Cavani switches play from the left to the right for Hamsik, who in turn puts a ball into the middle looking for Lucarelli, but to no avail. And Bologna swiftly move the ball up the other end, isolating Santacroce with Mutarelli.

Napoli seem to be in no hurry to close out the match, happy to just boot the ball as far as they possibly can towards their goal, clearing any danger.

Blasi tries a 1-2 triangular pass with Zuniga, but the latter cannot get to the return ball, closed down.
Mutarelli is shown a yellow card for kicking the ball away after a foul had been awarded.

Zuniga was going straight into the box, but Esposito decided to bring down the South American. He is shown a yellow card for his troubles.

Hamsik lays a pass off for Lavezzi on the right, who is pushed out to the bye-line, and tries to return the favour, but Busce headers away.
Lupatelli decides to come off his line and stop a loose pass aimed at Lavezzi, who was looking to run onto the ball.
Maggio and Lavezzi combine down the right, with the South American allowed to roam in some space. He, though, can't put a ball into the middle for his team-mates.
Lovely ball for Busce by Cherubin, going over the defence. The captain had to be tackled by two Napoli players in order to be dispossessed.

Gimenez is played onside, and the striker goes fill tilt forward. Tries to play one of his team-mates on, but no luck. Great moment for the Rossoblu.

From the corner, Bologna go on the counter, pushing forward through Casarini who looks up and squares the ball for Busce. He in turn lays it off for Meggiorini, but he miscues his shot, sending it wide.
Zuinga tries the diagonal pass for Cavani, but Portanova gets in the way and out for a corner.

Corner to Bologna. Ball swung in with Meggiorini at the near-post to deflect it, but no luck.
Lavezzi tries to tee up Zuniga down the right, but the wing-back hasn't quite got the pace on this occasion to get to the ball.
Lavezzi, one-on-one with Cherubin on the left. Gets past him, but his cross is put directly over the bye-line as the defender never gave up.
Hamsik has a shot, as the Slovakian is allowed too much space, but straight at Lupatelli.
The lights have now turned back on and the San Paolo is flooded with light once again.

GOOOAAALLL! Iezzo guessed the right way, but Meggiorini's left-foot shot went into the top-right corner. Napoli 2-1 Bologna.

Penalty to Bologna! Meggiorini is brought down in the box by Cribari. The striker wanted to get around the defender, but he stuck his leg out.
Lavezzi...side-netting. His right-foot shot was from a tough angle, and he couldn't do too much with it.
Strong marching run by Santacroce, starting in his own half and almost reaching the penalty area. He decided to shoot from just outside, and a corner is awarded, having come off Portanova.
Vitale's diagonal pass for Yebda was too hard, not allowing the attacker enough time to get to the ball.
Play has restarted, with both captains agreeing to play on under the circumstances.
There seems to be an issue with the stadium lights, and the referee has halted play.

Bologna start the more positive this half, preferring to inch themselves forward along the touchline.

Lavezzi and Esposito fight over the loose ball, with the striker winning on this occasion. He switches the ball to the right-hand side of the park, but Zuniga gives away a foul, stopping Napoli from building up more pressure.

Lavezzi shows his pace as he gets past the first defender and looks to find a team-mate in the middle, crossing from the left, but Lupatelli claims the ball.
Radanovic looks to put a ball in for Gimenez in the middle, but it is headed away.
Offside against Zuniga. Hamsik's flick over the defence saw his team-mate in an irregular position.
Great chance for Bologna and Gimenez andd Meggiorini have managed to skip past Cribari, but Aronica tracks back and steals the ball away.
Bologna have another free-kick. This time from the right wing. Casarini sends it into the formed pack in the middle. Napoli can't quite get it away, with the ball coming back in via Portanova.
Krhin, takes the ball down and controls the bouncing ball, tries to do the clever thing and get it over the 'keeper, who was a step off his line, but his volley went too high. Good chance for Bologna.
Zuniga finds some space in front of goal, and decides to wind up and shoot, but can't quite get enough power behind it and Lupatelli easily collects the rolling ball.
Vitale and Lavezzi combine down the left, teasing and taunting the Bologna defence, but can't quite find a way through.
Bologna have a chance to get the ball in the middle with a free-kick. Swung to the far-post by Casarini, looking for either Giminez of Portanova, but a foul is found by the ref.
Meggiorini looks to bring his side back into the encounter, as his low -driven shot goes straight at Iezzo, who is forced to drop to his knees to stop it.

GOOOAAALLLL! Ezequiel Lavezzi has extended the Azzurri's lead! Hamsilk on the right squares it for Zuniga, whose deft touch reaches the Argentine, and he blast home from the six-yard box.
Santacroce got the fans excited as he pushed forward with Sosa to his left, but failed to put the pass into the striker.
Bologna enjoying some time on the ball, as the switch the ball from one side of the park to the other, trying to find a gap to exploit.
Strong run down the left by Napoli, but Sosa couldn't get himself into the right position to finish off the move.
Sosa weaves through traffic directly in front of goal, splurting the ball out for the oncoming Lavezzi to run onto. One-on-one with Lupatelli, his left-foot shot goes just wide. What a chance!
Vitale gets a shove off the ball on the edge of the area, and the ref signals a free-kick. Aronica takes it, but his driving shot ends up into the wall.
And another offside, this time on Lavezzi, as Vitale looks to thread a pass through to the Argentine.
Offside against Gimenez, as Meggiorini believed he had been tripped from behind, and wanted a free-kick.
Gimenez looks to do too much himself, and ultimately ends up being surrounded by four Napoli players, all wanting to steal the ball off him. As a result, he is dispossessed.
Goal Hassan Yebda
And there is the opening goal from Yebda, as he waltzes in to score from a glancing header from a corner! Napoli 1-0 Bologna.
Sosa and Hamsil combine on the left, allowing the former to deliver a wonderful cross into the middle. The ball goes over to the unmarked Zuniga, who takes too long to control the ball and Lupatelli's diving stop ends the move.
Lavezzi, what wonderful skill as he twists and turns his opponent inside-out. Looking for a team-mate in the box to square the ball to, he sees Zuniga make the run, but he can't quite get onto the end of the shot.
Cribari is taken off the field and play recommences.
It's currently a game of ping pong, as the ball is headed from one side of the half-way line to the other, but Cribari has sustained a hard knock to his head, and ice is being placed on it.
Not even a minute in and Lavezzi is able to find himself some space on the right, and he looks to put in a ball for his team-mate, but it is parried away by the 'keeper.
