Inter will look to follow on from their 3-0 away win at Pescara last Sunday by naming a near unchanged side for the match with Roma.

The only change Andrea Stramaccioni may consider making is bringing in Rodrigo Palacio for Antonio Cassano, after the Italian international exerted himself in the Nerazzurri's Europa League tie against Vasuli on Thursday.

The Milanese giants are still without Samir Handanovic, Dejan Stankovic, Ricky Alvarez and Gabi Mudingayi, but can rely on the talents of Luca Castellazzi in goal, Walter Gargano and Freddy Guarin in midfield and Wesley Sneijder in the hole behind the strikers.

Meanwhile, Roma are sweating on the fitness of Michael Bradley, and could bring in Brazilian midfielder Marquinho for his first start.

Zdenek Zeman may make one more, unforced, change and bring in Mattia Destro for Pablo Osvaldo. The young forward's tireless attitude could be the catalyst for Erik Lamela and Francesco Totti to make their mark on the contest.

Other than that, it should be the same XI that drew 2-2 with Catania last Sunday, as the Czech coach looks for his first win as new Giallorossi boss.

What more is there to say about this man? The Argentina international is only behind Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo with goals in 2012, and if Inter are to do well in this game, he will have to show the same striking instincts he's shown all year.

This could be a make-or-break season for the youngster. He showed flashes of his brilliance last year, but if he's to prove he is more than potentially a world class player, then it's games against the likes of Inter where he has to step up to the plate.
Prediction
Expect goals in this clash between two sides who are not known for their tight defences. With Diego Milito on red-hot form and Mattia Destro out to prove a point, I can see both forwards bagging a couple of goals as they exploit the weak links of Nicolas Burdisso and Andrea Ranocchia.
