Madrid now seven points off Barcelona at the top! This has been a stunning display by Osasuna who showed plenty of heart and endeavour and deserve the victory. Real lacked a spark in the final third and hardly tested Ricardo in goal! I'm Ross Mackiewicz and I bid you goodnight, stay tuned on Goal.com for reaction.
90' + 5'
IT'S ALL OVER!!! REAL ARE HUMBLED BY OSASUNA!!!
90' + 4'
Jose Mourinho stands motionless on the sideline.

90' + 1'
Real are pressing and pressing! Osasuna standing firm!
5 minutes added time!
Yellow Card Krisztian Vadocz
2 minutes plus stoppage time!
Yellow Card Sergio Ramos
Yellow Card Nélson
The Estadio Reyno de Navarra is rocking!
Madrid are being exploited on the break. Aranda is giving the defence problems!
OH WHAT AN INTERVENTION BY ARBELOA TO KEEP REAL IN THE GAME BY BLOCKING THE BALL ON THE LINE WITH A FANTASTIC LUNGE! Aranda so unlucky who created the chance for Vadocz!
Kaka with a carbon copy of Ronaldo's effort not so long ago as he cuts in from the right but his shot trickles wide.
This result will be huge for the hosts. If they can hold on, what a lift this will give them as they fight to avoid the drop come May. They are showing plenty of fight here no doubt about that.
RONALDO! Great burst of pace to get down the right but his driven effort is straight down the throat of Ricardo who gets his whole body behind the ball.
Great punch by Ricardo to deny Ramos latching on to a cracking ball from the right.
Real dominating possession but are restricted on the fringes of the eighteen-yard box. The spirit Osasuna are showing has to be applauded.
With Barcelona in sublime form, it is hard to envisage them dropping many points. This underlines the importance for Real not to slip up here! Just over ten minutes remain.
Resolute defending by Osasuna.
Yellow Card Ricardo
Adebayor showing a real hunger to get involved.
WHAT A CHANCE! WHAT A CHANCE! Great ball into the middle by Ozil to find Benzema whose header drifts on to the roof of the net.
Yellow Card Patxi Puñal
OZIL!!! Ever so unlucky by the German with a wonderful free-kick from twenty-five yards.
Ronaldo cuts inside from the right and his shot goes well wide.
Adebayor very nearly latches on to a Ronaldo through ball down the middle. Great defending by those in red.
Yellow Card Carlos Aranda
Madrid will have to go for the jugular, this is a huge 25 minutes in their season!
Ángel Di María
Kaka,Adebayor and Xabi Alonso all ready to come on! Mourinho is under no illusions that a result is needed!
Real lost their concentration and now face a mammoth of a task to get back into this!
Assist Carlos Aranda
Goal Javi Camuñas
GOAALLLLL!!! OUT OF NOTHING AND IT'S CAMUNAS FOR OSASUNA!!!! THE BACK FOUR FELL ASLEEP AS PANDIANI FLICKED THE BALL ON AND CAMUNAS SNEAKED IN BEHIND AND PRODUCES A SUPER FINISH INSIDE OF THE FAR POST!
Real turning the screw but surely a change will be imminent. They still haven't really tested Ricardo with many targets being wide of the mark.
Carvalho's looping head drifts onto the top of Ricardo's goal. Terrific cross by di Maria to create the chance.
No doubt the home side have started the better of the two in this second period. They are putting their opponents under real pressure.
Lassana Diarra has been excellent in the middle for Madrid. His side needs his guile in the middle.
Yellow Card Damià
Osasuna with the early pressure.
Simply a must win for Real to keep the pressure on Barcelona at the top. Osasuna looking to frustrate their opponents as they did in the first-half.
We are under-way for the second-half!
Ronaldo and Pandiani embroiled in a rift as both sides depart for half-time. On the pitch it has been a real even contest with little goal-mouth action. Pandiani had the best chance of the game for the hosts but Real started to pile on the pressure in the last ten minutes. Join us for the second-half!
Time for the interval, half-time.
Good pressure this from the visitors on the stroke of half-time .
RONALDO!!! He gets in at the near post and his driven effort is denied by a Ricardo who makes himself big. Brave goalkeeping!
Nice build-up play from Real involving Ozil and di Maria but the call for offside is signalled as the ball found its way to Benzema's feet.
Real have seen plenty of the ball but lack that creative spark in the final third.
Ozil is now becoming increasingly involved.
Jose Mourinho may be thinking of a change at half-time to swing the game in Real's favour. A star studded bench containing Kaka and Adebayor is on offer.
BENZEMA!!! Fantastic save Ricardo to deny the Frenchamn at the near post who opened his body up on the edge of the area and his stinging effort is palmed away.
PANDIANI!!! Oh best chance of the game so far. With more or less a free header in the penalty area he cannot divert his header on target. Madrid were caught napping but the former Birmingham City striker should of tested Casillas.
Fantastic move by Ozil, he jinks his way down the left-hand side before playing a sweeping ball into the far post that is met on the volley by Benzema who is ever so unlucky to see the effort go over. Great improvisation by both.
If you've just joined there hasn't been any real significant action thus far with both sides embroiled in a chess like contest in midfield.
Impressed with the shift being put in by Osasuna. Very stubborn and it's aggravating their opponents who cant settle into a rhythm.
Decent effort from distance by di Maria. No trouble for former Manchester United stopper Ricardo.
Ronaldo got the ball stuck under his feet after getting behind the defence and his hesitance extinguishes the chance. Very unlike the Madrid star.
No significant goal-mouth action thus far. A real midfield battle in progress.
Flano with a last ditch challenge on Ronaldo to deny the Portuguese superstar a one on one scenario with Ricardo.
The pressure off the ball by Osasuna has been excellent. Showing real togetherness.
Osasuna making this an even contest thus far.
Yellow Card Coro
Casillas and Khedira confuse one another in the six-yard box as the Spain stopper views the ball bounce off his left arm from an Osasuna cross. It could have gone anywhere and a lack of communication at the back that could have been catastrophic for the visitors.
Yellow Card Soriano
Soriano with an awful tackle on Diarra that subsequently results in a booking.
Osasuna making it hard for Real as they linger on the fringes of the final third. Plenty of play laboured in midfield.
Similar scenario at the other end as Benzema cant quite reach a beautiful cross from the right with his head.
Teasing cross by Nelson that had the Madrid defence worried. Pandiani unable to glance a foot onto the delivery in the penalty area. Nice move by the hosts.
Comfortable start this by Jose Mourinho's side. They are keeping possession superbly.
Yellow Card Lassana Diarra
Petulant yellow card for Lass Diarra who has had words with the referee over an inadvertent handball.
Set-piece for Real, Ronaldo territory, but unfortunately for him he strikes the ball into a stubborn red wall.
First chance of the night for Coro who lets fly from inside the 'D' but his effort drifts wide of Casillas's right-hand post.
It's evident early on that Real are looking to get the ball out wide to Ronaldo and di Maria as quickly as possible.
High tempo start from the visitors. They look pumped up for this in a chilly night in northern Spain.
We are under-way!
Mr Cesar Muniz Fernandez is tonight’s official.
New signing Adebayor is indeed on the bench for Los Blancos along with Kaka.
Real Madrid: Casillas, Ramos, Carvalho, Albiol, Arbeloa, Lass Diarra, Khedira, Di Maria, Ozil, Ronaldo, Benzema.
Osasuna: Ricardo, Damia, Sergio, Falno, Nelson, Punal, Soriano, Coro, Camunas, Aranady, Pandiani.
Teams are in!
Hola and welcome to this La Liga contest between Osasuna and Real Madrid. The visitors are playing catch-up in the title race and lie seven points behind leaders Barcelona who registered a 3-0 victory last night at Hercules. Jose Mourinho’s side claimed an efficient victory in Seville on Wednesday night in the Copa del Rey and have involved new recruit Emmanuel Adebayor in tonight’s squad. It will be interesting to see how the Manchester City loanee is utilised. As for the hosts they are only one spot above the relegation zone on goal difference and have not won in eight league games. I’m Ross Mackiewicz and I’ll be guiding you through tonight’s action, enjoy!
