  • Juventus now only need one point at home to Palermo next weekend to win their 31st Scudetto title. Torino will look to bounce back when they face another tricky challenge away at Champions League-chasing Milan. Thanks for joining me, Max Bentley, on this live commentary. Make sure to check out the match report, player ratings and reaction. Until next time, goodbye.
  • FULL TIME: TORINO 0-2 JUVENTUS. A late flurry from the Bianconeri sees them move within a point of retaining the Serie A title. In truth, it was a low-key affair and Juventus had to wait until the 86th minute when Arturo Vidal's sumptuous volley broke the deadlock. Torino's fortunes went from bad to worse when Kamil Glik was dismissed for a second bookable offence and Claudio Marchisio made sure of the points in stoppage time.
  • 90' + 3'
Torino nearly snatch a consolation when Alessio Cerci curls a freekick over the Juventus wall, but Buffon gets across his goal excellently to make the save.

    Goal Claudio Marchisio
2-0 JUVENTUS!! Andrea Pirlo delivers a cross towards the back post which is headed across goal by Quagliarella for Marchisio to thrash into the back of the net from close range. Torino's miserable derby run continues.

  • 88'
Juventus look to secure the points when Marchisio plays the ball through for Quagliarella but Glik recovers excellently to make a wonderful sliding challenge.
  • 86'
    Goal Arturo Vidal
1-0 JUVENTUS! VIDAL BREAKS THE DEADLOCK! Claudio Marchisio lays the ball off to the Chilean just outside the box and he sends a thumping half-volley past Gillet into the bottom left corner. He has now scored four goals in his last three games. Juventus inch ever closer to retaining the Scudetto!
  • 85'
WHAT A CHANCE FOR JUVENTUS! Asamoah produces a superb cross to pick out Pogba at the back post, but the Frenchman somehow volleys inches past the post from a few yards out.
  • 83'
    SubstitutionMario Santana Valter Birsa
  • 83'
Ventura opts to make his last substitution replacing Mario Santana with Valter Birsa. Seven minutes remaining for Juventus to find a winner.
  • 82'
WHAT A CHANCE FOR TORINO! Alessio Cerci has finally sprung to life and he does fantastically to surge past Chiellini once again but Jonathas somehow fails to bundle home his cross from a few yards out.
  • 80'
Alessio Cerci shows blistering pace to burst past Asamoah and Pirlo down the left touchline, but the 25-year-old cannot pick out Bianchi with his low cross into the box.

    Yellow Card Kamil Glik
Kamil Glik is the next player to be booked after an arm in the face of Quagliarella.
  • 77'
I'm not sure Buffon has made a touch in this second half but it remains goalless. Can Torino produce a snatch and grab here?
  • 75'
    SubstitutionDanilo D'Ambrosio Valerio Di Cesare
Ventura also decides to make a change with Valerio Di Cesare coming on in place of Danilo D'Ambrosio. With fifteen minutes remaining, can the Granata hold on to an impressive clean sheet?

  • 74'
Conte decides to make a double change with Martin Caceres and Fabio Quagliarella replacing Stephan Lichtsteiner and Mirko Vucinic. Can the fresh legs inspire Juventus to victory?
  • 73'
Ogbonna and Glik have done superbly to prevent Vucinic from settling on the ball and the Montenegrin is frustrated to see the ball stolen off his toes once again.
  • 72'
This game is certainly becoming a candidate for dullest match of the season. Both sides really struggling to produce the cutting edge in the final third.
  • 70'
Juventus come forward once again but Lichtsteiner drags a right-footed effort across goal and out for a goal kick. Conte must be tempted to make a change soon.
  • 68'

  • 67'
    SubstitutionRiccardo Meggiorini Jonathas
Giampiero Ventura makes the first change of the game, replacing Riccardo Meggiorini with Jonathas. Can the Brazilian change Torino's fortunes up front?

  • 62'
Alessio Cerci looks to latch onto Gazzi's lofted pass over the head of Chiellini but the ball skids off the wet surface and goes out for a goal kick. We haven't seen too much of the 25-year-old this afternoon who made his international debut for Italy against Brazil last month.
  • 60'
Stephan Lichtsteiner does well to win a corner down the right for Juventus but Pirlo's set-piece is punched clear by Gillet.

Salvatore Masiello is the third player to be cautioned after a mistimed challenge on Pogba.

  • 55'
Paul Pogba has scored some spectacular goals this season and he looks for another when he unleashes a left-footed effort from distance which is well blocked by Gazzi.
  • 53'
This derby is still lacking goalmouth action with the majority of the possession being focused in the middle third of the pitch. Could Conte be tempted to make a change?
  • 51'
Here's a stat for you...Juventus are the only team in Serie A not to have received a red card this season. Giampiero Ventura's side have had 5 dismissals.
  • 49'
Torino are yet to get into their rhythm during the opening exchanges of the second half and it is the away side who are well on top at the moment. Can Juventus find that elusive opening goal which brings them ever closer to retaining the Serie A crown?

Juventus play a short corner but Lichtsteiner's effort loops high over the crossbar.
  • 46'
The rain absolutely pouring down as Juventus get the second half underway. Will we see a goal in the second half?
  • If the scoreline stays the same after 90 minutes, Juventus would need a victory at home to Palermo next weekend to claim their 31st Scudetto.
  • The 0-0 half-time scoreline means that Torino have now gone seven and a half games without scoring against their city rivals. Can they snatch the opening goal in the second period? Let me know your thoughts and predictions via Twitter @MaxBentley1.
  • HALF TIME: TORINO 0-0 JUVENTUS. Hardly the finest Derby della Mole but both sides have shown glimpses of quality in a first half which ends goalless. Antonio Conte's side have enjoyed the majority of the play but Torino went closest to opening the scoring when Mario Santana's brilliant curling effort was tipped over the bar expertly by Gianluigi Buffon moments before the half-time whistle. All to play for in the second half.
  • 45'
    Yellow Card Riccardo Meggiorini

    Yellow Card Stephan Lichtsteiner
  • 45'
Mauro Bergonzi has had enough of Lichtsteiner and the Juventus wing-back is finally cautioned after a spot of handbags with Torino's Meggiorini.
  • 44'
GREAT SAVE FROM BUFFON! After Bonucci produces a brilliant sliding challenge to prevent Bianchi from converting Meggiorini's cross, the Granata have the best chance of the match when Santana's beautifully finessed effort from outside the box is brilliantly tipped over by the Italian no.1.
  • 42'
Juventus threaten down the left this time but Asamoah's drilled low cross is cleared upfield by Ogbonna.
  • 41'
Lichtsteiner finds space down the right but disappointingly fails to pick out one of the Bianconeri jerseys that had filled the Torino box. Not the Swiss' finest half of football.
  • 40'
Lichtsteiner is walking a tightrope here and somehow avoids being written into the referee's notebook when he hauls down Santana once again. Last chance saloon for the Swiss international.
  • 38'
Juventus are pushing for a goal before the break and Pogba is the next to go close when his header from Pirlo's free kick is well saved by Gillet.
  • 37'
JUVENTUS HAVE THE BALL IN THE NET...BUT IT'S OFFSIDE! Vucinic pokes a slide pass behind the Torino defence and Marchisio deftly chips the ball over the advancing Gillet and into the back of the net, only to be denied by the linesman's flag.
  • 35'
There is a stoppage in play after Santana goes down under a challenge from Lichtsteiner. Masiello opts to play the free kick short to Cerci, but the 25-year-old wastefully chips the ball into the nearest Juventus midfielder.
  • 33'
Claudio Marchisio produces a smart turn to evade the challenge of Basha and he feeds Asamoah on the left corner of the box, but the Ghanaian's well-struck effort is excellently blocked by D'Ambrosio.
  • 31'
Torino threaten with Cerci again down the right but his inviting low cross is expertly blocked by Bonucci. The game beginning to get a little more stretched now.
  • 29'
Pogba and Lichtsteiner combine excellently down the right with the Frenchman playing in his teammate on the corner of the box, but the Swiss opts to cross when he really ought to have pulled the trigger. A good chance goes begging for Juventus.
  • 27'
Despite languishing just seven points above the relegation zone, Torino top goalscorer Rolando Bianchi has more Serie A goals (10) this season than Juventus' leading marksman Mirko Vucinic (9).
  • 26'
Santana whips in a fierce corner from the left and it is flicked just over the bar by the head of Bianchi.
  • 25'
MUCH BETTER FROM TORINO! Alessio Cerci shows his ability when he surges past Chiellini down the right and Juventus have Marchisio to thank when the Italian international produces a crucial header to deny Santana heading in Cerci's cross at the back post.
  • 24'
Asamoah plays a superb ball into the feet of Vucinic but the Montenegrin is denied a strike on goal by a brilliant interception from Glik. Impressive defensive performance from the Pole so far.
  • 23'
Incidentally, Antonio Conte made his Juventus debut against Torino in a 1-0 win back in November 1991.
  • 21'
I think we can expect some goals this afternoon as there have been 35 goals involved in Torino's last eight matches.
  • 20'
Twenty minutes gone and still 0-0 but Juventus are starting to knock on the door now. Can they break the deadlock?
  • 19'
JUVENTUS GO CLOSE! Lichtsteiner is causing problems down the right and his teasing low cross towards Marchisio is well parried by Gillet and the Belgian goalkeeper is relieved to see his clean sheet intact when Glik denies Pogba on the line.
  • 17'
Juventus opt to take a short corner and Gillet is called into action for the first time when he makes a smart stop to deny Vidal's curling effort.
  • 15'
The Bianconeri nearly break through the Torino defence when Vucinic and Pirlo exchange some neat passing on the edge of the box, but the Montenegrin's deft backheel towards Marchisio is excellently intercepted by Gazzi.
  • 14'
Juventus are beginning to assert themselves now and Lichtsteiner sends a teasing cross towards the back post which is headed narrowly over by Vidal.
  • 12'
CHANCE FOR JUVENTUS! Paul Pogba threads an inch-perfect pass behind the Torino centre-back pairing but Mirko Vucinic can only drag his strike wide of the goal. Superb vision shown from the 20-year-old Frenchman there.
  • 10'
Andrea Pirlo opts to strike a freekick from distance but the veteran midfielder watches his effort disappointingly strike the Granata wall. Jean-Francois Gillet yet to make a save in the Torino goal.
  • 8'
Alessio Cerci whips a splendid cross into the box but it just evades the outstretched boot of Bianchi. Giampiero Ventura will be happy with the start that his side have made here.
  • 7'
Stephan Lichtsteiner is fortunate to escape an early booking when he bundles Santana over outside the box. Good opportunity for the Granata to test Buffon here.
  • 6'
Promising start from the home side who are yet to be threatened by the Juventus attack. Can they end their seven-game goal drought against the Old Lady today?
  • 4'
Torino are appealing for a freekick on the edge of the box when Santana goes down under a challenge from Pogba, but the referee is not interested and waves play on.
  • 3'
Early chance for Torino when Bianchi capitalises upon a misjudgement from Barzagli to latch onto a long ball from defence, but the 30-year-old striker is unfortunate to see the ball ricochet back off him after Bonucci had blocked his effort.
  • 2'
Juventus enjoy the early possession but are yet to venture into the final third. Plenty of jeers from the home crowd every time a Bianconeri shirt passes the ball.
  • 1'
Mauro Bergonzi blows the whistle and Torino get the 186th Derby della Mole underway.
  • Mauro Bergonzi leads out the sides to a great roar from the home crowd. Captains Gianluigi Buffon and Rolando Bianchi begin the traditional handshakes.
  • The Torino fans are in full force this afternoon with a sea of claret and white filling the Stadio Olimpico. I don't think I've ever seen so many flags at a football match...wonderful support.
  • If Juventus acquire more than seven points from their remaining five matches, they will better their points tally of 84 from last season's unbeaten campaign.
  • Can Torino pull off a first win against their city rivals in 18 years or will Juventus edge closer to retaining the Serie A title? Remember you can let me know your predictions and thoughts on the match via Twitter @MaxBentley1.
  • A double from Claudio Marchisio and a goal from Sebastian Giovinco handed Juventus a 3-0 victory over the Granata in the reverse fixture back in December.
  • Antonio Conte decides to stick with the unconventional 3-5-1-1 formation which has served his side well in recent weeks, and he names an unchanged side to the one that beat Milan 1-0 last weekend. Paul Pogba retains his place in the Bianconeri midfield, whilst Claudio Marchisio will play in the hole behind lone striker Mirko Vucinic.
  • Giampiero Ventura makes three changes to the side which were defeated 4-3 by Fiorentina last weekend. Giuseppe Vives and Matteo Darmian are ruled out through suspension, meaning that Migjen Basha and Salvatore Masiello are recalled. Rolando Bianchi, in his last Derby dell Mole, partners Riccardo Meggiorini up front with Paulo Vitor Barreto dropping to the bench.
  • JUVENTUS (3-5-1-1): Buffon; Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini; Lichtsteiner, Vidal, Pirlo, Pogba, Asamoah; Marchisio; Vucinic.
  • TORINO (4-2-4): Gillet; D'Ambrosio, Glik, Ogbonna, Masiello; Basha, Gazzi; Cerci, Bianchi, Meggiorini, Santana.
  • Let's bring you up to speed with the team news, starting with the Granata...
  • The Derby della Mole has served up some special encounters in the past but Torino have failed to beat their city rivals in the previous 13 contests, a record stretching back to 1995. They have also failed to score in their last seven derby matches since a Benoît Cauet strike in a 2-2 draw back in 2001-02. Can they finally outdo Juventus today?
  • With just four points separating Juventus from a record 31st Scudetto title, Antonio Conte's side will be hoping to secure a seventh consecutive league win against local rivals Torino this afternoon. Giampiero Ventura's team languish seven points above the relegation zone and a rare victory against the Bianconeri could well consolidate their position in Serie A next season. It's all set up to be a classic. Bringing you all the action from the Stadio Olimpico di Torino, my name is Max Bentley. Feel free to tweet me your predictions and thoughts on the match via Twitter @MaxBentley1.
