That's it from the Juventus Stadium. Thanks for joining me, Harry Slavin, this evening. Be sure to tune back in next weekend when we'll have more Serie A action. Until then though, goodbye for now!
That win takes Juventus nine-points clear at the top of the table. A good weekend for the Bianconeri after Roma's game was washed out and Napoli fell to defeat against Atlanta. It's difficult to look past Conte's men for the Scudetto now.
FULL-TIME: JUVENTUS 3-1 INTER. A comfortable win for the Bianconeri in the end then as they blitzed Mazzarri's men at the beginning of the second half to put the game to bed. Rolando pulled one back for Inter, but their spirited final 30 minutes did little to paper the cracks of another disappointing display.
90' + 2'
Mirko Vucinic! Almost adds a fourth! Juve break with pace and Tevez finds Vucinic. The striker does well to move the ball onto his stronger side but his right-footed effort takes a deflection before striking the post and rolling behind.
90' + 1'
Into three minutes of stoppage time we go then.
Inter still trying to get forward here but once again poor decision making lets them down in the final third. Alvarez moves down the right-hand side but his cross with his weaker foot is an awful one, the ball sailing behind for a goal-kick.
Rolando almost grabs his second, again from a corner, but Storari holds the defender's header on this occasion. Vucinic, who could have been turning out for Inter this evening, is on for Juventus.
If Palacio had brought along his finishing touch this evening, Inter could genuinely be ahead. The Argentine has just missed another glorious chance, heading over the bar from inside the six-yard box. Wasteful.
Tevez has had a couple of chances now to run at Inter but he loses the ball on both occasions, much to the frustration of the crowd. Meanwhile that cramp proves too much for Lichtsteiner and he comes off for Isla.
Juventus break and have the chance to wrap this one up. Lichtsteiner is the with the chance, but hampered by a touch of cramp, the full-back takes the chance early and blazes over the bar.
Just 10 minutes left on the clock in the Juventus Stadium. It has got noticably quieter since the visitors got themselves on the scoresheet. Can they force a grandstand finish with another goal here?
Milito is played in by Alvarez but before the cavalry can arrive in the middle to help the Argentine, he is flagged for offside. A close call there. Inter would have been in.
Are a few nerves within the Juve ranks creeping in? Bonucci has just headed behind for another Inter corner but it was maybe a little too close to the goal for the fans' liking - the ball dropping just wide of the post on its way behind.
Inter seem a little more eager now in this one as they chase down Juve to get the ball back. Perhaps a little too eager for referee Rocchi's liking as he books Alvarez for a foul on Lichtsteiner.
Yellow Card Ricardo Álvarez
Assist Hugo Campagnaro
GOOOOAAAALLL!!! ROLANDO FOR INTER!!! Hmm, surely not? A sniff of a chance for Mazzarri's men in this one as they pull one back. Juve fail to deal with the corner and the ball eventually falls to Rolando, whose low effort finds the bottom corner.
To be fair to the visitors, they are giving this a go. They've had the majority of the possession in the last five minutes and have just forced themselves a corner...
The Nerazzurri try to launch another attack but a cross goes astray once more and Alvarez fails to keep the ball in.
Kovacic off and Ruben Botta on as the visitors make their last change. Another disappointing display from Kovacic who still looks like he has a lot to learn at the top level.
Still a long way to go in this one. There is a danger for Inter that the game becomes more stretched as they look to salvage some pride. Juve still look hungry.
It is indeed the end of the evening for Barzagli. The defender makes way for Caceres.
A bit of confusion as the game is stopped by Chiellini rolling the ball out. Barzagli looks like he may have to come off but we are back underway for now.
A nasty challenge from Pogba as he catches the ankle of Kovacic. The Frenchman gets away with a booking but it looked like it could have warranted a different colour.
Yellow Card Paul Pogba
There is a real danger that this could turn into a rout here. Juventus are currently carving up their opponents at will. D'Ambrosio comes on to make his debut. Milito is on too as Inter chase a lost cause.
Goal Arturo Vidal
GOOOAAALLL!!! VIDAL FOR JUVE!!! If it wasn't already over, it is now. Pogba battles his way into a shooting position inside the six-yard box and although Handanovic does well to stop the initial effort, there is absolutely nothing he can do about Vidal tucking home on the rebound. Game well and truly over.
It is probably a mixture of Juve's dominance and Inter's woeful finishing, but I don't think Storari has had a meaningful touch this evening. Barring goal-kicks, he's been a spectator.
Another great chance for Palacio! The Argentine gets his second chance of the but once again he fails to hit the target from a decent position inside the area, firing well wide of the target.
Juventus are not sitting back on this two-goal advantage here. They're continuing to push on here and look to humiliate their rivals. The opportunity to do so is certainly there.
That is the worst possible start Mazzarri could have envisaged for his side. An even bigger mountain for Inter to climb. I think that may be game over already.
Assist Paul Pogba
Goal Giorgio Chiellini
GOOOAALLL!!! CHIELLINI MAKES IT TWO! More awful defending from Inter is punished right at the beginning of the second half. Nagatomo fails to get any real purchase on a clearance and when the ball is played back in Pogba shows some great strength to set up Chiellini, the centre-back slamming home on the angle.
A short blast on the whistle from referee Gianluca Rocchi and we are back underway!
The sides are back out in Turin. We are about to get back up and running for the second-half!
Just the one goal in the first half but there have been chances for more. Inter were lucky not to find themselves behind from the opening seconds when Tevez was twice denied by Handanovic. They were still in disarray when they fell behind but have rallied a little and could even be level if Palacio had kept his composure.
HALF-TIME: JUVENTUS 1-0 INTER. Chiellini almost had a chance to double the hosts' advantage just before the break but was pulled back for handball. As it is, Lichtsteiner's diving header is enough to separate the two sides at the Juventus Arena.
45' + 1'
Two minutes of stoppage time and we are into those now. Inter have a throw just inside the Juve half as they push for an equaliser before the break.
Just a minute left before the break. I can't imagine there'll be much added time after a free-flowing first-half. Can Inter forge a chance before the break?
Another corner for the hosts but once again Inter survive. Pirlo has been causing problems for the Nerazzurri with the quality of his delivery but so far his team-mates haven't been able to capitalise.
Inter are struggling to cope with the wave of Juve attacks down the left flank at the moment. Asamoah has just turned on the afterburners again and find Llorente in the middle, but the Spaniard can't get his shot away after turning his marker.
WHAT A CHANCE FOR PALACIO! The visitors break and the Argentine is threaded through down the channel. He has the goal at his mercy but under little pressure manages to skew his effort high and wide when it looked easier to hit the target!
Great move from Juve! Tevez breaks from midfield and rolls the ball wide for Pogba. The Frenchman holds the ball up well and picks out the Argentine on the edge of the area. He gets his shot away but it's straight at Handanovic and the keeper collects at the second attempt.
Paul Pogba hasn't featured to heavily tonight for Juve so far but he gets the ball at his feet in midfield here. He tries to embark on a mazy run but he's quickly stopped in his tracks by Kuzmanovic, who isn't buying the stepovers.
An important bit of defending from Chiellini prevents a decent chance for Palacio, the Italian defender getting across the Nerazzurri striker to clear the ball.
So close to a second! Pirlo's corner is nodded on by Bonucci and Kuzmanovic is forced to clear the ball over his own crossbar from inside the six-yard box.
We've reached the half hour mark here and it's been plain sailing for the hosts so far. They have another corner here. They created a great chance from their first one...
STAT ATTACK: There have been 95 matches between Juventus and Inter in Turin. Those have resulted in 62 victories for Juve, 17 draws and only 16 victories for the Nerazzurri. It certainly looks like an uphill task for Mazzarri's men this evening.
Asamoah get's his first opportunity to run at Jonathan down the flank. He tries to burst past his marker into the area but the Inter full-back does well to stop the cross.
The Bianconeri are such a well-oiled machine. They have every player back in their own half whenever Inter try and get forward. It leaves no room for Inter to play with and in the end Kovacic can only send a lofted ball into the arms of Storari.
Inter try and work an opening down the left with Nagatomo but the Juventus back-line are well-disciplined and are leaving no gaps at the back. At the other end Juve try to counter but the attack breaks down when Tevez miscues his pass and the ball rolls straight to Handanovic.
If Inter are to get back into this one they need to find the net now, something they haven't found that easy of late. The Nerazzurri have only scored once in their last five matches.
Will Inter already have to change their game-plan after that early setback? They've been their own worst enemy so far with poor defensive positioning. It could be a long evening for Handanovic.
Assist Andrea Pirlo
Goal Stephan Lichtsteiner
GOOOOAAALLL!!! LICHSTEINER WITH THE GOAL!!! If you give Pirlo that much space, he will punish you. Inter fail to close down the midfield maestro and he lofts an inch-perfect ball into the path of full-back Lichsteiner who guides the ball beyond Handanovic with a diving header. A goal of real beauty from the Bianconeri.
Yellow Card Zdravko Kuzmanovic
Juventus fashion their first chance since the opening seconds but Llorente heads over the bar. Kuzmanovic is then the first player in the book this evening as he flies through Vidal. Most of the fans in the ground think it should have been a different colour.
Oh, almost a half chance for Inter. A raking cross-filed ball threatens to play in Palacio over the top but an important interception from Chiellini is enough to put the ball out for a throw-in.
Juventus are trying to work the ball short in midfield, trying to get the ball to Pirlo whenever possible. Always a solid game-plan, but for now Inter are closing down well in midfield.
Inter are struggling to get out of their own half at the moment. Whenever they do get the ball under control in the middle their passing is letting them down.
The visitors were screaming for offside while Tevez tested Handanovic but it was clear that Jonathan had kept the Argentine onside. Inter got away with one there, but you feel they won't get away with much more.
WHAT A STOP FROM HANDANOVIC! The crowd have barely taken their seats and already the Inter keeper has been thrust into action. The Nerazzurri fail to clear a corner properly and Tevez latches on to Pogba's header back into the area, forcing a fantastic double stopgoogle from the Slovenian.
The hosts get us underway in the Derby D'Italia!
The teams are out and we are moments away from kick off!
The big absence on that Juve team sheet is that of club legend Gigi Buffon, who is out through suspension following his sending off against Lazio last time out so in comes Marco Storari in goal. Meanwhile Mazzarri can only call on one recognised centre-back in the form of Hugo Campagnaro, while Diego Milito is on the bench.
INTER: (4-4-1-1) Handanovic; Campagnaro, Rolando, Juan Jesus; Jonathan, Kovacic, Kuzmanovic, Taider, Nagatomo; Alvarez; Palacio.
JUVENTUS: (4-4-2) Storari; Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini, Lichtsteiner; Vidal, Pirlo, Pogba, Asamoah; Tevez, Llorente.
We are just around 10 minutes from kick off so let's take a look at the line ups.
Tonight's tie will have been spiced up by one of the biggest transfer - or non-transfer stories as it were, of the January window. Fredy Guarin and Mirko Vucinic were expected to swap clubs until Inter's owner Erick Thorir thought to pull the plug at the 11th hour. Queue a lot of bickering between the two sides and old spats being drudged up - there is certainly a little more than three points at stake tonight.
In this match last year, the Nerazzuri escaped Turin with all three points after a 3-1 victory. Anyone expecting a similar result this season is probably in the minority. The Bianconeri have yet to drop a single point at home this season, while Walter Mazzarri's men have picked up just eight points in their last nine outings.
Good evening and a warm welcome to the Derby D'Italia! It's the 162nd meeting between Juventus and Inter - the two giants of Italian football - and you can follow every minute of the action from the Juventus Stadium right here!
