Inter will be without defender Walter Samuel but striker Antonio Cassano could return up front to partner Rodrigo Palacio for the visit of 11th-placed Torino.
Philippe Coutinho, who is rumoured to be on the verge of a move away from San Siro, will not feature, along with Diego Milito and Dejan Stankovic, but Ricky Alvarez is named in the squad.
Torino boss Giampiero Ventura meanwhile is only missing defender Angelo Ogbonna, with Kamil Glik and Guillermo Rodriguez slotting in at centre back and Rolando Bianchi back up front.
Alessio Cerci suffered a minor injury in midweek, but looks set to feature on the wing.

With Inter struggling for attacking options, the Nerazzurri's faithful will be looking to Argentine Rodrigo Palacio to take on the side's attacking burden. With just 16 goals at the San Siro in Serie A this season, Andrea Stramaccioni's side are in need of a goal threat, and Palacio will have to be on form if Inter are to secure points from the fixture.

The Italian striker is Torino's leading scorer this season but time on the ball - and chances - are likely to be in fairly short supply at San Siro. Inter defender Walter Samuel is out, and Rolando Bianchi could profit and add to his season's tally, particularly given that he should be fresh after returning from suspension.
Andrea Stramaccioni's side have endured a rocky patch of form lately, and with a Torino outfit who are in the midst of a fine run - with three wins out of their last four games - this match-up could yet provide one or two surprises. Inter, on the other hand, have won just one in their last four and will be hoping Rodrigo Palacio and Fredy Guarin are on form, with Diego Milito out and Antonio Cassano a doubt.
The loss of Walter Samuel at the back for Inter provides a further boost for Torino, who are likely to be missing only Angelo Ogbonna at the back. And with the return of Rolando Bianchi up front after his suspension, Torino - with seven draws away from home already this season - could secure an eight if they can keep Inter at bay.
