The playmaker has blown hot and cold for Inter this season as the club currently languish in 17th place. The Nerazzurri are tough to beat when Sneijder is at the top of his game and Ranieri will be hoping the Dutchman can string together some good performances, starting on Saturday against Cagliari.

The no-nonsense captain will be hoping to pour more misery on the Coppa Italia holders at the weekend. The fearless midfielder will lead by example as his side aim to snap a five-game winless run.
Inter should take care of business against the struggling Sardinians at San Siro with Pazzini and Sneijder scoring in a comfortable win.
