And that is it! The referee has blown for full-time, and the crowd responds accordingly. Inter 0-1 Milan. Zlatan Ibrahimovic was the difference from the penalty spot, and the Rossoneri now move six points clear of their city rivals.

Inter are throwing everything they have as they push forward. A floating high ball comes in looking for Eto'o, but Abbiati catches it, and the crowd cheer.

Ibrahimovic and Antonini lookt o combine for a 1-2 pass, but the Swede cannot deliver the return pass on the half-way line.

Corner to Inter, as Coutinho smashes the ball into Flamini's face and it goes over the line... Sneijder sends it in to the middle, but it is cleared away.
Four minutes of stoppage time, as Ibrahimovic looks to get the ball down field, but mistimes his kick, and it falls favourably for Flamini, and he charges down the right for the flag.
Sneijder's curling free-kick sees Abbiati claim the ball with ease, but there is a foul on a Milan player for being pushed to the ground. Lucky for the Rossoneri, as there were three Inter players around the ball.
Milan don't have anyone in the area for this corner, as Ibra wants the very short pass. he looks to fend off Lucio, but Coutinho comes in and steals the ball away.
Flamini wins a foul, as Coutinho crashes into him. The Frenchman fires a long and hopeful ball to Ibrahimovic ahead, as he takes on Lucio, and earns a corner.
The attacks filter through to Coutinho, but he cannot control the ball with his first-touch skyrocketing, going our for a goal kick.
Biabiany crosses the ball in, but Zambrotta chests the ball square across goal - almost a suicidal move - but luckily no one is there to capitalise on the move.
Chivu delivers an early ball for Coutinho, who rises, but cannot direct his glancing header on target.
Yellow Card Massimo Ambrosini
Sneijder sends the corner into the middle, but it headed away by Nesta, who needs a moment to get up after falling awkwardly on his back.
Eto'o is free in the box, but a swarm of Milan players go to him, and his his shot goes out for a corner.
Biabiany is dispossessed by Boateng, and finds Ibrahimovic. He surges forward, and tries to refind the Ghanaian, but it is a poor pass.
Biabiany gets to the bye-line and crosses the ball to the far-post for Pandev, but there is not a lot of power behind the shot. Inter keep the attack up, and Sneijder drives his attempt across goal. Dangerous times for Milan.
15 minutes to go in the Derby della Madonnina, but it can go either way, as Inter continue to press forward and Milan look to absorb the pressure, already with a one-goal lead.
Offside against Eto'o, as he was ahead of the play when he received the pass.
Inter are happy to hold onto the ball for the moment, as there are no apparent gaps in the Milan defence despite being a man down.
Seedorf off, Boateng on.
Another long-range effort, but this time by Sneijder, and his shot skips over the goal line for a goal kick.
Antonini is on goal, but there is no one in the middle. he waits for Seedorf to make the run, but he is travelling too fast, and the ball goes behind him.
Stankovic fires over the crossbar, as he is allowed some time and space.
Biabiany on, Materazzi off.
Seedorf on the run, takes Ibra's first-time pass, and it is within a whisker of going in. So close!
Materazzi is stretchered off, and play continues.
Yellow Card Zlatan Ibrahimovic
Ibrahimovic and Materazzi both fly in for a harsh challenge, and Materazzi is worse for wear. The ref shows the Swede a yellow card for the tackle.
Sneijder slides a pass through to Pandev, but mistimes his shot, and it rolls to Abbiati.
Sneijder tees up a left-foot shot from 30 yards out, but it straight at Abbiati, not needing to move too far to take it.
Robinho off, Antonini on.

Abate takes a hard fall on his back, and is receiving treatment to his back. He is stretchered off the pitch.
Sneijder drives his shot straight on goal, and Abbiati can only parry away, but luckily for Milan, there was no follow-up attempt.
Ambrosini makes a harsh challenge on Eto'o on the right, and the striker is in some pain. He is slowly getting up.
ooo...Seedorf was able to spin around Stankovic and get onto his left foot and fire an attempt home, but it goes over the bar.
Intricate stuff by Inter, as Pandev and Sneijder look to get the Nerazzurri back into the match. The move ends with Sneijder having a snap-shot, going over the crossbar, never dipping enough.
Pirlo launches a long ball for Ibrahimovic, as he intercepts the Zanetti pass, but the Swede cannot get to it, and earns a throw-in for his side.
Robinho looks to dance his way past Chivu, finds some space, but has his shot blocked by the defender and out for a corner.
Pandev did all the hard work to keep the ball in and spot Chivu making the run, but the Romanian could not play an equally-impressive ball to Eto'o, and the crowd let him know it.
Ibrahimovic locks arms with Stankovic, and brings him down from the restart. The Serbian holds his head, as he hits the ground hard.
Zanetti whips in a cross from the bye-line, but it goes straight out for a goal kick. Good intentions by the Nerazzurri.
A well-worked move by Milan, as Abate pushes forward, squares a ball up for Seedorf and the Dutchman can only hook his shot across goal.
Pirlo is on for Gattuso, as Allegri didn't want to risk getting another card.

The players slowly make their way back onto the pitch, and it looks like Pandev will come on for Milito.

The Dutchman decides to play it short to Flamini, switching to the other side to Abate, whose early ball into the middle earns a corner. But the referee will not allow the corner to be taken, whistling for half-time. Inter 0-1 Milan. Come back in 15 minutes for the second-half.

Seedorf gets tripped by Cordoba, and earns a free-kick on the left wing. What can they do just before half-time?
Stankovic wins the loose ball in midfield, juggles it and volleys his shot well-wide of the mark.
Cordoba does it all: He defends a ball from Flamini, as he looks to cross it into the middle, and then takes him and the remainder of the Milan team on, as he surges past the half-way line, and even delivers a ball into the middle, but to no avail.
Side-netting by Sneijder as the Dutchman fooled some of the crowd, who thought he had equalised.
Sneijder is brought down near the edge of the box, and the whole crowd lift as one wondering if Gattuso will be shown his second yellow card. He isn't.
Coutinho gets straight to work, despite not being warmed up, as he cuts inside for his right-foot shot, but it is not on target.
Ibrahimovic makes a run into the area, looking to take on Lucio, but he is stopped by the Brazilian.
Obi seems to be injured, having hurt something in his leg. He is being helped off the pitch, and Coutinho looks to be coming on.
Flamini and Robinho combine well along the penalty box, but they cannot break down the Inter defence.
Seedorf looks to lift a pass to Robinho on the right, but it is overhit, and Chivu swoops and cleans up the mess.
Here comes Lucio charging forward, but he is brought down on the half-way line by Gattuso, stopped the Brazilian's run.
Cordoba puts Castellazzi under some pressure, as his backpass travels rather slowly, but the 'keeper can only get it out for a throw-in.
Corner to Inter, as it is swung into the front-post by Sneijder, but played away by the Rossoneri defence.
Sneijder and Milito look to combine to deliver a cross into the middle, but it well-marked by the Milan defence, and they wind up with the ball.
OFFSIDE against Robinho, as Ibrahimovic slips a ball through for the Brazilian, and he slots his ball home, but it will not count.
No luck with the free-kick, as Milan look to push forward in numbers and counter. Ibra's spectacular volley just goes over the crossbar. Milan are full of confidence!

Gattuso is shown a yellow for his challenge on Obi. Clipped from behind as he turned the ball away from the Milan midfielder.
Ibrahimovic chooses to lift the ball over Lucio almost into space for Robinho to score, but it is booted away by Cordoba, and the defence clears.
Corner to Milan, as their ball movement is making it hard for the Nerazzurri to keep up. It's taken short, eventually ending up with Seddord, who decides to cut inside and fire his shot, but it comes off a defender.
Here come Milan on the counter, as Ibra is given a heap of space. He decides to square it for Flamini, but he cannot finish the move off. What a great chance for the Rossoneri to extend their lead!
Corner to Inter, as they look to equalise.
The fans are screaming, as they wanted a free-kick to be awarded to Eto'o for being brought down by Gattuso by crashing into his back, but the referee waives their claims away.
Yellow Card Ignazio Abate
Abate makes a tough tackle on Eto'o, taking his feet, and the ref awards the defender a yellow card.
Offside against Milan, as Zambrotta was caught in an irregular position.
Stolen by Zanetti in their own half, pushed into the middle for Sneijder, who looks to his left, but there is no one there, as Chivu makes a late run. Spotting Eto'o, he finds space on the edge, but a late challenge by Abate gets the ball away.
Eto'o looks to bring the Nerazzurri back into the match, by getting to the bye-line and looking to swing in a cross from the left, but no one is at home, allowing Abbiati to claim it.
Penalty Goal Zlatan Ibrahimovic
GOOOOOOLLLLLL! Zlatan Ibrahimovic goes to his left, sending Castellazzi the wrong way. A nightmare start for Inter, and a wonderful start for Milan 1-0.
Two minutes of injury time to be played.
PENALTY TO MILAN! Ibrahimovic was given half the pitch to run into, and the trailing leg by Materazzi sees the Swede go down in the box.
Abate fends off Chivu and gets to the bye-line to get a cross into the middle for Seedorf, but the Dutchman heads too high over the crossbar.
An early free-kick to Inter, 35 yard out...He decides to take it early, but it is to no avail. A waste of a chance.
Zambrotta and Robinho combine in the middle, with the Brazilian trying to thread a pass through for Ibrahimovic, but he is well-marked, and Castellazzi claims the rolling ball.
