Carrasso will no doubt be an important player in this game, with his task quelling the threat of free-scoring PSG. His ability to control his area, as well as good reflexes will mean that he will be a tough man to beat.

The Turkish international has scored in two matches running, for the first time this season, and perhaps this could be the beginning of a prolonged run of good form for the much-maligned striker whose partnership with Hoarau has never really developed. His ability to find space as well as considerable shooting power means Erding could well be a thorn in the Bordeaux defence.
