GOAL! 1-0 Swansea. Danny Graham sweeps home into the bottom right corner past Doni
Liverpool doing most of the pressing in the closing stages here, Suarez has two shots blocked
Into the last ten minutes here. Still no real sign of either side scoring, very much going through the motions here
Substitution Nathan Dyer Wayne Routledge
Sub Dirk Kuyt makes an immediate impact. Dancing past two men down the right hand side and crosses to Carroll but his shot is easily saved by Vorm
Substitution Maxi Rodríguez Dirk Kuyt
It's getting pretty sloppy now. Both sides look tired and have struggled to put anything dangerous togetherin the last ten minutes or so
Swansea taking back some momentum here and win a couple of corners but they cant convert
Substitution Stewart Downing Craig Bellamy
A save from Vorm keeps the scores level, both sides have been frustrated up until that point, neither team giving anything away
Liverpool already looking better in this half, seeing far more of the ball and moving it around nicely
Teams are late coming out but we are back underway now
Half time here at the Liberty - 0-0. Swansea have been much the better side and should be ahead, Dyer missing a good chance jsut before the break. In a fair game that late exchange between Carroll and Williams really came out of the blue

Great save from Doni. Sigurdsson tried to catch him out with a powerful effort but he got down well and tipped it wide
Free kick just outside the box for Swansea after a clumsy foul by Jonjo Shelvey in the air
This is starting to open up slightly now, a few balls over the top allowing both sets of strikers in but the defending so far has been good at both ends

Out come the players, great reception from the fans and it's a fantastically sunny day in Swansea, everything in place for a good game this afternoon here
Liverpool Doni; Johnson, Agger, Carragher, Kelly; Downing, Henderson, Shelvey, Maxi; Suarez, Carroll
Swansea Vorm; Rangel, Williams, Caulker, Taylor; Dyer, Allen, Britton, Sinclair; Sigurdsson; Graham
As for the teams the home side have made one change from their 2-0 loss to Manchester United. Leon Britton is now fully fit and comes in for Mark Gower. For Liverpool goalkeeper Doni comes in for Pepe Reina who is ill while Martin Kelly replaces Martin Skrtel in defence.
As for Liverpool it has ultimately been a disappointing year despite winning silverware. The Carling cup isn’t enough to hide their poor league form which sees them scrapping for 7th place at best, they will want to also end on a high and go into the summer with some positivity.
It’s been an incredible first season for the Swans in the Premier League, comfortably avoiding relegation and earning high praise for their eye catching football. They will be keen to put on a show today and provide a fitting send off for their fans.
