And that will do it as Liverpool clinch the win that moves them not top of the table, but level with leaders Arsenal for one day at least. Goals from Mane and Coutinho were enough in the end, as the match ended up being tighter than Klopp would have liked given the chances his side had. And that will do it for our coverage, thanks for joining us.
90' + 3' INCHES WIDE! Wijnaldum could have wrapped it up with a shot from 20 yards but it bounces the wrong side of the post with half of the fans already celebrating a goal! And that may be that.
90' + 2' Liverpool breathe a sign of relief as Nyom is caught offside when the ball was flicked to him in all kinds of space. West Brom keep sending the ball back in, but the keeper holds under pressure from Robson-Kanu.
D. Origi
S. Mané
Liverpool
90' + 1' Substitution Sadio Mané Divock Okoth Origi
90' Liverpool aren't exactly being put under a whole lot of pressure by West Brom but as we saw with Mcauley's goal, they can concede out of nowhere. The Baggies do have the ball as we enter stoppage time though.
Lucas Leiva
Philippe Coutinho
Liverpool
88' Lucas is on for Coutinho to shore up the midfield.
J. Henderson
Yellow Card
Liverpool
88' Henderson gets a late booking here.
87' Matip plays the ball forward and t's gathered by Robson Kanu, who lays it off for Chadli, who curls it well over the bar! Some Liverpool fans had their hands over their mouths during that chance.
J. Morrison
Yellow Card
West Bromwich Albion
85' Morrison has been booked late on for dissent.
85' TREMENDOUS FROM FOSTER AGAIN! Because of him, West Brom still have an interest in clinching a result from this game. He reacts superbly to deny Firmino's effort from a great position.
83' INTO THE ARMS OF FOSTER! Mane tries to get Liverpool back on track within moments of conceding, but his cross for Firmino leaves the striker with a little too much to do and he heads it into the keeper's body.
G. McAuley
Goal
West Bromwich Albion
81' WEST BROM SCORE! GAME ON! Liverpool's set-piece problems come back to haunt them again after a corner isn't dealt with, and the ball bobbles up for McAuley to strike from close range!
H. Robson-Kanu
Assist
West Bromwich Albion
81' Good substitution from Pulis, as he gets an assist off the bench.
G. Wijnaldum
A. Lallana
Liverpool
79' Lallana has been withdrawn and on comes Wijnaldum.
79' Liverpool have dominated this game but if West Brom do get one more back, it will make for a nervous finish here at Anfield. The hosts should be out of sight given the chances that they've had.
77' West Brom are starting to come out of their shells a little here, getting men in good positions in midfield, although they're resorting to the punt towards Rondon a little too often for my liking.
75' OVER THE BAR! That was better from West Brom. Rondon is put through on goal but can't sort out his feet. The visitors keep it alive though, and it's set up for Morrison at the top of the box, but he gets too much lift on it.
73' Two Liverpool corners come to nothing as the tempo of the game takes a bit of a breather. There's still nothing coming from the visitors, who appear to have dropped heads all over.
71' The corner from Brunt is somehow allowed to drop into the area for Chadli to control, but the winger rushes his shot and pokes it well wide of the top corner in the end. Decent opening that.
69' Great bunch, these Baggies fans. West Brom win a corner, and a group of them bounce in celebration as if they've scored a goal. Funny take on a game that has been anything but for the visitors.
67' SHOULD BE 3-0! Coutinho has the freedom of Anfield to gallop down the right-hand side, and he's spoiled for choice, cutting inside and laying it off for Can to apply the finish, but a heroic block from Olsson snuffs it out!
H. Robson-Kanu
J. McClean
West Bromwich Albion
65' Robson-Kanu is on and off goes McClean.
64' West Brom aren't getting a feel for the football at all as Liverpool continue to swarm all over them. Klopp knows that th game isn't quite safe at 2-0, but 3-0 and he can light up the proverbial cigar.
62' Some great play from the home side as they fashion a shooting chance for Firmino well outside the area, but the Brazilian goes for finesse instead of force and sends the ball flying over.
60' Another chance for Liverpool as Firmino plays the ball to Can and continues his run down the outside of Nyom to get the return pass. However, the defender bodies him away.
58' OUTSTANDING SAVE! From the free-kick, Coutinho hangs a great ball to the back post where Lovren rises ahead of his marker. His header seems destined for the top corner but for a big paw from the keeper!
J. McClean
Yellow Card
West Bromwich Albion
57' McClean is booked for hacking down Coutinho.
55' Great play again from the home side, as Firmino, Coutinho and Mane combine at pace to carve the opposition apart. It falls the the Brazilian striker, whose finish on the turn was very well blocked.
53' Firmino continues to play with great confidence, leaving McCuley for dead with a clever move, before he was brought down. However, the home side can't make much from the free-kick.
J. Morrison
M. Phillips
West Bromwich Albion
51' James Morrison has come on to replace Matt Phillips.
51' Liverpool continue to look the better side here as West Brom struggle for ideas and execution in midfield. Far too often, Rondon has been forced to chase down scraps on the flanks while surrounded.
48' BLOCKED! Mane has the ball n a good position and spots Coutinho arriving from the left, playing the ball into his path. The Brazilian shakes his man but then finds his drive blocked by Dawson.
C. Brunt
C. Yacob
West Bromwich Albion
46' Yacob, who was becoming a red-card risk, is off and on comes Brunt.
46' Here we go again!
And that will do it for the first half from Anfield as Liverpool hold a comfortable 2-0 lead against West Brom. Two excellently taken goals from Mane and Coutinho have put the Baggies to the sword. Klopp's men know what's at stake, and have played accordingly. Stick around for the restart shortly.
45' Liverpool have slowed it down somewhat as we approach the half-time break. They've done their job and then some in the opening period, leaving West Brom with a sizeable task at the interval.
C. Yacob
Yellow Card
West Bromwich Albion
43' Fletcher fouled Can, and Yacob was so busy protesting the decision that he forgot he was one booking away from suspension. No prizes guessing what happened next.
41' So, as things stand, Liverpool will go top of the Premier League, at least until Manchester City play their ninth game of the season. They've also scored 20 times now - more than any other team.
39' Tony Pulis looks a worried man on the sidelines. He set West Brom up to be defensive and hard to break down, but now he has to flip the script as his side need to find at least two goals.
37' Two goals of absolute quality from Liverpool - two very Klopp-like efforts if there is such a thing. On both occasions, they turned their attack on in an instant and overwhelmed with pace and precision.
Philippe Coutinho
Goal
Liverpool
35' TREMENDOUS SECOND! Fletcher pus Foster in trouble with a bouncing back pass, and the keeper's clearance turns the ball over. Mane sprays it to Coutinho, who cuts inside his man and fires home in the blink of an eye!
S. Mané
Assist
Liverpool
35' A goal and an assist now for Mane.
32' You get the sense that Liverpool are building something here, with every West Brom attack breaking down within an instant. The Liverpool front four are also buzzing dangerously on the break.
30' OVER THE BAR! Lallana is sometimes mesmerising with the ball at his feet, and he manages to manufacture space for a shot from inside the area, but he can't keep his effort down to trouble the keeper.
28' Henderson has been quietly effective at picking off loose passes in the centre of the field, and getting Liverpool going on the break with efficient distribution of his own from deep positions.
26' CLOSE SHAVE! Clyne opens up West Brom with a tremendous run down the right flank that beats two players, but his cross just misses a connection with Can for what surely would have been 2-0.
24' Liverpool continue to commit players forward, and West Brom just have to be careful to hold their nerve there. Tony Pulis is on the touchline screaming instructions at his defensive players.
Roberto Firmino
Assist
Liverpool
20' He's statistically one of the most creative players in the league this season ahd he showed it there.
S. Mané
Goal
Liverpool
20' WONDERFUL GOAL! Liverpool break down the visitors with a sublime attack. Coutinho's dummy set the play in motion, and Lallana releases Firmino down the left, who hangs a cross for Sane to head in!
19' West Brom have been very stubborn here, happy to let Liverpool have the ball in the middle and defensive thirds, but not letting them get a sniff of fresh air around the 18-yard area.
17' Liverpool finally get a good delivery into the penalty area and Milner is the man on the end of it, getting his head to the ball between two defenders, but he can't keep it down to trouble Foster.
15' Liverpool have been commendable at picking the right moment to release their players on the flanks, but their end product has not matched what has come before it. West Brom getting more comfortable.
13' PROMISING! Chadli races down the right and plays a clever pass into the path of Phillips, who doesn't break stride but makes the wrong decision to try to pick out Rondon instead of shooting.
11' Coutinho isn't going to be favoured against the likes of Olsson when competing for high balls, so Liverpool need to think of a new strategy soon. They've looked good otherwise though.
9' It's been mostly Liverpool since the first whistle, but West Brom manage to manufacture an attack, although a cross from the left is woefully overhit. The Reds are soon back on the ball.
7' Lallana shows good footwork again to evade two players and get the ball to Coutinho, but West Brom recover their bearings and get bodies in the way to block the Brazilian's effort.
5' Lallana gets past Yacob on the left-hand side, and exchanges passes with Coutinho that leaves West Brom struggling. However, his cross is taken off the head of Firmino by Olsson.
3' Just a reminder that with Tottenham and Arsenal both dropping points this Saturday, a two-goal win for Liverpool here at Anfield will be enough for them to go top of the Premier League, at least overnight.
1' Off we go!
A fifth yellow card means that Jonny Evans misses out on this game due to suspension. In his place comes Jonas Olsson, who scored on this ground last season. Salomon Rondon leads the line for the visitors.
Daniel Sturridge drops back to the bench after starting against Man Utd, with Roberto Firmino leading the line. He's replaced by Adam Lallana in the only change by Jurgen Klopp from that game.
West Brom subs: Robson-Kanu, Morrison, Gardner, Brunt, Myhill, Galloway, Leko.
West Bron (4-2-3-1): Foster; Dawson, McAuley, Olsson, Nyom; Fletcher, Yacob; Phillips, Chadli, McClean; Rondon.
Liverpool subs: Wijnaldum, Sturridge, Klavan, Moreno, Lucas, Mgnolet, Origi.
Liverpool (4-3-3): Karius; Clyne, Matip, Lovren, Milner; Can, Henderson, Lallana; Mane, Firmino, Coutinho.
West Brom haven't lost in their last four games, but that stat doesn't tell the full story, as they've also picked up only one win in their last eight in all competitions. However, only two teams have an objectively better defensive record than their eight goals conceded.
Liverpool drew 0-0 with Manchester United last time out to make it eight games without losing. They have a great chance to make it to the top of the table, as a win will take them level with leaders Arsenal, who dropped points at Middlesbrough.
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the Premier League match between Liverpool and West Brom at Anfield. These teams are unbeaten in eight and four matches respectively, so you feel that something has to give this evening.
