As for the teams the home side have made one change from their 2-0 loss to Manchester United. Leon Britton is now fully fit and comes in for Mark Gower.
For Liverpool goalkeeper Doni comes in for Pepe Reina who is ill while Martin Kelly replaces Martin Skrtel in defence.
As for Liverpool it has ultimately been a disappointing year despite winning silverware. The Carling cup isn’t enough to hide their poor league form which sees them scrapping for 7th place at best, they will want to also end on a high and go into the summer with some positivity.
It’s been an incredible first season for the Swans in the Premier League, comfortably avoiding relegation and earning high praise for their eye catching football. They will be keen to put on a show today and provide a fitting send off for their fans.
