That is it from me, Tom Webber, for this afternoon. Have a great evening.
Can anyone catch this Bayern side? Guardiola had a difficult task taking over the reigns of a side who had just won the domestic and European treble, but he has maintained that winning formula and added his own embelishments. Nineteen games played and still only four points dropped. Unbelievable.
FULL TIME - Bayern 5-0 Frankfurt: Guardiola's men retain their 13-point lead at the top the Bundesliga with an absolute mauling of the Eagles. The visitors never looked like causing die Roten any damage and goals from Gotze, Ribery, Robben, Dante and Mandzukic secured them an impressive victory.

The final whistle goes!
90' + 2'
PIZARRO! HOW DOES HE MISS?! Contento whips in a great cross to the back post but the Peruvian striker completely misses the ball and fails to connect inside the six-yard box.
90' + 1'
We are into the first of an additional two minutes.
GOOOOOAAL! Mandzukic rounds off the scoring with a lovely goal, racing into the area and turning inside of Russ before curling a fine effort past Wiedwald and into the far corner. He has certainly deserved that for all the effort he has put in today.
WHAT A MISS! Robben is picked out at the back post in acres of space but he skies his close-range effort high over the roof of the goal. He affords himself a little smile as he has already got one.
Robben absolutely telegraphed that one! He had either Mandzukic or Ribery to set through on goal but he made his decision to supply the Croatian far too obvious and Russ read it, intercepting the ball.
So, Bayern will restore their 13-point advantage at the Bundesliga summit this afternoon. Such a gap at this stage of the season has never before been overturned so it is difficult to see Guardiola's side not retaining their title. The real challenge is, can they do it unbeaten?
The tempo of the game has slowed down quite a bit now, with Bayern happy to let Frankfurt see a bit more of possession. However, they still look a threat when they move into the Eagles' half, with Ribery and Robben still dangerous.
GOOD SAVE FROM WIEDWALD! Ribery carries the ball into the box and burns past Madlung on the outside, rather than feed Pizarro. He then fires a shot towards the near post but Wiedwald stays big and gets his body in the way.
Bayern have had 69 per cent possession this evening, a stat which illustrates just how strong they have been.
JUST WIDE! Madlung finally beats Mandzukic to a header inside the area but he can only get it as far away Ribery. The Frenchman controls it brilliantly and looses an effort at goal, but it drifts just outside the post.
The Frankfurt medical staff signal that Trapp is going to have to leave the pitch following that knock to his knee. Wiedwald will come on for his first Bundesliga appearance.
Trapp is down in the area following a collision with Robben. He pummels the ground with his fist and looks to be in some pain.
POOR EFFORT! Alaba's floated cross from the left drops to Rafinha at the back post and he attempts to strike the ball on the bounce. His technique is all wrong though and he sends a wild effort miles off target.
Frankfurt need to be careful not to lose their heads here. Aigner goes in for a challenge a bit too harshly and is lucky to escape without a booking.
GOOOOOOOAL! Dante makes it four! The Brazilian rises high inside the area to nod a corner in off the far post. Die Roten are running away with this one now.
GOOOOOAAL!! ROBBEN FINDS THE NET! He's only been on the pitch a matter of minutes, but the Dutchman is on the scoresheet as he guides a shot into the back of the net from Gotze's cutback. Madlung's awful clearance had gifted the former BVB man possession, and how he made him pay.
AWFUL FROM JOSELU! The Spaniard is sent clean through on goal in acres of space. He has plenty of time to pick out his spot but he takes too long and Dante is able to close him down and get a foot in the way of his eventual shot. He really should be doing better there.
Die Roten break through Ribery but rather than pass out wide to Rafinha he tried to take it through the middle. He ended up losing it but the loose ball was fired at goal by Gotze, however Trapp was positioned well to hold it.
CHANCE FOR AIGNER!! He could have had the perfect impact on the game there as a stray pass from Boateng goes straight to him inside the box. He makes quite a hash of the effort, though, and slices it wide of the near post.
Another decent save from Trapp! Ribery yet again races in from the left flank and he attempts to beat the keeper from an acute angle with a stabbed effort, but he turns it behind with two strong hands.
Robben has been warming up continually since the second half started. Are we going to see him enter the fray soon? The Frankfurt defence will certainly be hoping that is not the case, but they won't have any choice.
OFF THE BAR!! What a brilliant effort from Ribery! He gets in behind Jung again and dinks a shot over Trapp as he races off his line. It looks to be sailing into the far corner but it bounces off the crossbar and settles on the roof of the net.
GREAT SAVE!! Rafinha pops up in the area as if he is a striker but he is unable to guide his shot past Trapp, who diverts the effort behind the goal.
The second half as begun in exactly the same fashion, with Bayern dominating the play and forcing Frankfurt to sit with everyone behind the ball.
A brilliant delivery from Shaqiri almost finds Dante at the back post but the ball drifts agonisingly over his head and behind for a goal kick.
OFF THE POST!! A brilliant disguised pass from Thiago picks out Gotze in the box and the midfielder manages to slip a shot underneath Trapp. The keeper does get a leg to it, though, which is enough to angle the effort onto the post before it is cleared.
STAT: Bayern have now scored at least two goals in their 11 most recent Bundesliga games. That is fairly prolific.
OVER THE TOP! An ambitious effort from 30 yards out by Ribery there, and the winger was nowhere near hitting the target. The home fans don't mind, though.
A good move down the left culminates with Gotze sliding a pass into Alaba but the Austrian checks back before releasing his shot. It enables the defender to get back into position and his effort is deflected behind for a corner.
Frankfurt get the ball rolling for the second half.
Welcome back! The players are re-emerging from the tunnel so the second half will be underway shortly.
Bayern's interplay has been sensational so far this afternoon. Thiago and Lahm have dominated the midfield, whilst the latter has rotated position with Rafinha throughout. Frankfurt are struggling to pick up their men due to the continual interchanging and need to show more organisation after the break. Be sure to join me for it in 15 minutes.
HALF TIME - Bayern 2-0 Frankfurt: Guardiola's men have been in complete control since the first kick and they lead at the break thanks to a sensational Gotze goal and a tidy finish from Ribery. It will be a case of keeping the scoreline as low as possible for the Eagles in the second half, as their goal threat has been minimal.
45' + 2'
The referee blows his whistle to signal the end of the half.
There will be two minutes of added time to be played here.
GOOOOOAAL!! Madlung fails to get tight to Mandzukic in the area and the Croatian uses the space to put his head on a cross from the right. It cannons back off the defender and Ribery pounces, slamming a low shot into the net at Trapp's right. Bayern double their lead!
WHAT A CHANCE! Joselu loops a decent cross into the area and Barnetta runs onto it in the centre but his header is weak and Neuer gathers it with ease.
Corner to Frankfurt here as Boateng heads Flum's cross from the right behind his own goal. The set play is only cleared as far as Djakpa but his drilled effort fails to find a route to goal through a host of bodies on the edge of the box.
This is excellent play from Bayern. They are making a number of crisp, short passes to gradually work their way up the field. Lahm moves out to the right for an overlap but his cross is headed away.
Joselu has his first chance of the game as he races into the box from the left but fires a powerful shot well over the top of the goal.
WHY DIDN'T HE GO FOR GOAL! Thiago rises to meet a cross in the box unchallenged, but rather than try and test Trapp he looks to cushion it back into the centre. Maybe he knew it was too high for him to worry the keeper.
Shaqiri has to do better there. He hasn't seen much of the ball recently and maybe that is why. He has plenty of time to pick out a team-mate but instead he curls his cross into the gloves of Trapp.
A bit of miscommunication there as Trapp comes off his line to collect a cross but Djakpa steams in and boots it behind for a corner.
STUNNING SAVE!! Barnetta comes inside from the right and bends a left-footed effort towards goal. Thiago flings a leg at it which loops it high towards Neuer's far post. The keeper watches it the whole way, scrambling across his line before clawing it out for a corner.
That is great pass from Boateng to pick out Ribery inside the box and the Frenchman beats Trapp to the ball. His touch takes him too wide so he has to roll it back so that a cross can be sent in towards Mandzukic. The towering striker rises to challenge Jung at the back post but gets more of the defender's head than the ball. He's having a tough time this afternoon!
Frankfurt have barely got out of their own half so far this afternoon, with Bayern monopolising the ball. Thiago has been knocking it about fantastically in the centre of the park with Ribery also lively out on the left.
Wide from Lahm! The Bayern captain is teed up by Gotze 20 yards from goal and his shot takes a double deflection before trickling wide of the target.
That was sublime from Thiago! Fantastic close control saw him away from Meier before he sprayed a pass out to Alaba on the left. Brilliant technique from the young Spaniard.
OVER THE TOP! Djakpa is picked out on the left and he is not closed down 30 yards from goal. He opts to fire a shot at goal but it is always rising and it darts high of Neuer's net.
That was a great chance for Ribery! He gets in behind the defence and sprints into the area but as he closes in on goal he takes a heavy touch which means he has to shoot from an acute angle. Trapp gets himself across to the near post and manages to smother the effort.
GREAT SAVE!! Ribery is again released down the left and he gets to the byeline and cuts the ball back into the middle. Gotze meets it 12 yards from goal but his attempt is kept out by the legs of the keeper.
That is so wasteful from Frankfurt. Djakpa tries to take a quick free kick but he takes too long to feed Rosenthal down the left and the forward strays offside.
NAUGHTY! Thiago is fouled and in the aftermath Dante puts in a strong challenge of his own. Joselu pushes the Brazilian to show his displeasure and the referee gives the both a talking to. The free kick, though, goes the way of the hosts.
Barnetta is putting in a really good shift so far today. Once more he is back to help defend against Ribery but this time the Frenchman gets his cross in. However, Madlung is able to deal with it and head away the danger.
Bayern slow the tempo of the game down with a number of short passes along the back. Ribery eventually sends a pass straight to Rosenthal and he looks to initiate a counterattack by slipping possession out to Djakpa. The left-back's cross is atrocious, though, and goes out for a throw on the far side.
That is a real shiner Mandzukic has got there. He might not be able to continue as he goes off to the side of the goal for more attention from the medical staff.
OUCH! Mandzukic challenges Trapp in the air from a high ball in and the Croatian takes an elbow to the face for his troubles. He is down receiving treatment now and he looks in real pain.
GOOOOAAAL! NOW IT IS 1-0! A brilliant diagonal pass from just outside the centre circle from Dante is cushioned down by Mandzukic for Gotze. He controls the ball with his chest before lashing an exquisite volley across goal and into the bottom corner.
SO CLOSE FOR SHAQIRI! The Swiss fashions himself a shooting opportunity by ducking inside of his marker on the far side of the box and putting the ball onto his left foot. He drives a low attempt towards goal which goes wide off the outside of the post. A little bit more composure and that could have been 1-0.
That was poor from Meier! After that dire shot in the opening minutes he now adds a truly dreadful attempt at a pass to his contributions. He failed to find Barnetta on the left, instead sending the ball straight out of play.
BRILLIANT STOP! Shaqiri races down the right and pulls the ball back to Mandzukic on the top of the box. He strikes it on the bounce with great technique, aiming his shot low to the keeper's left. Trapp was primed and ready, though, diving down and parrying the effort aside.
Ribery is seeing plenty of the ball out on the left here and as he is realeased once more Barnetta tracks back and holds him up. He manages to turn him away from goal and the momentum of the attack breaks down.
Sloppy play from Frankfurt there as they give possession away inside their own half and Ribery glides into the box. He slips a pass to the overlapping Gotze but his attempted cross is cut out at the near post.
Shaqiri arrows a nice cross into the box from the right and Mandzukic attempts to cushion it down but the Frankfurt defence are on it immediately.
An early break for Frankfurt as Meier picks up the ball in midfield and races through on goal. He looks around for a team-mate but no one is up in support so he has to go for goal, and he can only muster a tame shot which rolls comfortably into Neuer's arms.
We are underway at the Allianz Arena!
Just a few minutes to go until kick off now and the players are making their way out onto the pitch.
Frankfurt secured an impressive 1-0 win at Bayer Leverkusen in their previous away game, though today's visit to the Allianz Arena represents an even tougher challenge. Moreover, the Eagles have not beaten Bayern on their own patch since November 2000 and that was one of just three Bundesliga wins managed when travelling to face the Bavarian giants in 42 previous visits.
There can be little doubt that no matter which team was setting up to face Bayern today, they would not completely fancy their chances. The Bavarian giants have won their previous 17 home games in the Bundesliga and are currently on a 43-match undefeated run in the league, stretching all the way back to October 2012.
Frankfurt's Sebastian Rode will be a Bayern player next season but he does not feature today. Instead, Pirmin Schwegler is joined in midfield by Johannes Flum. Former Real Madrid striker Joselu is given the solitary starting berth in attack with Czech youngster Vaclav Kadlec on the bench.
Frankfurt substitutes: Wiedwald, Weis, Aigner, Lanig, Inui, Schrock, Kadlec.
Frankfurt (4-2-3-1): Trapp; Jung, Madlung, Russ, Djakpa; Schwegler, Flum; Rosenthal, Meier, Barnetta; Joselu.
Bayern substitutes: Starke, Contento, Kroos, Muller, Robben, Hojbjerg, Pizarro.
Bayern (4-1-4-1): Neuer; Rafinha, Boateng, Dante, Alaba; Lahm; Shaqiri, Thiago, Gotze, Ribery; Mandzukic.
Toni Kroos was less than pleased at his substitution during last weekend's 2-1 win over Stuttgart and he finds himself on the bench this afternoon. Mario Gotze therefore moves back into the middle of the park with Mario Mandzukic returning to lead the line. Full line-ups on the way.
Hello and welcome to this afternoon's LIVE play-by-play commentary on the Bundesliga meeting between Bayern Munich and Eintracht Frankfurt at the Allianz Arena. Pep Guardiola's indomitable side have dropped just four points so far this season and victory today would see them restore their 13-point lead over second-placed Bayer Leverkusen. My name is Tom Webber and I will be guiding you through all the action.
