Goals from Kone, Pitroipa and a double from Traore condemned Ethiopia to a 4-0 defeat to Burkina Faso, who head to the top of Group C after their first AFCON win on foreign soil. Teshome attempts a speculative overhead kick late on, but the Burkina Faso defence clear.

Burkina Faso win a free kick from 30 yards as Traore takes. His effort tests Tadelle, but he pushes out and away from goal.
Tesfaye lucky to still be on the pitch after a stamp as the referee signals for seven minutes of added time.
Teshome goes for goal from distance with a speculative effort, but his strike was always rising and flies over the bar.
With the game back underway, Ethiopia are looking for a late consolation, but Bogale's corner is easily cleared.
And there's a pitch invader holding up play now. The chap runs into the net before getting caught up and taken away by the stewards.
Said is played into the right hand side of the box and fires a half volley on target. Diakite palms into the air, however, and claims the ball as it comes back towards the ground.
Ethiopia now have 10 minutes to net three, but Burkina Faso are holding firm and don't look like conceding anytime soon.
And that's game over. Kone is played through one-on-one with Tadelle and comfortably slides under the Ethiopia 'keeper to increase their advantage. Surely there's no way back for the Ethiopians now.
Unless Ethiopia can salvage something from this game, it looks like they'll be heading home early. At the the moment they're bottom of Group C.
Ethiopia are piling men forward now as they look to half the deficit. A goal from them now would set up a tense finish at the Mbombela Stadium.
Burkina Faso now look set to top Group C and pick up their first win at an African Cup of Nations on foreign soil.
Traore sends an unstoppable effort past Tadelle from the edge of the area after a well worked one-two with Pitroipa. A superb strike for the Burkina Faso man.

The Burkina Faso defence are now sitting deeper after going down to 10 men as Ethiopia look to level things up in the last 20 minutes or so.
Kabore is fouled by Tesfaye and Burkina Faso will look to waste some precious seconds. Traore stands over the ball.
Assefa picks up the ball on the right, but his cross is easily gathered by Diakite.
Kabore is now down hurt, but is receiving treatment and looks to be OK.
Play finally gets underway as Assefa looks for the far post, only for substitute Diakite claims the ball easily and holds.
The Ethiopians will look to make their numerical advantage count now, hopefully starting with the free kick that is yet to be taken.
That was foolish from Soulama. He's been particularly erratic this game and the sending off has condemned him to a very poor encounter.

Soulama could be in trouble here after handing outside the area. The Ethiopia players are calling for action here and you can't blame them - he clearly handled outside the box.
Zinabu comes close to playing through to Grima, but his ball has too much on it and rolls through to Soulama.
Sanou delivers for Bance, but it's cleared for a corner. Kone is on the receiving end of the cross, only to head over the bar.
Ethiopia have started the second half much like they started the first. Burkina Faso just need to soak up the pressure, however, and look to him them on the counter.

Kofi delivers for Burkina Faso from the right, but his cross is too deep for Pitroipa and goes out for a goal kick.
Bekele chases down a loose ball and Soulama again hesitates in possession. He almost loses out to the Ethiopia star, but gathers and holds. Second time he's attempted something similar, only to come away with the ball.
Said goes for goal from distance with the free kick and strikes it well enough, but Soulama gets across well and holds the ball.
Ethiopia clear and look to counter and win a free kick in a dangerous position after Kone fouls Bekele.
Sanou wins a free kick for Burkina Faso after a strong challenge from Bogale.
Ethiopia start off the stronger of the two sides in the second half, but Zinabu's effort from the edge of the area flies over.
And we're underway. No chances from either side at the interval.
Two teams are back out and ready for the second half.
And that's half time at the Mbombela Stadium. Traore's first half strike separates the two sides, with Burkina Faso 45 minutes away from picking up their first African Cup of Nations win on foreign soil.

Bekele is played in behind the Burkina Faso defence and he looks to spectacularly dink over Soulama. However, he puts too much power into his effort and the ball goes out for a goal kick.
There will be two minutes of added time at the end of the first half.
Bogale wins a free kick for Ethiopia as they look to find an equaliser before half time. The chance is wasted however and Burkina Faso clear.
Traore's corner is unconventional and he picks out Kabore on the edge of the area. The Ethiopia defence is out quickly as the ball is played back to Traore, but his cross is poor and Tadelle can gather easily.

Sanou forces a Burkina Faso corner with just two minutes of the half remaining.
Pitroipa breaks down the left for Burkina Faso as he looks to drive the team on to next a second. However, his cross is weak and Debebe can clear.
Burkina Faso have a free kick from 35 yards out. Traore stands over as he looks to add a second. However, it's a contrast of his last effort and he smashes the ball over the bar and into row Z.
Kabore delivers into the box, but there is too much on his cross for Kone and the ball goes for a goal kick.
Burkina Faso are pushing for a second before half time as Panandetiguiri is brought down by Tesfaye in a dangerous position.
Excellent finish from Traore after being played into the 18 yard box by Kabore. He brings the ball down well before smashing past Tadelle into the roof of the net.
The ball is cut back to Bance, who see's his effort cleared off the line by Debebe.
Bance and Sanou link up well as the latte looks to play into Traore, only for the latter's ball to be too weak and Ethiopia clear.
The ball is bobbling around the 18 yard box for Kone, who strikes from distance. He catches the half volley right under the ball and his effort continues to rise over the bar.
Traore receives the ball on the right side. He looks to pick out Bance in the box, but there is too much on his cross and the ball drifts out for a goal kick.
Burkina Faso have a free kick around 35 yards out and it's a good chance to deliver the ball into the box. Traore, however, opts to go for goal and his strike is straight into the wall.
Both teams appeared to have slowed down after an electric start to the encounter. Game is starting to settle into a rhythm now, which looks to be suiting Burkina Faso more. However, they're suspect at the back, which has seen Ethiopia look to regularly counter.
Panandetiguiri gives away a free kick following a foul on Assefa. The ball is put into the box, but Soulama comfortably collects.
A lively start to the half, but much of the ball is spending most the time in the middle of the park. The state of the pitch isn't helping the quality of the football.
Close for Burkina Faso, who win a corner following some good defending by the Ethiopia backline.
Traore strikes from distance and the ball moves in the air. Tadelle punches clear, but only as far as Sanou. The Burkina Faso buries from close range, only to be correctly flagged for offside still 0-0 at the Mbombela Stadium.
Kone gives away a free kick following a foul on Bekele around the halfway line.
The pitch opens up for Megersa, who goes for goal from distance. He gets too much underneath his effort and his shot flies high and wide.
Burkina Faso manage to clear, but only as far as Hailu. He goes for a side footed effort from 25 yards out, only to see his shot bounce wide.
Ethiopia have a free kick 10 yards inside the Burkina Faso half. Debebe takes and earns himself a corner.
At the other end, Said receives a ball on the left and attempts an audacious half volley, only to see his effort flash well wide of the Burkina Faso goal.
Bance looks to latch onto the end of a cross, but it's too close to the Ethiopia goal and Tadelle gathers easily.
After Ethiopia's early pressure, Burkina Faso look to be growing into the encounter.
Traore receives the ball on the edge of the area and drives at the Ethiopia goal. His effort is straight at Tadelle, however, and the goalkeeper comfortably holds. Meanwhile, Adane looks to be coming off following his injury in the third minute.
Some interesting defending from Burkina Faso as Soulama tries to be clever in his own box. Under pressure he almost falters before clearing.
Adane is receiving treatment after his earlier injury, but is OK to continue.
Ball comes through to Burkina Faso's Bance, but the ball gets stuck underneath his feet and the Ethiopia defence can clear.
And Bekele hits the post for Ethiopia after a swift attacking move. First opportunity of the game.
Ethiopia's Adane is down early on, but has risen to his feet and looks OK to carry on.
The pitch this evening isn't of the highest quality, with the ground staff coating the surface in sand ahead of the encounter.
Both sets of fans are in loud voice as Ethiopia kick us off at the Mbombela Stadium. Burkina Faso will be kicking from left to right for the first half.
Following the 1-1 draw between Nigeria and Zambia earlier today, the winner, if there is one, will head to the top of Group C.
The two teams are now on their way out of the tunnel for kick off, which is a little over five minutes away.
