Z. Ibrahimovic 31'
S. Jovetić 47'
A truly amazing finish to the game here, as a late Amauri goal - his first for Fiorentina - gives them only their second away win of the season, and blows the Scudetto race wide open. I've been Alex Mott, thanks for joining me.
90' + 4'
Yellow Card Lorenzo De Silvestri
90' + 4'
Cassano wriggles his way into the Fiorentina area, and goes down under a challenge. The referee though, waves play on, much to the displeasure of the San Siro faithful.
90' + 3'
Allegri's side a reverting to long ball now. But the Fiorentina defenders are more than equal to it, as they clear the ball away from danger. Meanwhile, Delio Rossi is on the pitch.
90' + 1'
Wow. Fiorentina have only won one game away from home all season. Milan have only lost one game at home all season. And it's Milan 1-2 Fiorentina. There'll be five minutes of added on time, if you can take anymore of this?
Yellow Card Artur Boruc
Assist Stevan Jovetic
OH MY WORD!!!! GOOOAAAALLLLL FIORENTINA!!!! Can you believe it? Amauri muscles Mexes off the ball on the edge of the area, plays a one-two with Jovetic, and then caresses it past Abbiati into the bottom left-hand corner. Unbelievable!
It really is all Milan now, as Bonera plays the most route one of all route one balls in towards Ibrahimovic in the area. He can't quite get the ball under control though, and Fiorentina clear.
And that's it! The referee blows for full time, with the scoreline here at San Siro: Milan 1-2 Fiorentina. Unbelievable.
And here comes Cassano. It's his first game back since the stroke he suffered in October, and he gets an amazing reception.
A chipped diagonal ball is aimed towards Pasqual, but Abate heads behind for a corner. As with most of the set pieces today though, it comes to nothing, and Milan clear.
Yellow Card Alberto Aquilani
Ibrahimovic chips in the free kick towards the far post, but Boruc comes out and takes well.
Another chance for Milan. Zambrotta down the left puts in a cross from the byline, that goes towards Aquilani on the edge of the area. The Liverpool man strikes it cleanly, but Natali blocks well, and the ball goes out to Abate, who immediately draws a foul and wins a free kick for his side.
Milan are pushing so high now. Mexes, the man furthest back, is easily over the halfway line. But again, they just can't find a way past this Fiorentina defence.
De Silvestri makes another fantastic run down the right for Fiorentina, and wins a corner for Delio Rossi's side. The corner though, comes to nothing.
Milan are completely dominating possession now. Muntari, Aquilani and Nocerino are not being pressed at all when on the ball. They can't though, as of yet, get past Fiorentina's back three.
OHHHH. Another great chance for Milan goes begging!! A cross from the left is attacked at the front post by Maxi Lopez. But Boruc gets down well, and makes a superb save to deny the Argentinian forward.
De Silvestri, who's been brillaint going forward down this right-hand side, goes on a clear run, and whips in a cross for Jovetic. The Montenegrin is on the edge of the area, takes a touch, and fires a shot at goal, only for Abbiati to palm the ball away.
GOOAAA.....No. A cross from Ibrahimovic on the left goes deep, where Muntari is there to flick the ball back across goal for Maxi Lopez to tap in. Unfortunately for the Rossoneri though, the ball is deemed to have gone out of play from Ibra's cross.
Robinho has his first touches of the ball, deep in the centre circle. He plays it wide to Zambrotta on the left, who puts in a deep cross towards the head of Ibrahimoivc. The Swede flicks the ball on, but Maxi Lopez isn't quite on the same wavelength as the ball runs through to Boruc.
Muntari has the ball now in the centre of the park. He looks up and plays it out wide to Abate, who's making a barn-storming run down the right. He checks with the ball, and plays it all the way across the field to Zambrotta on the left. The veteran takes two touches, and whips in a great low ball that goes all the way across the six yard line, as Maxi Lopez strecthes out a foot but can't quite prod it in.
Allegri is not happy with something on the sideline, and is giving the fourth official a right earful. The game, on the other hand, has calmed down somewhat after that crazy first 10 minutes.
OH DEAR. Fiorentina go on the counter as Ljajic takes the ball over the halfway line. The Viola are three on two, but the youngster takes the wrong option and gives it to Jovetic, who's on the edge of the area and shoots first time. Straight at Abbiati. That is a missed opportunity.
OHH SURELY?? NO!!! A cross from the right goes deep to Maxi Lopez. The Argentine heads back across goal, and it looks for all the world as if Emanuelson will just tap in, but Natali comes across and blocks heroically.
Milan are coming forward now with Ibrahimovic. He's on the left, and crosses in towards the area, but Nastasic gets up and heads clear.
That is absolutely ridiculous defending. Fiorentina didn't look like they would score if they were playing all day in the first half. And now, with one stupid high line, the game is back on. And the Scudetto.
Goal Stevan Jovetic
Assist Lorenzo De Silvestri
And from kick off, a pumped diagonal ball from Ljajic is aimed towards De Silvestri, but he can't quite control the ball and it goes out for a throw in.
Here we go then. We're back underway, and it's Fiorentina, kicking from left-to-right, that kick us off.
And don't forget, @alexjmott is where to go on Twitter if you have any comments on today's game.
And that's it. Half time here at San Siro, and it's Milan 1-0 Fiorentina. An Ibrahimovic penalty the only thing that seperates the sides.
Lots of fans commenting at half time, saying that Milan are getting more questionable penalty decisions. Just like in Barcelona, eh?
You'd have bet your mortgage on Zlatan scoring there!! Through on goal, he had done all the hard work, and on the edge of the box, decided to scoop the ball over Boruc. And then watched as it went miles over the bar.
Fiorentina have the ball now, and Jovetic shimmies his way past Bonera, 25yds from goal. He looks up, sees Abbiati slightly off his line, and tries a shot. It's not his best effort though, and Milan have a goal kick.
And as with most footballers, Muntari is up, and looks absolutely fine.
Muntari is down injured for Milan. And it looks quite nasty.
OOHHHH. That was almost a Goal of the Season candidate. A cross-field ball from Ibrahimovic found Maxi Lopez on the left-hand corner of the box. He chested it down, let it bounce once, and then struck it superbly across goal, only to see it smash back of the post and out. So, so unlucky.
Zambrotta has it now on the left-hand side. He makes a great run down the flank, and puts in a cross that is headed out for another corner. The corner comes to nothing. Again.
The corner comes to nothing and Fiorentina clear.
Ambrosini has the ball for Milan now in the centre circle, and goes on a barn-storming run past two Fiorentina players. He plas it out wide on the right to Abate, with the full-back's cross being deflected for a corner.
Ibrahimovic's ninth penalty of the season has put Milan 1-0 up here, but Fiorentina go straight from kick off into the Rossoneri half and win a free kick 25yds from goal. Ljajic whips it in, but Abbiati gets down well, and tips it away.
Assist Maxi López
Penalty Goal Zlatan Ibrahimovic
GOOOAAALLLLL!!!!! And it's Ibrahimovic with the penalty. The Swede smashes it into the bottom left-hand corner, and Boruc in the Fiorentina goal is nowhere to be seen.
Yellow Card Matija Nastasic
PENALTY MILAN!!!!! A cross from the left is aimed towards Maxi Lopez, but he is bundled down inside the area by Nastasic, and the referee points to the spot!
Milan are pressurising heavily now, as a corner comes in from the left-hand side. Natali heads the ball into the box away, but only as far as Zambrotta, who tries a volley from just outside the edge of the area. Needless to say, the volley's terrible.
Milan have a free kick on the edge of the area. Ibrahimovic smashes it, but he smashes it straight at the wall and it goes out for a throw in.
Milan have a corner, but it's well headed out by a purple shirt. Kharja tries to execute a a speculative through ball from deep and unsurprisingly it simply rolls to Bonera.
According to our match reporter Stephen Gillett, it's been a subdued start from Milan. Fiorentina have had a few sights of goal, but Milan are beginning to take control of the encounter.
Of course, Fiorentina are really up against it here: the only home loss Milan have suffered all season, was the 1-0 defeat against Inter.
San Siro, of course, has been a nightmare trip for the Viola over the years. The last time they won here, Enrico Chiesa scored a double in a 2-1 win back in 2001.
Yellow Card Daniele Bonera
Fiorentina are really taking the game to Milan here. And who would have thought that after their last five results?
Yellow Card Manuel Pasqual
Yellow Card Massimo Ambrosini
Milan have the ball now on the left-hand side. Zambrotta plays the ball down the line to Ibrahimovic, but Camponese comes through and clears it for a throw in.
Fiorentina are keeping possession surprisingly well here, but as I say that Ambrosini comes through the back of Kharja and a free kick is given to the Viola.
Abate receives the ball on the right-hand side and plays a chipped ball down the line. Natali reads it though, and comes across to clear the ball upfield.
Milan get us underway, kicking from left-to-right in their traditioanl red and black.
Here we go then. The teams are leaving the tunnel, with kick off literally moments away!
10 minutes to go until kick off here in Milan, and the atmosphere is bubbling under nicely.
And don't forget, you can hit me up @alexjmott on Twitter, if you want to send me any comments/predictions/thoughts/etc.
Fiorentina (3-5-2) Boruc; Camponese, Natali, Nastasic; De Silvestri, Behrami, Kharja, Lazzari, Pasqual; Jovetic, Amauri
Milan (4-3-1-2) Abbiati; Abate, Bonera, Mexes, Zambrotta; Muntari, Nocerino, Ambrosini; Emanuelson; Ibrahimovic, Maxi Lopez
TEAM NEWS: the starting XI's are in, and it's a rare start for Maxi Lopez that is getting the headlines. For Fiorentina meanwhile, they ring the changes with five.
Milan have beaten Fiorentina at San Siro by the same scoreline for the past three years: 1-0. I think it could be by more today.
Delio Rossi's side are on the verge of relegation, and could, if they don't start pulling their fingers out, be this year's Sampdoria. And the omens don't look good for the Viola. The Tuscans haven't beaten Milan at San Siro in over a decade, and have won only one game away from home all season. The Rossoneri meanwhile, boast the best attack in Serie A, and have lost only one game at home this campaign.
Milan have had a week to forget over the past seven days: stuttering in Sicily as they conceded a late goal to draw 1-1 with Catania last Saturday, and then going down 3-1 to Barcelona on Tuesday after some controversial refereeing decisions. They'll be looking to get back on track this afternoon against a Fiorentina side that are, quite honestly, terrible.
Good afternoon everyone, and welcome to Goal.com's LIVE, play-by-play coverage, of AC Milan vs Fiorentina at San Siro. I'm Alex Mott, and I'll be your commentator for this afternoon's one-off Saturday afternoon Easter edition of calcio.
