That's it from me, Luke Matthews tonight. Inter beat Cesena 2-1 to go five points behind Milan while Cesena could drop into the bottom three if results go against them tomorrow. Be sure to keep an eye on the Serie A game tonight between Napoli and Genoa. Thanks for joining me and goodnight.
FULL-TIME! Amazing finish to an entertaining game as Inter come from a goal down to beat Cesena 2-1. Pazzini's injury-time double leaves the title race still on regardless of Milan's result against Bologna tomorrow.

2-1 INTER! PAZZINI AGAIN! It's an amazing turnaround as Pazzini leaps high in the box to send Maicon's cross into the far corner. Two world class finishes to leave Inter's slim title hopes alive.

Two brilliant volleyed goals in this game. Will we see a winner with a minute to go?

1-1! PAZZINI SCORES! The former Sampdoria man keeps up his record of scoring a goal every other game for Inter with a top class finish. Eto'o swings a cross into the box and Pazzini uses the outside of his foot to send a volley past a helpless Antonioli.
There will be five minutes of added time. Not quite sure where the officials got that figure from.
The home team are looking the more dangerous at the moment with only a minute to go plus stoppage time. Inter look reserved to defeat and seeing their Serie A title cross town to rivals AC.
Malonga does brilliantly to put the ball through the legs of Ranocchia. He looks like he is going to make it 2-0 but Ranocchia charges in to make a great last-gasp challenge to deflect the ball wide.
CLOSE FROM PAZZINI AGAIN! Lucio swings a cross into the box and Pazzini sends a bullet header just side of the target.
Yellow CardFabio Caserta
Inter are still pressing for that elusive equaliser but look unlikely to score at the moment. However, saying that, Cesena have worked very hard and there players are surely tiring.
Maicon delivers an inviting ball towards Pazzini whose header missed the target from eight yards out. Poor miss which could prove costly.
Malonga is on for the goalscorer Budan who leaves the pitch to rapturous applause. Can Cesena hold on for all three points which would move the club upto 13th in the Serie A table?
Kris Voakes: Inter are looking more desperate than dangerous at the moment. Maybe Massimo Ficcadenti will be punished for taking off Giaccherini though as he was providing of the home side's most attacking outlets.
Brilliant sportsmanship from Maicon. Budan is down on the floor with cramp and the Brazilian right-back helps the striker out by stretching his legs.
Inter have 16 minutes plus stoppage time to save their league title. It could all be over tomorrow at this rate if Milan beat Bologna at home.
Great ball into the box but Lucio heads wide at the back-post. For the rist time this evening, the Cesena back-line had fallen asleep so Lucio really should have done better there.
Inter have an opportunity to swing a free-kick into the box here. What can Maicon do?
Yellow CardMcDonald Mariga
Zanetti swings a majestic ball into the box that Milito looks to be getting his head to. However, von Bergen is on hand to flick the ball to safety, very last gasp. He really has been superb at the back this evening.
Eto'o picks the ball up 20 yards from goal but his shot at goal is straight at the keeper despite there being power on the ball.
Cesena are continuing to impress here with Inter struggling to break down their resolute defensive line.
Mariga is on for Thiago Motta to add a little more attacking impetus. Inter have less than half hour to save their season and one goal will not be enough.
Kris Voakes: Inter can't say they wasn't warned. Budan got in behind Nagatomo twice in the first-half and Jimenez has twice already since the break. This time the champions were made to pay as Ceccarelli delivered an excellent cross. The home fans are loving this at the moment.
Pazzini is on the for injured Pandev. Inter have three proven goalscorers on the pitch now but who will be able to provide the creativity in this side?
Yellow CardLuca Ceccarelli
Inter's defence were terrible there with Ranocchia and Lucio both failing to pick up Budan in the box. Can Inter respond instantly to going a goal down?
1-0 CESENA! BRILLIANT GOAL FROM BUDAN! After some nice build-up play, Ceccarelli delivers a wonderful cross to Budan in the box who powerfully volleys the ball past Castellazzi from six yards out. Massive goal.
Giaccherini does very well to skip past Cambiasso on the left wing before delivering a decent ball to the back-post. Jimenez leaps well but his header is way over the bar.
Inter have made a slugged start to the second-half with Cesena defending deep. Will we see a goal anytime soon?
Caserta finds Jimenez brilliantly at the back-post but the attacking midfielder's attempted volley is a few yards off target.
Jimenez's cross from the right takes a slight deflection off an Inter defender and looks to be creeping in at the near-post. However, Castellazzi is down low well and claws the ball to safety.
Cesena get us back underway for the second-half. Can the home side start this period as strongly as they started the first?
Kris Voakes: Which side you would give the first-half to on merit isn't clear, but what is certain is that Inter up their game or the title will be gone in 21 hours. The forecast rain has arrived at half-time which could makes things trickier for defenders.
Leonardo will not be happy with his side's first-half showing who are in great danger of surrendering their Scudetto title to rivals Milan. Join me, Luke Matthews in 15 minutes for the second halff of this Serie A fixture.

HALF-TIME! 0-0 here with the Cesena supporters certainly the happier in the crowd. It's been an entertaining game despite a lack of clear-cut opportunities on goal. Steve Von Bergen has been a rock at the back for the struggling side who have arguably had the better of play. Inter are lacking creativity and will need to improve in the second-half if they're to pick up a win.
Lucio tries his luck with a powerful half-volley from 35 yards out but Antonioli is equal to it, plucking the ball out of the air.
Brilliant interception from Von Bergen in his own penalty box as Milito looked set to play Eto'o in on goal. Cesena have defended admirably in this first period.
Eto'o swings a decent looking cross into the box from a set-piece but Maicon is spotted pulling on Caserta's shirt with a free-kick being awarded to the home side. Waste.
Superb sliding challenge from Lucio on Budan who gets up before charging forward with the ball. However, Inter then lose the ball too easily which is the story of their half.
Kris Voakes: We've hit a bit of a lull which explains why Cesena have seen little of the ball of late. Inter are clearly superior on the ball but seem incapable of injecting the pace needed to get in behind. It's still Inter's back four that looks the more vulnerable of the two.
The ball drops to the feet of Cambiasso 15 yards from goal but the Argentine can't get his shot away with Cesena clearing the ball. Inter are lacking incisiveness.
Very entertaining game so far with both side's playing at a quick tempo. Lots of tough yet fair tackles coming in. Who can break the deadlock?
Eto'o finds himself with the ball at an angle following Parolo's pass going backwards towards his goal. However the keeper is out straight away and the Cameroonian striker fails to control the ball before it rolls out of play for a goal-kick. Poor from Eto'o.
Inter are starting to inflict some pressure now. They are not having much luck centrally, missing the creativity of Sneijder behind the strikers so are spearding the ball wide a lot at the moment.
Maicon delivers a threatening cross into the box. Pandev jumps up with the keeper who catches well. However, the referee blows his whistle for a free-kick for the home team with Pandev's challenge on Antonioli deemed a foul.
Goal.com's Kris Voakes: That was a really silly foul by Budan on 14 minutes because he's easily had the better of the duel with Raoncchia so far. That yellow card reduces his leeway. Cesena looking really threatening so far.
Inter are looking shaky still with Cesena using their physical threat to great effect. You will probably notice that Santon is not playing this evening. He was due to start but picked up an injury before kick-off with Ceccarelli replacing him.
Moments later, Cesena look like coming close but Jimenez can only swing his leg at the ball from 12 yards with Castellazzi picking up the loose ball.
Nagatomo drifts in from the left to send a right-footed effort towards Cesena's 41-year-old keeper. However, it's a simple catch for the veteran.
Yellow CardIgor Budan
Budan receives a yellow card for a late lung on Thiago Motta. Theatrical fall from the Brazilian-born midfielder but a foul nonetheless.
Thiago Motta tries his luck from 25 yards from goal but it's a tame bobbling effort which causes Antonioli no problems whatsoever.
Inter have made a nervous start to this game and are yet to create any chances with Cesena looking comfortable on the ball.
MAICON CLEARS OFF THE LINE! Budan looks to have bundled the ball past the keeper from six yards but Maicon is on hand to stop the ball crossing the line before clearing to safety.
Inter are struggling to get hold of the ball at the moment which will be worrying for Leonardo. Will Sneijder's absence cost the champions this evening?
The home side have started strongly and come close when Pellegrino's header has Castellazzi scrambling across goal. However, the ball rolls a yard wide of goal, much to the relief of the veteran keeper.
We're underway here with Inter kicking-off. However, the away team instantly give away possession to Cesena.
Goal.com's Italian Football Editor Kris Voakes is live in Cesena and will be sending us updates from the stadium throughout the evening: We have a packed house, Cesena battling to avoid the drop, Inter battling to stop Milan winning the title tomorrow. 18,000 black and white balloons about to be popped. I'd say we have pretty much everything.
A big loss for Inter will be Sneijder who picked up an injury in training on Thursday and is not in the squad. Also, Castellazzi comes in for the suspended Julio Cesar in goal while Thiago Motta replaces Dejan Stankovic in midfield.
Inter (4-3-1-2): Castellazzi; Maicon, Lucio, Ranocchia, Nagatomo, Zanetti; Cambiasso, Thiago Motta; Pandev, Eto'o, Milito
Cesena (4-3-2-1): Antonioli; Santon, Von Bergen, Pellegrino, Lauro; Sammarco, Caserta, Parolo; Giaccherini, Jimenez; Budan
Here come the teams...
