It promises to be a tightly contested fixture...Mixed Start
Parma started their 2010-11 Serie A campaign on a winning note as they defeated Brescia 2-0 at home but went down 2-1 to Catania away. At the moment the Gialloblu are a host of clubs on three points.
However, Pasquale Marino's side will be looking to return to winning ways and with Sebastian Giovinco is good form, they will be favourites to collect all three points on Sunday.
Genoa president Enrico Preziosi has made it clear that he is not happy with the Grifone's start to the season. Gian Piero Gasperini's side have picked up a win and a defeat in their opening two games in the league and this has not gone down well with the club supremo.
“Gasperini must only think about beating Parma," said Preziosi.
Genoa splashed the cash in the summer and brought in some promising players, and are expected to fight for a Champions League place.
Galloppa and Paloschi are out injured. Alessandro Lucarelli is suspended for this fixture.
Probable Lineup (4-3-3): Mirante, Zaccardo, Paci, Dellafiore, Antonelli; Valiani, Morrone, Gobbi; Giovinco, Bojinov, Marques
Jankovic, Palladino and Toni are injured and unavailable for this game.
Probable Lineup (3-4-3): Eduardo, Ranocchia, Dainelli, Moretti; Rafinha, Rossi, Veloso, Criscito; Palacio, Destro, Sculli
