Didn't have much to do in the first half but did well to hold on to a long-range shot from Vaz Te just before half-time. Had more to do after the break without ever having to stretch himself to make a save.
The Spain international coped really well against the threat of Matt Jarvis nullifying the Englishman's contribution from the left flank in the first half. He also pushed forward at every opportunity consistently providing quality with his final ball. Dropped his level after the break as West Ham grew in confidence.
Had his hands full with the physical presence of Andy Carroll and was perhaps lucky to see the West Ham striker's goal ruled out for a foul on him in the build-up. The Brazilian was typically flamboyant going forward and came close to scoring with a powerful volley from range. Read the game well to break up West Ham's improved attacks in the second half before limping off late on.
Faultless display from the veteran full-back. West Ham rarely threatened down his flank allowing him to saunter forward and join in with Chelsea's attacks with good effect.
Suffered an early injury which looked like it would force him off but he recovered to continue. He dealt with West Ham's rare forrays forward well in the first half. Didn't have it as easy against a busy Carroll after the break but held on for a clean sheet.
Saw plenty of the ball in the first half and his pace caused West Ham all sorts of problems down either flank. Did well to pick out Lampard with a cute chip for Chelsea's opener and continued to cause havoc in the visitors' defence throughout. Cut in from the right flank with devastating effect to double Chelsea's lead early in the second.
His inclination to drive forward left his centre-backs exposed on a couple of occasions but was fortunate in the fact that West Ham couldn't capitalise. Didn't look as assured in the deeper midfield role.
Didn't influence the game in the first half as much as he would have liked but came close to scoring when his shot from inside the area was dragged a yard wide of post. Played well before being withdrawn in the second period.
The Spaniard was at the heart of everything Chelsea created in the final third but wasn't quite at his flawless best having misplaced a couple of passes in the final third. His improved after the break and could have had a couple of goals had it not been for the impressive display of Jaaskelainen.
Found Demba Ba with a killer through pass early on which the Senegalese wasted but gave Chelsea the leader 15 minutes later with his 200th goal for the club. A clever forward run was followed by a well-placed header close range. Desperately pushed for another goal, missing a sitter in the final 5 minutes.
Should have given Chelsea an early lead but wasted a gilt-edged one-on-one chance with a poor finish and later failed to beat Jaaskelainen with two more golden chances just before the break. Had a couple more opportunities in the second half which he couldn't convert either. Poor day from the Senegal international.
Nothing the West Ham shot-stopper could do about Lampard's opening goal but he did do well to deny the hosts a second with a string of fine saves before half-time. Continued in the same vain after the break keeping out a torrent of Chelsea attempts to keep the score respectable.
Had a very good first half during which he made a number of last ditch challenges to stop Chelsea's threatening attacks. His efforts weren't enough as his full-backs failed to cope with Chelsea's widemen.
Had a tough afternoon against the pace and trickery of both Moses and Hazard who took turns to run at the Irishman. Got even more difficult for the left-back as Chelsea turned the screw after the break. Hazard's showboating left him egg on his face on a few occasions. Made a good block late on to keep it at two-nil.
Almost scored an own goal during a period of early pressure from the hosts but soon regained his composure to help the Hammers stay in the game going into the break. He was forced off on the hour with a knock.
An afternoon to forget for the West Ham defender. He was caught horribly out of position twice allowing Demba Ba to run through on goal. He also struggled to keep tabs on Moses and Hazard and later Oscar, who all ran rings around him throughout the match.
He stole the headlines in the reverse fixture at Upton Park but offered a far more muted display this afternoon. Did threaten once or twice with penetrative runs in the first half but was brought off at half-time.
Ran at Azpilicueta on a couple of occasions but never looked the favourite against Spaniard and rarely offered quality service to Andy Carroll. Improved his contribution after the break as the game opened up but his final ball again let him down.
Made a impactful return from injury with a goal at Stoke last time out but couldn't continue the same momentum in this game as West Ham saw very little of the ball. Had a couple of pops from long range without really threatening.
Kept Chelsea's centre-halves occupied throughout winning the majority of the aerial duels against the pair. Had a goal unluckily disallowed for a push on David Luiz in the build-up. Continued to threaten after the break; wasting a good chance with an early shot after a dangerous counterattack.
Ricardo Vaz Té
Tested Petr Cech with long-range shot in the first half as West Ham struggled for forward momentum. Wasn't able to get close to Andy Carroll often enough, leaving the frontman isolated.
Came on for the injured Luiz in the final ten minutes to the delight of the home fans. Never really had much defensive work to do.
J. Obi Mikel
Came on late on to sure up Chelsea's midfield and did exactly that.
Introduced into the action with 20 minutes to play and got himself into the action immediately with clever link-up play with Hazard and Mata.
Replaced Collins on the hour mark and slotted into the Hammers' defence well making a couple of key challenges.
Came on as a half-time sub for Mohamed Diame and contributed to West Ham's improvement going forward but wasted numerous chances from set-plays with unusually poor delivery by his standards.
Came on as a late substitute for West Ham and came close to scoring with a towering header which was well kept out by Cech.
