AC Milan are expected to ring the changes for their Coppa Italia clash with Serie B side Reggina. Out go a whole host of first-team names and in come fringe players and youngsters desperate to stake their claims in front of coach Massimiliano Allegri.

Nigel de Jong is out for the rest of the season, having ruptured his Achillies tendon during Milan's 4-2 win over Torino, while emerging talisman Stephan El Shaarawy is likely to be rested. Summer signing Mame Niang is expected to start in his place.

Elsewhere, Kevin-Prince Boateng returns from suspension and Sulley Muntari could make his long-awaited return to the first team following his recovery from knee ligament damage.

The 22-year-old has been in and out of the team recently and will be determined to showcase his talent here. The diminuitive striker has a low centre of gravity which enables him to skip past his opponents and if given the chance, could cause the visitors' defence all sorts of problems.

The young Italian striker has seven goals to his name this season and netted against Nocerina in this competition to help the Amaranto progress. Up against his parent club Milan, the attacker will be focused on attempting to impress against Allegri's men.
Prediction
Although the Amaranto pulled off a shock victory in the last round against the Flying Donkeys, Allegri's charges - despite fielding a weakened team - should easily dispose of the Serie B side who are struggling to avoid the drop.
