So, Braga maintain their impressive record in Turkey by defeating Galatasaray 2-0. Jose Peseiro's side will next be in Champions League action on Tuesday October 23 when they travel to Old Trafford to face Manchester United whilst Faith Terim's side search for an elusive three points when they host Romanian champions Cluj. That's all from me, Max Bentley. Good night!
Speaking of Cluj, they were defeated 2-1 at home by Manchester United by virtue of a Robin Van Persie double.
Galatasaray were lacking that creative spark in the middle of the park and they urgently need a victory in their next group match against Cluj if they are to stand a good chance of progressing to the knockout stages.
Although he did not get on the scoresheet, Eder's hold-up play was pivotal to Braga's triumph. The 24-year-old ran tirelessly all game and was a thorn in the Galatasaray defence throughout the 90 minutes.
Despite dominating possession, Fatih Terim will be concerned with the lack of clear-cut chances his side created. They struggled to penetrate a resilient Braga defence, inspired by Douglao, and were punished by a ruthless display of counter-attacking football.

GOOOOAALL!! Braga seal the points courtesy of another devastating counter-attack. Eder streams away down the left hand flank and has time to look up and play an inch-perfect low cross to Alan, who finishes in style by curling the ball high into the top left corner. A valuable three points for Jose Peseiro's side.
90' + 2'
SUBSTITUTION: It looks like Ruben Micael is going to be the matchwinner and he runs off to be replaced by defender Nuno Coelho.
90' + 1'
Yellow Card Custodio
YELLOW CARD: Custodio is booked for hauling down Aydin Yilmaz.
Braga have the chance to wrap up all three points when they counter-attack for the umpteenth time down the right. All Eder has to do is pick out Ruben Micael in the middle but his cross is overhit and Galatasaray survive. Will they regret that chance?
Galatasaray resort to pumping the ball into the box and their tactic nearly pays dividends when Burak Yilmaz flicks on Kaya's long ball but it is just too far in front of Johan Elmander and Beto gathers.
Douglao has been imperious at the back for Braga tonight. He rises highest to nod clear Emmauel Eboue's dangerous cross. Five minutes remaining.
BRAGA SUBSTITUTION: Ismaily cannot continue and he is replaced by Helder Barbosa.
Braga now have eleven men behind the ball and continue to defend resolutely. Ismaily is down on the turf again after colliding with Burak Yilmaz. The boos ring out around the Turk Telekom Arena.
Johan Elmander has his first taste of the action as he rises highest to meet Inan's corner but watches agonisingly as it flashes wide. 10 minutes to find an equaliser.
Djamal Abdoulaye Mahamat Bindi
DOUBLE SUBSTITUTION: Final roll of the dice for Galatasaray as Yekta Kurtulus replaces Emre. For Braga, Hugo Viana is hauled off for Djamal Bindi.
HIT THE WOODWORK! Substitute Aydin Yilmaz comes within inches of levelling the scores when his 25-yard thunderbolt is tipped onto the crossbar by the fingers of Beto. Fantastic save!
SUBSTITUTION: Fatih Terim makes an attacking change, replacing Felipe Melo with Johan Elmander.
Umut Bulut connects with Ilan's cross but his header glimpses wide of the post.
Umut Bulut protests for a penalty when is muscled off the ball by Douglao but the referee rightfully waves play on.
There is a stoppage in play as Ismaily receives treatment. Johan Elmander is stripped and ready to go on the touchline.
Albert Riera has been a good outlet for Fatih Terim's outfit when he has got forward from left-back and he sends over a great cross to the back post which Burak Yilmaz diverts back towards goal, forcing Beto into a smart stop.
Galatasaray just cannot find that killer ball through the Arsenalistas defence and Emre tries an effort from 25 yards which bounces harmlessly wide of Beto's post.
Penalty appeal for Braga. They once again launch an attack down the right through Alan and his cross is slightly overhit for the onrushing Eder. The tall 24-year-old goes down under a challenge from Kaya but Hagen waves play on.
Jose Peseiro is furious on the touchline after Albert Riera flies into a risky two-footed challenge on Leandro Salino. The Spaniard does not make contact with the player but is fortunate to get off with just a ticking off from the referee,
SO CLOSE FOR BRAGA! They once again show their danger on the counter-attack when Alan sends over a cross for Ruben Micael. The goalscorer lays the ball back for Amorim, who skips past two challenges before his goalbound effort is blocked bravely by Nounkeu.
Eder has been brilliant for Os Arcebispos today and his hold-up play once again wins a freekick when he is fouled by Emre. Half an hour for the Portuguese side to hold on to the three points.
Much better from the hosts. Aydim Yilmaz bursts forward and lays the ball off for his namesake Burak Yilmaz twelve yards out. The Turkish international takes a touch but fires his effort straight at Beto.
Galatasaray need to be careful when committing players forward. Braga have already proved that they can be dangerous on the counter-attack and both Alan and Eder are working tirelessly to make runs into space.
Nine minutes gone in this second half and no decent opportunities to report of. Jose Peseiro will be delighted with how his side are continuing to frustrate the Turkish champions. Fatih Terim, on the other hand, may need to make a change if he is to turn this tie in his side's favour.
Aydin Yilmaz tries his luck from 25 yards out but skews his shot high and wide. He responds by issuing an apology to his teammates.
Semih Kaya meets Emre's corner at the near post but his header flicks wide of Beto's goal.
Beto has been commanding from set-pieces and he once again races out of his goal to punch clear Emre's freekick.
Yellow Card Hugo Viana
YELLOW CARD: Former Newcastle United midfielder Hugo Viana is shown an early yellow for a forceful challenge on Emre.
GALATASARAY SUBSTITUTION: There has been a half-time change for the home side with Aydin Yilmaz replacing Nordin Amrabat. The second half has kicked off, can Galatasaray salvage something from this game?
Will Fatih Terim turn to Swedish internation Johan Elmander in search of an equaliser? The second half is just a minute away.

In the other match in Group H, Cluj and Manchester United are tied 1-1 at half-time.
Galatasaray enjoyed the lion's share of possession in the first half and could have opened the scoring in the opening fifteen minutes. However, Jose Peseiro's side showed a defensive resilience and claimed the only goal of the half after brilliant anticipation and desire by Ruben Micael to follow up from Amorim's initial shot. Big team-talk for Faith Terim.
HALF TIME AT TURK TELECOM ARENA
Great chance for Galatasaray to level before the break. Emre finds space to cross for unmarked Yilmaz eight yards out, but the striker's header flashes wide.
Umut Bulut has not enjoyed the best of halves and he miscontrols in the box as a good chance goes begging.
Yellow Card Dany Nounkeu
YELLOW CARD: Dany Nounkeu is the next man in the referee's notebook after he brings down Alan. Good freekick position for the Portuguese side here...
From the resulting freekick, Hugo Viana wastefully strikes the ball into the wall and the danger is averted. Five minutes for Galatasaray to find an equaliser before half-time.
Emre whips in a teasing freekick with his left foot but a Galatasaray man cannot get on the end of it and Beto punches the ball clear.
Galatasaray have enjoyed 63% possession in the opening 35 minutes but they trail courtesy of Ruben Micael's strike. The goal seems to have shaken the Turkish champions and they have failed to test Beto since going behind.
MUSLERA TO THE RESCUE! The Uruguayan international saves his side from going further behind after a fantastic point-blank save from Eder's shot. From the resulting corner, Muslera again denies Braga by flinging himself to his left to parry Vinicius' header. Eder should really convert the rebound but somehow loses his footing.
Yellow Card Alan
YELLOW CARD: Alan is the first Braga man to be cautioned after a foul on Albert Riera.
That goal seems to have shot Braga into life and they attack down the right-hand side but Salino's cross is well cut out by Kaya.
Goal Rubén Micael
GOOOOAALL! And would you believe that it is Braga who have scored it! Completely against the run of play, Eder surges into the box and lays the ball back for Amorim. His shot is parried by Muslera but Ruben Micael arrives to slot in the rebound.
Galatasaray have done all the pressing so far but Beto has hardly been tested in the Braga goal. Inan curls in a brilliant freekick but Beto is unchallenged and punches the ball to safety.
Braga seem happy to sit back and soak up the Galatasaray pressure. All hands to the pump for Jose Peseiro's side at the moment.
Amrabat has been quiet in the opening stages but he shows his explosive pace by taking the ball past his marker and delivering a teasing cross to the front post which is nervously cleared for a corner by Vinicius.
Eder working hard as the lone Braga striker and he does well to win a freekick on the touchline. However, Alan's deep-swinging set-piece evades everybody and goes out for a goalkick.
Braga enjoy a good spell of possession which is received by a chorus of jeers from the home crowd. The move comes to nothing and Galatasaray push forward once again.
Faith Terim's side continuing to dominate these opening stages and Jose Peseiro looks anxious on the touchline. His side need to get a hold on this game quickly.
Riera once again bombs forward from his unfamiliar left-back position and crosses for Yilmaz but the striker slightly mistimes his jump and heads the ball harmlessly over Beto's crossbar.
Braga just cannot get out of their own half at the moment and Galatasaray, roared on by their home fans, are looking increasingly dangerous.
Burak Yilmaz tries his luck from a freekick but curls the ball over the bar from 30 yards.
Galatasaray are beginning to settle into their rhythm and Beto pulls off a smart save to deny Emre's long-range effort.
Galatasaray respond with a good chance of their own. Albert Riera marauds down the left hand wing and lofts in a brilliant cross for Umut Bulut but the striker cannot make good enough contact with his header.
From the resulting free-kick, Braga should really be one goal ahead. Hugo Viana whips in a delightful cross to the back post where Custodio is left unmarked. However with the goal at his mercy, the Portuguese international inexplicably heads wide. A great chance goes begging for the Arsenalistas.
Yellow Card Felipe Melo
YELLOW CARD: Felipe Melo receives the first card of the game within 80 seconds of the kick-off for a late challenge on Ruben Micael.
Braga get us underway in their away green strip!
The Champions League anthem plays overhead as the players exchange handshakes. Tonight's official is Tom Harald Hagen from Norway.
Galatasaray are unbeaten at home this season whilst they have lost only one of their last nine European fixtures. Braga themselves have gone six away European ties without defeat.
The Galatasaray fans are in fine voice, waving their scarves in anticipation of tonight's match. Can they bounce back from their disappointing 2-0 defeat to Orduspor at the weekend?
BRAGA (4-2-3-1): Beto; İsmaily, Vinicius, Douglao, Amorim; Custodio, Viana; Micael, Alan, Amorim; Eder.
GALATASARAY (4-3-3): Muslera; Eboue, Nounkeu, Semih Kaya, Riera; Amrabat, Melo, Selçuk Inan, Emre; Burak, Umut Bulut.
Without any further ado, here is tonight's team news...
Both teams suffered opening defeats in Group H and will be looking to revive their hopes of advancing through the group stage. Galatasaray will perhaps feel aggrieved not to have claimed a point at Old Trafford whilst Jose Peseiro's side ended up rueing their side's profligacy after slipping up at home to Cluj.
