More shaky scenes in the Atalanta box and it takes two whiffs to clear the ball just as De Ceglie looked likely to pull the trigger.

And we have kickoff! Juventus are playing in their usual black and white kit whereas Atalanta are decked in black and blue. The away side look to control the match early on with some slick passing but a slack pass from Vidal gifts possession back to Atalanta.

The game has all the markings of an intriguing match. No side besides Milan this season have been able to win away at Atalanta. However, Conte himself will be looking for revenge against the side he coached in the 2009-2010 season before being sacked.

Juventus are entering the match in better form, coming off a 1-1 tie at home to Cagliari following a 1-0 win away at Lecce. Atalanta are coming off of two successive defeats against Milan at home and Lazio away. Conte's men will look to prolong their suffering in order to secure three points and maintain their lead at the top of the standings.
The two teams may be separated by 18 points and 14 spots in the league, but Antonio Conte's men do share one similarity with Stefano Colantuono's: drawing matches. The two sides are tied for leading the league in draws with eight each. Juventus have drawn five of their nine away matches whereas Atalanta have drawn four of their nine home games.
Welcome to Goal.com's match coverage of Atalanta-Juventus! The unbeaten league leaders are on the road tonight against one of Serie A's surprise packages; without the six point deduction handed to Atalanta for the betting scandal that swept Italy, the side would be sitting in eighth.
