A goal at the death from Jorge Luque fired Cordoba into the next round of the Copa del Rey, defeating Santander on away goals.
Cordoba took a 2-0 lead into the match, having defeated the La Liga side a fortnight ago, but it was game on in the 25th minute when Ivan Bolado toe-poked the ball home in a crowded penalty area to make it 1-0.
Kennedy Bakircioglu levelled the tie with 18 minutes to go, as his floating free-kick found the back of the net, meaning extra-time was required.
Edu Betia gave Racing a 3-0 lead in the match, and a strong chance of progression to the next round, as he scored from another free-kick in the 102nd minute.
But the game was to take a dramatic twist, as the referee awarded a penalty to the away side right at the death for handball in the penalty area. Luque stepped up and cemented Cordoba's spot in the next round, slotting the ball past goalkeeper Mario.
