Claudio Ranieri's stuttering visitors will be aiming for back-to-back wins for the first time this campaign by securing victory against the Bianconeri

Giuseppe Sannino's side will face Inter without top scorer Emanuele Calaio, who is missing with a calf problem but could return for next week's clash with Bologna.

The home side will also be without midfielders Simone Vergassola and Paolo Grossi, both of whom are not expected to return to action until mid-December. The pair are suffering from muscle tears.

The visitors, meanwhile, are set to be without Wesley Sneijder, who is still suffering from the thigh problem that forced him to pull out of the win over Cagliari.

Coach Claudio Ranieri will also be without key South American trio Lucio, Maicon and Diego Forlan. Lucio has an adductor muscle strain, while the latter pair are suffering from hamstring and thigh injuries, respectively. Ghana midfielder Sulley Muntari will also miss out with a knee problem.

The former Udinese star has already netted two goals, including a well-taken penalty in last week's 2-2 draw with Atalanta. The playmaker's solid form has not gone unnoticed, with talk of an international recall surfacing and another good performance againt the current world champions would do his chances no harm.

The Brazilian youngster put in an impressive performance in last week's victory over Cagliari, scoring his side's second goal and looking dangerous with every touch of the ball. The former Vasco Da Gama playmaker featured from the bench in midweek but is expected to start against Siena, and will be hoping he can again prove that he can challenge Wesley Sneijder for his place in the side upon the Dutchman's return to fitness.

After the morale-boosting victory over Cagliari last weekend, the visitors will go into this game with more confidence. With an opportunity to secure back-to-back victories for the first time this season, Inter should emerge triumphant.
