And that's it. Full time here in Milan, and it's Inter 2-1 Siena. I've been Alex Mott, thanks for joining me.
90' + 2'
Zarate is still full of running here. He goes over the halfway line with the ball, and looks to find Poli. The pass though, is underhit, and Terzi comes away with the ball.
There will be three minutes of added on time here.
Pazzini is fouled by Pesoli on the halfway line, and a free kick is given. Chivu pumps it forward for Nagatomo, but the ball is overhit, and Siena have a goal kick.
From the free kick, the ball is cut back to Stankovic on the edge of the area, but his shot goes well wide of the left-hand post.
Yellow Card Matteo Contini
OH ZANETTI. On his record-equalling 570th appearance in Serie A, the Argentine rolls back the years by nut-megging Brienza, breezing past Del Grosso, and then finally being fouled by Pesoli.
Yellow Card Daniele Mannini
GOOOAAAALLL INTER!!! And it's Diego Milito with the penalty. What would they do without this man? The Argentine strokes his penalty right down the middle, with the goalkeeper nowhere to be seen. 2-1.
Assist Yuto Nagatomo
Penalty Goal Diego Milito
PENALTY INTER!!! Nagatomo goes on a surging run down the left, and once inside the area, is brought down by Mannini.
Another chance for Gonzalez and Siena! It's another counter attack, and the substitute gets it on the edge of the area, only to see his shot blocked by Chivu for a corner.
That corner also comes to nothing.
The corner comes to nothing. But Siena break with the ball, as Gonzalez has it on the right-hand touchline. He continues with the ball, all the way to the area, and shoots at Julio Cesar's goal. The Brazilian keeper saves well though, and tips the ball away for a corner.
Zanetti has it on the right-hand touchline, just over the halfway line. He cuts inside, gives it to the feet of Milito, and receives it again on the run. He tries to put in a cross, but it comes off Del Grosso, and goes out for a corner.
Poli has it now in the centre circle. With his first touch, he plays it out wide to Zarate on the left-hand touchline. He cuts inside again, and tries to whip a ball in. It doesn't beat the first man though, and Siena clear.
Zarate, who's having a brilliant half, goes on the outside of Pesoli, and wins a corner for his industry. It comes to nothing though.
Zarate does marvellously well there to bring the ball down, after Lucio had pumped it up into his direction. After taking it down, he cuts inside, and puts in a great cross, only to see it go all the way across the box.
AH. Alvarez has to do better there! The youngster gets the ball on the left-hand side. He gets to the byline. And for reasons only he knows, the Argentine goes for goal, instead of cutting it back for a team mate.
Yellow Card Roberto Vitiello
Another corner for Inter, this time on the left, as Alvarez whips one in. It's a brilliant corss, but everyone in blue and black leaves it for everyone else, and it goes all the way through for a throw in on the far side.
Inter have a corner now. It's whipped in by Zarate, but is cleared. Only as far as the edge of the area though, where Lucio is ready to pounce on the loose ball. He goes to shoot, but it's blocked by Pesoli, and is cleared properly.
AHHH. Inter should have scored! A shot from outside the area by Alvarez was parried back into the mixer by Pegolo, and Miltio is there to tuck in the rebound. But miraculously, he puts it wide!
Zarate comes inside again and gives it to the feet of Milito. The former Genoa man gives it to Nagatomo who's made a run outside. The Japanese international's cross it poor though, and Siena clear.
Zarate comes very deep to receive the ball, and plays it on the outside to Nagatomo. He gives it back to the Argentinian, who takes the ball inside the area on to his right foot, but his shot is blocked by Terzi and out for a throw in.
Zarate has it now for Inter on the left-hand side. He swings a cross in, but Terzi reads it well and clears up field.
And from kick off, Bolzoni looks to play a chipped through ball for Vitiello bombing forward, but the referee blows for offside.
We're back, and it's Siena who kick us off, going from right-to-left.
I'll be back in 15 minutes for the second half, but in the meantime, please do send me your comments on the game @alexjmott on Twitter.
And that's it. At half time here in Milan, it's Inter 1-1 Siena.
Yellow Card Emanuele Pesoli
And straight away from kick off, a long ball is played up towards Cambiasso, who flicks on a header, but is fouled by Pesoli and a free kick is given. From the dead ball, Zarate goes for a shot from 25yds, but it goes well over the bar.
Goal Diego Milito
GOOOOAALLLLL!!! And it's an equaliser for Inter! A corner from the right is aimed towards Chivu. He can't quite get on the end of it though, but as the ball goes through to Mannini, his clearance is skewed back across the box, where Milito is there to head home from six yards. 1-1.
Oh dear. And as I say 'Inter go nowhere', Cambiasso flicks the ball on to Stankovic inside the area, but his shot from 10yds out is awful, and goes well over the bar.
Zanetti goes surging forward down the right, and is taken down by Bolzoni just over the halfway line. From the free kick, Inter play it short, and go on an extended period of possession without actually going anywhere.
Samuel goes off for Nagatomo, and you have to say, it's about time. Samuel has been shocking.
And as he clears, he gives it straight to Brienza, who finds himself in all sorts of space on the left-hand side. He's still in acres as he gets to the edge of the area, but his cross towards Destro is not quite good enough, and Lucio comes across to clear.
Zarate, who's seeing so much of the ball on the left-hand side, goes down the outside of Vitiello this time. His cross though, is a poor one, and Terzi clears for Siena.
Zarate receives the ball on the left-hand side, and tries to cut inside. His multiple step-overs are not fooling Terzi though, and the defender blocks the Argentine's shot from the edge of the area.
Vergassola has it now in between the Inter box and the halfway line. He looks up and spots the run of Destro. The pass is overhit though, and Julio Cesar comes out to collect.
Siena, who are in the middle of an attack down the right-hand touchline, stop in midflow as Pesoli is down off the ball. He look ok though.
AHHHH. Another chance goes begging for Inter! Chivu, on the halfway line, plays it infield to Obi, who gives it back to the on-rushing Romanian. With his first touch, he plays in Milito inside the area. The Argentine forward finds all sorts of space, but panics, and shoots straight at Pegolo from 12yds.
Zarate gets it now on the left-hand side, and makes a great run down the touchline, past two Siena defenders. He's stopped in his tracks though, as Vitiello pokes the ball out from under his feet and out for a corner. Zarate whips it in deep towards the far post, where Lucio heads back across goal. Pegolo comes out to collect, but Milito challenegs him in the air, and pushes as the ball goes through the keeper's hands, and into the back of the net. Naturally, the referee blows for a foul and disallows the goal.
Yellow Card Walter Samuel
Obi, on the left-hand side of the area, tries to go around Pesoli, but he's pulled back, and the referee gives a free kick. Chivu swings it in this time, but Terzi clears with his head.
Inter win their first corner of the game, with Zarate whipping it in from the right. It's aimed towards Milito on the pnealty spot, but he's dragged down by Pesoli, only for the referee to wave play on.
OHHH. So close for Inter! A cross from Chivu on the left-hand side, found the head of Milito at the near post. His flick wasn't enough though, as it just shaved the far post.
Bolzoni has it now for Siena in the centre circle. He plays it out wide on the left for Mannini, who comes inside, and from 25 yards, smacks it at goal, only to see his shot go wide of the right-hand post.
After that initial period of possession for Inter, it's now all Siena as D'Agostino comes forward down the right touchline. Chivu comes across though, and makes a superb sliding tackle.
Chivu this time makes a mistake in the Inter backline, but this time, Destro can't get his first touch in order, and Samuel comes across to clear away the danger.
What an absolutely ridiculous start. Siena, with their first touch of the ball, make it 1-0. And straight from the restart, Inter nearly score an equaliser. Cambiasso gets far too much room in the centre of the park, and looks to find the run of Milito inside the area. His pass though, is a tad overhit, and Pegolo comes out to collect.
Assist Franco Brienza
Goal Gaetano D'Agostino
GOOOOAAALLLLL!!! And would you believe it? It's Siena that make it 1-0. Samuel gets caught in possession in his own half, and gets the ball nicked from under his nose by Destro. The youngster bares down on goal, shoots, but Julio Cesar saves. From the rebound though, D'Agostino is there to fire in from 12 yards. Unbelievable stuff.
From the block, Zanetti has the ball, and draws a foul from Del Grosso 30yds from goal. The referee blows for a free kick, and it's one that Zarate whips in towards the far post. Lucio gets up and heads it back across goal, but the referee blows for offside.
The Nerazzurri have the ball again down the right. This time though, it's Alvarez with the ball, and he cuts inside on his left foot. The youngster plays a one-two with Obi and goes for a shot from just outside the are, but it's blocked.
Milito's back up, and Inter are back with the ball. Zanetti has it down the right, cuts inside, and puts in a ball towards Miltio. The referee blows for an offside though, much to the Argentine's bemusement.
Inter are just moving the ball along the backline at the moment. From Chivu to Lucio to Zanetti. And back again. The play is eventually stopped though, as Milito has gone down off the ball.
Inter kick us off then, going from right-to-left in their traditional blue and black.
Here we go then. The teams are leaving the tunnel, and kick off is literally moments away.
Just over 10 minutes to go here in Milan, and I have to say, San Siro is not exactly a sell-out.
And don't forget, do get involved @alexjmott on Twitter. Send me all your comments/predictions/abuse. It's greatfully received.
Siena (4-4-1-1): Pegolo; Vitiello, Terzi, Pesoli, Del Grosso; Mannini, Vergassola, Bolzoni, Brienza; D'Agostino; Destro.
TEAM NEWS: For Inter, Julio Cesar and Lucio return from suspension, with Ricky Alvarez replacing Forlan up front. And for the Robur, D'Agostino comes in just behind Destro in what is a potent attack. Inter (4-3-3): Julio Cesar; Zanetti, Lucio, Samuel, Chivu; Cambiasso, Stankovic, Obi; Alvarez, Milito, Zarate.
Inter have won eight of their last nine games against Siena in all competitions, and have scored at least two goals in six of those games. Giuseppe Sannino's side on the other hand, are on a bit of a mini revival: unbeaten in their last three, including a 1-0 win over Udinese.
Tonight is Andrea Stramaccioni's third game in charge of the Nerazzurri, and he'll be hoping to maintain his unbeaten start as boss. The previous two matches ended 5-4 and 2-2 respectively, so expect goals!
Good evening everyone, and welcome to Goal.com's LIVE, play-by-play coverage, of Inter Milan vs Siena all the way from San Siro. I'm Alex Mott, and I'll be your commentator for this evening's Serie A clash.
