After their dramatic 2-2 draw with Rubin Kazan on Thursday, Inter will look to shuffle their pack as they aim to make it three wins out of four in Serie A.

Having opted to field a relatively youthful team in the Europa League, head coach Andrea Stramaccioni will be sure to recall Wesley Sneijder and Diego Milito into the side on Sunday.

Fredy Guarin is likely to reclaim his place in the middle of the park, while Jonathan is an injury doubt and will surrender the right-back slot to Javier Zanetti.

With Inter already missing 5 players through injury (Dejan Stankovic, Christian Chivu, McDonald Mariga, Joel Obi and Gaby Mudingayi), the Brazilian will be keen to prove he is fit enough for a place on the bench.

Following their gutsy fight-back against Udinese, Siena will be in no mood to meekly surrender. With a full-strength squad at his disposal (the injured Claudio Terzi and Robert Vitiello notwithstanding), coach Serse Cosmi will feel quietly confident about his team’s ability to spring a surprise.

Matteo Contini will be handed a starting place in the back three, allowing Cristiano Del Grosso to be deployed in a wide position. In attack, Ze Eduardo will partner Emanuele Calaio.

At 33 years of age, Diego Milito is still one of the most respected strikers in the world. Coming second only to Zlatan Ibrahimovic in last season's scoring charts, the Argentine has started the season in blistering form with 2 goals in 3 games.

Having joined on the last day of the transfer window, the 28 year old Italian will be keen to demonstrate his considerable talent to the Siena faithful. Following a 6 month loan to Cesena where he struggled for both form and fitness, Rosina will be determined to prove that he is still the same player that carried the hopes of Torino on his back for several seasons.
Prediction
Playing three days after a European match is never an easy task, but Inter's squad depth should be enough to see them through in relative comfort. Although the Inter defence seems to be perpetually vulnerable, in Diego Milito and Antonio Cassano they possess a formidable goal threat which should be enough to see them claim their first home win of the season.
