AND IT IS OVER! Neither Parma nor Lazio did enough to win the game today and in the end a draw is a fair result for both sides. Hernan Crespo opened the scoring in the first half to give Parma the lead and Luca Antonelli scored an own game to draw the game level. There were chance for both sides in the second half, but neither was clinical enough to put them away and as a result the spoils were shared at the Ennio Tardini. It is good night from me, Vasil Kotsev! Join us for our live coverage of the remaining games of Europe's most interesting football league later tonight! Bye, for now!
90' + 4'
ZACCARDO! Candreva took a free-kick, around ten yards in Lazio's half of the pitch, and his high delivery almost reached Zaccardo just outside the six-yard box, but Fernando Muslera rose the highest and claimed the ball, before being fouled by the Parma player. This could be the last piece of danger in front of either goal.
90' + 2'
Tommaso Rochi runs down the left, and puts in a cross from around 30 yards out, which Antonio Mirante easily claims. On the other side of the pitch substitute Fernando Marques overhits a free-kick on the left wing from 36 yards out and the ball is easily retrieved by Lazio's defence.
There will be five minutes of injury time ...
Lazio are trying to lay a late siege on Mirante's goal ...
Pablo Hernan Dellafiore
ZACCARDO! WHAT A MISS! The defender found himself completely free on the left side of the box on the end of a cross, but could not connect with the ball properly and his deft shot went wide from around eight yards out!
MATUZALEM! What a waste of a good chance! Matuzalem received the ball in midfield and raced to the box with two players supporting him on either side, but he chose to shoot from the edge of the penalty area and saw his shot blocked by Paci.
Parma take a corner kick on the right, but nothing came out of this set-piece, allowing Lazio to mount a counter-attack.
Zarate was replaced by Tommaso Rochi as Edoardo Reja is looking for inspiration from the fan-favourite to help his team to victory.
Ledesma delivers a good cross from a free-kick, around 35 yards from goal, but Marques rises the highest and clears the danger.
We are entering the final minutes of the game and league leaders Lazio are still locked in a draw with a struggling Parma outfit, who are putting up quite a fight against the Rome outfit.
ZARATE! The striker found himself on the ball on the left side of the box, following a fast break by Lazio, tip-toed it past Lucarelli, but blasted his finish from near the penalty spot over the bar. Great chance went begging!
Lazio have been pinned back by Parma for some time now and risk conceding if they continue to play so negatively.
Gobbi with a horrible lunge on Mauri. He is lucky not to receive a booking for that. Meanwhile, Guiseppe Biava is replaced by Modibo Diakite.
Substitute Marques has been very active down the left and just seconds ago put in a dangerous cross for Crespo near the far post, but the Argentinian was just a step too late to control it.
Hernanes is substituted by Cristian Ledesma. The Brazilian had a relatively quiet game today.
CANDREVA! The ex-Udinese man ran down the left and unleashed a powerful right-footed drive from the left side of the box, but Muslera saved his effort at the near post.
Dzemaili will be okay to continue. Meanwhile Parma are trying to pressure Lazio in the visitors half, but are unable to create anything of note in front of Fernando Muslera.
Dzemaili seems to be really hurt after a collision with Hernanes near the centre-circle. He will probably be replaced.
Gobbi brings down Lichtsteiner on the right wing with a shirt and leg pull as he was falling to the ground. No booking here, however.
Zaccardo with a great tackle on Zarate near the touchline. The Italy international has been quite stable defensively so far.
Lazio have stepped up a gear in the second half and are actively looking to take the lead against Parma. Will we see a goal from the Laziale soon?
HERNANES! The Brazilian stung Mirante's hands with an audacious low shot from around 30 yards out and Parma's defence clear the rebound. The goalkeeper has looked very insecure when dealing with strong efforts straight at him.
ZARATE KID! The striker managed to reach a long ball on the left side of Parma's box, cleverly backheeled the ball and shot through Lucarelli's legs, but his low finish was blocked by Antonio Mirante, albeit poorly. Paci managed to clear the rebound just before Hernanes could reach the ball.
Dzemaili is brought down just inside Lazio's half. The Switzerland international has been very impressive so far and certainly lives up to his reputation.
BOJINOV! The Bulgarian latched onto a cross from Antonio Cadreva and struck the ball on the half-volley, but his shot was saved by Fernando Muslera.
ZACCARDO! The ex-Palermo man let it fly from just outside the box, but saw his powerful shot blocked.
Hernan Crespo is caught in an offside position after a through ball by Blerim Dzemaili.
The second half begins ...

The referee blows his whistle for the end of the first half. It has been a very exciting affair so far as Parma are giving Lazio a run for their money at the Ennio Tardini. Hernan Crespo opened the scoring in the 23th minute, but Luca Antonelli scored an own goal to draw the game level for the visitors. Lazio have been the better team so far with many chances to turn the game in their favour, join us after the break for the second half of this exciting game from Serie A.

GOAL! LAZIO DRAW THE GAME LEVEL! IT IS AN OWN GOAL! Antonelli put one in his own net following an Hernanes corner on the left. The ball rebounded off the right post before going in. Unfortunate turn of events, but Lazio probably deserve clawing one back as they were the better team after Hernan Crespo's strike.
45' + 1'
RADU! WHAT A CHANCE! Lichtsteiner crossed from the right wing for the overlapping Radu near the far post, but the Romanian saw his finish from three yards out blocked.
There will be three minutes of injury time ...
ZARATE! The striker received the ball just outside the box, turned and raced to just outside the left side of the penalty area from where he released a powerful low shot, but it was blocked and went out for a corner kick. This set-piece resulted in nothing.
Hernanes wins a free-kick on the right wing. He takes it, but it is poorly struck and causes no trouble to Parma's defence.
PACI CLEARS OFF THE LINE! Hernanes burst with speed through the middle and let it fly from around 30 yards out, Mirante failed to claim his powerful shot and Sergio Floccari tried to force the ball over the line, but Paci cleared the ball right at the brink.
CRESPO! Angelo ran down the left and put in a low cross for the on-rushing Hernan Crespo deep in the box, but the striker overhits his finish and the ball ends up in the stands. Not a finish you would expect by the Argentinian legend, but credit to Angelo for the great cross and run.
Dzemaili's delivery is easily cleared by Lichtsteiner at the near post. The Switzerland international should really have done better with that.
Parma win a corner on the left after a mistake by Lichtsteiner ...
Lazio are now having more of the ball, but are struggling to create anything of significance in front of Mirante's goal. Hernanes in particular has been very quiet so far.
Half-an-hour on the clock and Parma lead against Lazio, courtesy of a fine goal by Hernan Crespo. Meanwhile, Inter are one down against Chievo and Rafael Benitez might find himself sacked, if the Champions League holders continue to disappoint.
The goal certainly does not come against the run of play as Parma have been the better team so far and probably did enough to score a the go-ahead strike.
CANDREVA! The midfielder let it fly from around 30 yards out, but his powerful drive flew high over the bar. The ex-Juventus man has been very active so far.
This is Hernan Crespo's second goal of the season. Meanwhile, Bojinov is hacked down by Christian Brocchi on the left touchline, just inside Lazio's half.
Assist Mariano de Almeida Angelo
Goal Hernán Crespo
GOAL! HERNAN CRESPO SCORES! Angelo crossed from the right wing, just outside the box, for Crespo near the penalty box, and the Argentinian striker made no mistake with his headed finish, which rebounded off the left post before going in.
Bojinov overhits his cross from the touchline on the left. The Bulgarian international has been in good form since returning to Serie A from Manchester City.
A goal will certainly revitalise that admittedly boring game and we can only hope one of the two sides strike soon.
Mariano de Almeida Angelo
Zarate tries to get to the byline on the right, but is well blocked by Lucarelli. Meanwhile, Stefano Morrone is replaced by Mariano de Almeida Angelo after picking up and injury.
Zaccardo overkicks his cross for Candreva on the left side of the six-yard box. The ex-Palermo man has had a turn of fortune since he returned to Serie A from VfL Wolfsburg.
Matuzalem concedes a conrer on the left after taking too long to clear the danger on the right side of Lazio's penalty area. Poor decision by the ex-Real Zaragoza man.
ZARATE! The Argentinian received the ball in midfield, dribbled past Lucarelli and let it fly from the right side of the box, but his drive flew over the bar.
FLOCCARI! Radu released the ex-Genoa man with a nice through-ball on the left, the striker advanced in the box, cut to the penalty spot, but saw his shot blocked by Massimo Paci and Lucarelli easily recovered the rebound.
Both teams have been very quiet so far and have been unwilling to throw bodies forward.
Now Mauri is on the ground afrer he collided with Dzemaili, There will be a free-kick for Lazio just outside the box. Hernanes takes it, but blast it high over the bar ...
Morrone is struggling with an injury after a tussle by Matuzalem. The game could be over for the midfielder.
Parma are doing well to retain possession and are looking to break Lazio's defence early in the game ...
The first half begins ...
