Despite ending up on the losing side, the Lille keeper barely had a save to make in this one. Dealt with crosses fairly well, and can hardly be blamed for not saving a penalty.
His side's best defender, the 29-year-old did an excellent job of shackling Mandzukic and reading play well when Bayern looked threatening. His good passing helped start the odd counter too.
Looked out of his depth for much of the first half, sending in a number of clumsy challenges, but recovered somewhat in the second, making a few good crosses, and a great block to deny Shaqiri.
Made a great maraud forward early on, and followed it up with an excellent cross, but then came in with a clumsy tackle on Lahm to give away a penalty.
One of his side's livelier players, the stand-in skipper was a willing runner throughout, and always wanted to shoot, only for his aim to let him down.
Had a frustrating evening's work. Was snuffed out of possession by the Bayern midfield and defenders, preventing him from truly exerting his influence on the game.
His presence was barely felt in the centre of the pitch as Bayern were able to control possession throughout. Pressed well early in the second half, but tailed off. An anonymous performance.
Was mostly completely quiet for the vast majority of his 57 minutes on the pitch. Failed to have any prolonged period of possession, and gave the ball away on a couple of occasions.
Forced out onto the wing, he did a decent job, sending in a couple of decent crosses, but went missing all too often, and was barely noticeable in the box.
Túlio de Melo
Did well to make a nuisance of himself in the box as Lille tried to exploit the flanks, but could have got his name on the scoresheet were his positioning a little better.
Was lively as ever in his box, claiming crosses and acting almost as a sweeper, but did not have a save to make as Lille's finishing failed them.
Certainly picked up his recent form, making some decent tackles at left-back, but failed to make any sort of impression going forward. The sooner Alaba is fully fit, the better.
Put in the sort of performance we have come to expect of him - making good interceptions and reading the game well, only to be found guilty of some lax passing. A decent showing on the whole, however.
Almost gave away two points with a suicidal pass to Mendes in his own box at the end, but was otherwise assured, limiting the opponents' goalscoring opportunities fairly well.
Perhaps went down a little softly for the penalty, but did brilliantly to exploit the space afforded to him down the right time and time again, and played some excellent crosses towards Muller.
Neat and tidy enough in the centre of the park without putting in a stunning performance. Always found his team-mates with his passes and screened the defence well.
Still has not justified his €40 million price tag, putting in another lethargic performance in the centre of the park, giving the ball away on several occasions unnecessarily.
Terrorised the Lille defence for all of the first half with his direct running, winning a string of free kicks and giving Sidibe a torrid 45 minutes. His energy was missed in the second half.
He could have done more from his set piece opportunities, but linked up play well in the centre of the park. Continues to look the part.
Tucked home an excellent penalty in the coolest of fashions, and could have had a hat-trick on another night. Was always in the right positions and was by far the most threatening player on the pitch.
After a storming start to his Bayern career, the Croatian looks to be going off the boil, and was kept quiet by the Lille back line throughout the encounter.
