Barcelona forward David Villa has recovered from kidney stones and could start against Sevilla at Camp Nou.
Defender Adriano remains a doubt with a hamstring problem, while Eric Abidal has been declared fit for the first time since undergoing a liver transplant last April.
Assistant coach Jordi Roura will rest some of the players who featured in the 2-0 defeat at AC Milan, with back-to-back clashes against Real Madrid coming up over the next week.
Sevilla boss Unai Emery is also likely to rotate his squad in order to prioritise Wednesday's Copa del Rey semi-final second leg against Atletico Madrid.
Andres Palop, Cicinho, Diego Perotti and Piotr Trochowski are all out injured, while Emir Spahic is suspended.

The Argentina star endured a frustrating night in the Champions League as his team got smothered by a tactical masterclass from AC Milan. Messi will look to get back amongst the goals and extend his remarkable scoring streak in La Liga to 15 matches.

The 27-year-old winger has been linked with a big-money summer move to Manchester City after a run of consistent performances for Sevilla. Navas will be keen to add goals to his game, though, as he is yet to find the net this season.
Saturday's match could be a low-key affair as both teams will have one eye on their midweek Copa del Rey semi-final ties. Sevilla will have to produce something special at Camp Nou to derail Barcelona, who will be out to prove a point after their lacklustre performance in Milan.
