosina attacking the right flank almost immediately. Turned behind for a corner, but it's caught by Abbiati easily.
UNDERWAY IN SIENA! The Bianconeri get us underway, attacking from right to left.
The sides are out at the Stadio Artemio Franchi - Montepaschi Arena, led out by referee Begonzi. The likes of Pazzini, Flamini and El Shaarawy on the bench for the Rossoneri.
So, will it be Milan in the Champions League, or can Fiorentina pip them to the post in the last game of the season? Stay tuned. Kick-off is imminent!
SIENA: Pegolo, Terzi, Terlizzi, Felipe; Vitiello, Calello, Bolzoni, Della Rocca, Rubin, Rosina, Emeghara.
MILAN: Abbiati, Abate, Zapata, Mexes, De Sciglio, Nocerino, Ambrosini, Montolivo, Niang, Balotelli, Robinho.
CONFIRMED TEAM LINE-UPS:
What of AC Milan's season? After the fire-sale of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva to Paris Saint-Germain, can third place be classed as an achievement for Massimiliano Allegri's side? They were far off the pace in the title, currently 19 points behind champions Juventus, and nine behind Napoli going into tonight.
Fiorentina's win last week meant the fight for third place goes down to the wire in the final set of games this weekend. AC Milan only require a draw against the Bianconeri, who are already relegated. Fiorentina travel to Pescare in a 20:45 kick-off.
I'm Mohammed Ali, and I'll be taking you through proceedings tonight, and of course, as you should know by now, don't forget to interact with me using the Goal.com MatchCentre, sign in and leave a comment. Also, why not drop me a tweet, @mohammedali_93.
Good evening, and welcome to Goal.com's final Serie A live commentary of the season. Still all to play for, as AC Milan travel to Stadio Artemio Franchi - Montepaschi Arena to face already-relegated Siena, with the Champions League prize up for grabs.
