Thanks a lot for joining us at Goal.com for our LIVE commentary on today's game. My name is Tom Webber and as always, it has been a pleasure to guide you through today's action.
That is it! It's all over and Juventus are held at home by Siena. It is the league leader's ninth draw of the season as they failed to break down a resilient Siena.
90' + 4'
Last chance for Juve, up they go!
90' + 3'
Yellow CardFrancesco Parravicini
90' + 1'
Yellow CardGiorgio Chiellini
90' + 1'
Four minutes added on. Great move by Juve and Giaccherini looks to bend the ball into the far corner but it is too high and it goes agonisingly close but its over the bar.
Siena supplying some pressure here but the game is really stretched. Lichtsteiner crosses it in for Borriello but Pegolo gathers the ball. He has been on top form today. Seconds left now.
HOW HAS HE MISSED!! SIENA ALMOST STEAL IT!! Reginaldo shoots from the top of the box and Buffon spills it into the path of Gazzi. He runs in but cannot get his foot around the ball and it scrapes the side netting. That could have been the winner.
Chiellini crosses and they claim a hand ball by Vergassola. Gonzalez counters but his shot does not test Buffon. That could well have been given but the referee saw nothing wrong.
Yellow CardMarco Borriello
There is ten men behind the ball for Siena. They break up the play and blast it clear and look to surge out and press high up but they end up inviting Juventus back onto them. Not long left now, will Juve fail to score at home for the first time in 15 games?
Borriello latches onto De Cegle's ball in the box. He cannot find space for a shot so he lays it off to Giaccherini. His touch is poor out wide and ends up running the ball out of play.
With time running out Pirlo opts to shoot from distance. It is not one of his best and it bounces comfortably into the arms of Pegolo.
The fans at Juventus Arena and the home players are becoming increasingly frustrated. They are just ten minutes away from a disappointing result.
A good spell of pressure their from the visitors but they failed to test Buffon. They have stepped it up a bit and look like they might try to steal a goal. Juve have the league's best defence however having only conceded 13 goals so far this season.
Brienza whips it across goal but Buffon gets out and punches it away. Siena win their second corner and continue to search for a surprise goal.
Yellow CardAndrea Barzagli
Siena counter well and Barzagli slides in on Gonzalez close to the box. The Argentine manages to nick the ball away before there is contact and wins his side a free kick to be sent in.
Juve are really swarming over Siena here. They are getting so many players forward in search of the goal that they are possibly over-congesting the middle of the box and making it more difficult for themselves.
Yellow CardGianluca Pegolo
Marchisio does well down the left, pulling the ball back onto his right foot and clipping a ball to the back post. Borriello beats Del Grosso to the header but fails to direct it on target. Another chance goes begging for the hosts.
Borriello is pulled to ground by Rossettini on the edge of the area as he looked to take on Marchisio's pass. The referee sees nothing wrong and the ball rolls out of play for a goal kick. Borriello is not best pleased.
De Cegle has been full of energy this afternoon. He is brought down by Giorgi and earns a free kick in the Siena half and Juve are keeping them penned in their half.
Siena have their first spell of possession in Juve's final third but fail to test Buffon. De Cegle's slip almost allows Giorgi in but the left-back recovers well. Gonzalez then gets the chance to shoot but hits it straight at the defender and it goes out for a throw.
Really we should be expecting a goal here. Juve have found the back of the net in their last 15 home fixtures. The crowd are really beginning to sense a goal and are getting behind their team.
PEGOLO SAVES AGAIN!! Is this not going to be Juve's day? The keeper is in inspired form as he turns Matri's header from Pirlo's corner away with another acrobatic save. If the visitors take anything from this game it will be down to the inspired keeper.
GREAT SAVE BY PEGOLO!! Pirlo looks to bend a free kick into the top corner from a wide position to the left of the box. Pegolo gets up well and claws the ball away. Looks like the breakthrough is going to come any minute.
De Cegle supplies another cross which finds the feet of Matri. He controls the ball well but his shot ricochets off the defenders and is hacked away.
MARCHISIO GOES CLOSE!! The ball is shifted across the box as no one wants to take the shot. Vidal lays it off for Marchisio but his shot is weak and deflected narrowly wide of the post.
Siena's defence has been rock solid so far. Rossettini denies Vidal and Giaccherini who just cannot find a way through. They are holding their own here and there has still be no goals... yet.
Lichtsteiner outmuscles Del Grosso in the corner and lofts a ball into the box. It is headed on goal by Matri but he cannot get enough power on it and Pegolo picks the ball up comfortably.
Chiellini seems to get caught in the turf and misses an interception. Destro chases it down but he is beaten to the ball by Buffon as the keeper races out from his goal. A close call there.
Marchisio finds Matri who takes a touch and shoots on the spin from distance. His effort is nowhere near the goal once more, but it's a good sign of intent from the Old Lady.
Welcome back, the second half is underway and Juve will be desperate for a break through.
It's half time at the Juventus Arena and the score remains 0-0. Juve have looked rusty so far and have been far to sloppy so far. I'll be back in 10 minutes for the second half. Make sure you stay warm!
45' + 1'
Another ball in from De Cegle but Juve look so static in the box. It just is not clicking for them at the moment.
Siena win a corner which is sent in by Destro. Juve get a touch on it but it falls to Terzi who strikes it first time. His effort is nowhere near the goal though in a rare chance for the visitors.
Matric does well to squeeze a cross in from the right and Vucinic tries to volley it in from an acute angle at the back post. He proves to be no van Basten and skies it high into the stands.
Juve are still looking for their joy down the right flank but Del Grosso has proved fairly solid so far. If Siena can hold on until half time they could stand a chance of taking something from this game.
However, Pirlo's ball goes straight into the arms of Pegolo with no black and white shirt in close vicinity.
Awful. Pirlo tries to play a disguised short pass from a free kick but the referee is in the way. They still manage to get a shot off and it goes behind for a corner.
Juve look to break into the box again with Vucinic passing to Matri before looking for the return. Matri does not make the pass and was in an offside position anyway. You feel if they do not get a goal by half time it will take them another 20 minutes of the second half to warm up again.
GREAT EFFORT!! Pirlo puts a great diagonal ball into the box, spotting Lichtsteiner's run. The right-back helps the ball goalwards on the volley with his first touch but Pegolo gets his fingertips to it and turns it over. Great save by the Siena keeper.
Again it is it the Juve left-back breaking down the flank that leads to another ball into the box. Del Grosso beats Pepe to the header and it goes out for a throw in. Juve are starting to link a bit better and are becoming ever more dangerous as the half continues.
De Cegle puts another low ball into the box and again Matri is crowded out and cannot get a shot off. The Tuscan side are doing really well to stay tight to the Juve players but can they keep it up for the full 90 minutes?
Lichtsteiner and Pepe again combining down the right and they win a corner for the hosts. It's knocked in which is flicked on but there is no one at the back post to put final touch on it.
What have you guys made of Juve's performance so far? Do you think Juve will find their breakthrough and go on to win the game, or will Siena steal some valuable points? Let me know your thoughts via twitter @thwebber.
Vucinic carries the ball in off the left flank. He throws a few stepovers before knocking the ball for the line. He lofts a ball in to the middle but it was never going to reach Matri as he over-hits it. He has been a bit rusty so far and is taking a while to settle into the game.
Vucinic looks for a difficult ball into the box but his dinked ball just runs out of play. Great idea but his execution was below par and once again the ball is just given away.
The game has been a little bitty so far. Juve lack the fluidity in their passing as Siena are hounding them when in possession and not allowing them enough time on the ball.
Lichtsteiner plays a good give-and-go with Vidal down the right flank and drills a low ball into the box. It falls to Vucinic but it is under his feet and he fails to connect with the ball properly and the danger is cleared.
Siena get it down the other end soon after Vidal's effort and Calaio does well to work the space, cutting inside of Chiellini but he puts his shot into the side netting at Buffon's near post.
Great effort! Vidal has a go from distance and the ball moves a fair bit in the air. Pegolo does not dare to hold it and rather flaps at it but gets it away. Either corner and that would have really tested the Siena keeper.
The standard has been pretty poor from both teams so far. Siena have made it clear they are going to look to break quickly with the long ball but Juve are remaining patient and trying to knock the ball about.
Marchisio threads a lovely reverse pass down the line for De Cegle as the left-back surges to the byeline. His cutback is good but there is no one on the end of it and the chance is lost.
It has been a fairly scrappy start for Juve. A few too many misplaced passes and poor first touch. They need to be a bit sharper if they want to build a meaningful attack.
Del Grosso again makes another good tackle, this time his victim is Chiellini. He charges forward down the left but the distance between each Siena player is far to great and he fails to find a blue shirt with his cross.
Once again Juve look to Lichtsteiner to hug the right wing, allowing Pepe to float inside a bit more. A solid challenge from Del Grosso halts his progress and Siena win a throw deep in their own half.
Another sloppy pass from Chiellini gives the ball away and Siena look to counter through Destro. He is all alone and has to go himself. He opts to shoot from in excess of 30 metres and his shot is wild, never testing Buffon.
Juve string a few good passes together in the final third as they probe for an opening. Pepe plays it back to Vidal but his ball is poor and the hosts concede a free kick as they try to regain possession.
Destro is playing on the last man and looks to run in behind the Juve defence but is marginally offside.
Quick move from Juve as Vucinic finds Lichtsteiner storming forward down the right. His cutback does not find a black and white shirt and is cleared away. Early signs of intent from the hosts.
And we are underway at the Juventus Arena. Juve in their traditional black and white stripes and Siena in their away kit of blue.
Kick off is just a few moments away. Hopefully we will see plenty of action to keep the players warm on such a chilly afternoon.
Today may well prove a difficult challenge for the visitors. Siena can claim just one win in their last 11 league games, a 4-0 win against Lazio. They have suffered five consectuive defeats on the road and are winless in 16 Serie A games away from Artemio Franchi.
Of the 22 players starting today's game only three are not Italian nationals. All three start for Juve; Lichtsteiner, Vidal and Vucinic. The only other foreigners included in the squads are Reginaldo and Gonzalez who start on the bench for Siena.
These two sides have met 13 times in Serie A with Juventus winning 11 to Siena's one. They earned their only victory in May 2008 when they won 1-0 at the Artemio Franchi.
Siena (4-4-2): Pegolo; Vitiello, Rossettini, Terzi, Del Grosso; Giorgi, Vergassola, Gazzi, Brienza; Destro, Calaio. On the bench: Farelli, Rossi, Contini, Parravicini, D’Agostino, Reginaldo and Gonzalez.
Juventus (4-3-3): Buffon; Lichtsteiner, Barzagli, Chiellini, De Ceglie; Vidal, Pirlo, Marchisio; Vucinic, Matri, Pepe. On the bench: Storari, Bonucci, Giaccherini, Marrone, Del Piero, Quagliarella and Borriello.
Juventus are looking to extend their unbeaten run in the Serie A to 21 games at Juventus Arena this afternoon. Team news on the way.
