West Ham United
Ten minutes left at Anfield and the majority of the travelling Hammers' faithful are heading for the exits.
West Ham substitute Pablo Barrera produces a teasing cross, but Jamie Carragher heads clear as Liverpool attempt to break.
West Ham make their final chane as James Tomkins comes on in place of Herita Ilunga.
David Ngog is replaced by Fabio Aurelio for Liverpool.
Yellow Card Mark Noble
Fernando Torres bursts into life on the edge of the box and sends in a superb shot which Robert Green tipped onto the bar, but the ball lands at the feet of Christian Poulsen on the ede of the box and Green is called into action once again, tipping the ball away with his finger-tips.
Carlton Cole has been replaced by Benni McCarthy for the Hammers.
Frederic Piquionne picked up the ball in the centre circle and worked his way towards the left hand touchline and sends in a cross which Reina scurries back to tip over for a corner. The corner taken by Pablo Barrera from the right to the near post but David Ngog clears.
Raul Meireles swings over a corner from the left and Radoslav Kovac manages to make a clearance but only as far as Maxi, whose shot is deflected behind for another corner. The set-piece is cleared.
Liverpool enjoying themselves at the moment. A good move involving Poulsen. Meireles and Maxi ends up at the feet of Fernando Torres but he shoots high into the Anfield Road end.
Half an hour to go at Anfield and Liverpool are coasting. West Ham are offering no signs of a fight back.
Frederic Piquionne gets in a good position and crosses but Pepe Reina gathers easily.
No chances to report so far this half but Liverpool are well in control.
West Ham do look to have switched to a 4-5-1 formation after the break. But Liverpool are still running through the Hammers far too easily. There are lots og gaps and holes in the the visitors midfield and the Reds are taking advantage.
Mark Noble attempts a speculative shot from long range but his radar is off target and the ball flies well wide.
Much the same pattern at the start of the second-half as the first. Liverpool are pinging the ball about nicely and crossing at the earliest opportunity. Glen Johnson is the first to swing a cross over but the ball is cleared.
West Ham make a change as they look to turn around their fortunes. Victor Obinna is replaced by Pablo Barrera.
Second-half underway at Anfield.....
HALF-TIME!!! Roy Hodgson will be delighted with his side's performance going into the break but West Ham have been truly awful. The scoreline is rather flattering on the visitors as it could easily be 5-0. Join me in 15 minutes to see if Liverpool can add to their three goals or whether Avram Grant's men can put some respectanilty back into the scoreline.
Victor Obinna produces another effort for West Ham. The striker hits a right-footed shot from outside the box that goes wide of Reina's goal.
West Ham are coming back into this a little bit but not enough to prevent some Hammers' fans from heading to the exits. West Ham have put in a shocking performance tonight and no-one can blame the visiting supporters fro starting the long journey home.
Frederic Piquionne is fouled by Jamie Carragher. Mark Noble stands over the ball, 30-yards out from goal and gets West Ham's first shot in on goal.It didn't trouble Pepe Reina.
Assist Paul Konchesky
Goal Maxi Rodríguez
GOAAALLL!!! MAXI RODRIGUEZ HEADS HOME TO MAKE IT THREE!!!! Deary me, this just gets worst for the Hammers. Fernando Torres pulls the trigger but Robert Green does well to beat the ball away. The rebound falls to Paul Konchesky who crosses for Maxi Rodriguex to nod home from inside the box. Liverpool 3-0 West Ham.
This is becoming a procession. Radoslav Kovac fouls Raul Meireles and the Portuguese star crosses right-footed into the box and Maxi manages to get a shot in, but Upson manages to clea.
Liverpool are still pressing forward. West Ham are just not at the races. Raul Meireles swings in a corner from the left to the near post but Frederic Piquionne heads away. Anfield is not the easiest of places to come to but this showing will be a worry to al Hammers' fans. Avram Grant's side have been very poor.
Penalty Goal Dirk Kuyt
GOAALLL!!! DIRK KUYT SCORES FROM THE SPOT TO MAKE IT 2-0!!!!! West Ham are all over the shop and face a cricket score on this form. Fernando Torres makes a bursting run into the box and Danny Gabbidon clearly handles as he attempts to takle the Spanish striker. Referee Lee Probert had no hesitation in pointing to the spot. Dirk Kuyt then converted the penalty straight down the middle to give Liverpool a two goal lead.
Glen Johnson has made a fantastic start to this game and is causing all sorts of problems for West ham down the right. This time the right-back floats another cross into the West Ham box but Torres, who is unmarked, doesn't connect with his attempted volley. West Ham clear their line but for how long.
Normal service is resumed though as Liverpool pepper the West Ham box first through Fernando Torres then through Glen Johnson.
West Ham make their first surge forward but Lars Jacobsen's cross is easily cleared by the goalscorer Glen Johnson.
Assist Raúl Meireles
Goal Glen Johnson
GOOAALLL!!!!! GLEN JOHNSON SCORES!!!!! And you cant say it wasn't coming. Liverpool take a short corner which plays in Raul Meireles. The midfielder shoots but Robert Green makes the save and the ball goes out for another corner. The corner is knocked back in by Meireles and the ball lands at the feet of Johnson who smashes into the bottom left corner. 1-0 Liverpool and the hosts are full value for their lead.
Fernando Torres goes close again for Liverpool. This is far to easy for the hosts. The Reds' top two are having a field day at the moment in and amongst the Hammers defence.
Wave after wave of Liverpool attacks are heading towards Robert Green's goal. This time Torres crosses but the England keeper claims the ball easily. West Ham will need hi in top form if they are to get anything out of this.
Good build up from Liverpool as Ngog runs across the edge of the area and tees up Fernando Torres who produces a right-footed shot from just outside the box but it goes wide. West Ham need to tighten up here or it could be bad night for the travelling Hammers' fans.
David Ngog gives away a free kick for an bad challenge on Radoslav Kovac but the free-kick comes to nothing.
Now Maxi Rodriguez sends a shot in on goal from Fernando Torres' lay-off but the ball flies well wide. Liverpool are cutting open the visitors at will at the moment.
The Reds are all over West Ham at the moment and David Ngog sends Rog Green sprawling, but the Hammers keeper beats away the shot.
Liverpool make a really bright start and some crisp passing ends with Glen Johnson gets to the byline and floats a teasing cross in against his former club but Matthew Upson nods behind for a corner. The set piece is cleared by West Ham. Promising start for Roy Hodgson's men.
