Stadio San Siro - Milano
Referee:‬ Orsato‎

90′ +6
It's all over here in Milan and it has ended in a 2-2 draw at the San Siro. Catania were leading 2-0 at the break but Marco Borriello scored twice in the second half to turn the match on its head. It has eventually ended in a 2-2 draw. From me and the rest of the Goal.com team here in Milan, it's goodbye for now.

90′ +4
Ronaldinho runs in from the left and gallops inside the Catania penalty area but Alvarez again stops the Brazilian legend from doing any damage.

90′ +2
Inzaghi takes a shot on the Catania goal but it is comfortably saved by Andujar. What a game this has turned out to be in the second half. End-to-end stuff. Serie A still boring, anyone?

90′ +1
PENALTY!!!??? Inzaghi is sent through thanks to a long ball and the Italian legend tries to shake off Spolli but he is eventually dispossessed, although it did look that the Catania defender committed a foul on the 30-something-year-old striker.

90′
Five minutes of injury time have been awarded here....

89′
Mancini takes an attempt on goal but his shot is blocked and is off for a corner, from which Milan fashion out nothing.

88′
RONALDINHO!!!!!!!!! The Brazilian playmaker twists and turns, takes on two defenders, shields the ball and eventually takes the shot from the edge of the Catania penalty but it is very weak indeed.

86′
Ronaldinho swings in the freekick from the left but it is too heavy for his teammates and the ball goes out harmlessly for a freekick.

86′
Yellow Card Pablo Álvarez

85′
Milan couldn't do anything concrete in the past two minutes. But they now have a freekick.....

83′
It is turning out to be a one crazy game here in Milan. Seven minutes remain and Milan know that a goal will put their Scudetto ambitions back on track.

83′
Substitution Mariano Julio Izco Alessandro Potenza

81′
GOAL! GOAL! GOAL! Marco Borriello scores and it is now 2-2 in this match! Abate found himself unmarked on the right and he whipped in a cross that initially Inzaghi tried to slot home. But the ball hit him and fell kindly to Borriello who made no mistake in slotting it home. It's Milan 2-2 Catania. Will the Rossoneri find a winner in the last nine minutes of this match?

80′
Goal Marco Borriello

79′
INZAGHI!!!!!! The Italian legend goes down under the challenge of Spolli and there are appeals of a penalty. But the referee says that Inzaghi fell down on his own.

77′
Catania are pressing on too and are going for their third goal. It is indeed refreshing to find a side 2-1 up not shutting up shop, instead going out for the killer final goal.

75′
Substitution C. Seedorf Mancini

75′
Substitution Klaas-Jan Huntelaar Filippo Inzaghi

74′
Mariano Izco!!!!!!!!!! Mascara finds himself with the ball on the left and he carves the ball on the right edge of the Milan penalty area to find Maxi Lopez, who then finds Izco, who then takes a shot. But Izco is flagged offside and his shot ended on the wrong side of the Milan net anyway.

71′
Substitution Adrian Ricchiuti Gennaro Delvecchio

71′
A couple of scorelines from two of the other games played in Serie A this afternoon. Atalanta have pulled a goal back against Roma in Rome and it is now 2-1 to the home side at the Stadio Olimpico. Juventus are leading 1-0 against Cagliari.

69′
Catania on the attack now as the ball is played among their attacking players but they are eventually dispossessed on the right side of the penalty area.

68′
MASCARA!!!!!!!!! The Catania player swings in the freekick that Dida punches it over his crossbar for a corner, from which nothing concrete occurs for the Sicilian side.

67′
Milan have been on top of Catania in this half but Catania have a freekick on the edge of the Rossoneri penalty area as Thiago Silva brings down Maxi Lopez.

65′
Yellow Card Andrea Pirlo

64′
Substitution Giuseppe Favalli Mathieu Flamini

62′
Antonini finds himself leading a breakaway but he cannot get beyond the mid-section of the Catania penalty area. Milan continue to hold on to possession but Catania regroup themselves at the back and eventually clear the ball away from danger.

61′
Substitution Ezequiel Carboni Pablo Ledesma

60′
Tempers are running high at the moment here in Milan as Antonini is shown the yellow card as he commits a foul on the right side inside his own half.

58′
Milan go close again as Borriello cuts back inside to find Ronaldinho on the left edge of the Catania penalty area. The Brazilian floats in a ball but it is well defended. Milan are pressing on and on.

56′
Yellow Card Ezequiel Carboni

55′
Marco Biagianti tries to curl the ball past Dida into the Milan but his laudable attempt goes past the post. Good attempt, though.

53′
PENALTY!!!???? No, No No!! A ball is floated into the Catania penalty area and Borriello goes down under the challenge of Mascara but the referee waves play on.

50′
Milan are coming out at Catania in droves now as Ronaldinho, Borriello, Seedorf and Huntelaar all rush towards the Sicilians' citadel.

48′
GOAL! GOAL! GOAL! Milan have pulled one back as Marco Borriello has scored!! Andrea Pirlo was the architect as he floated in a long ball into the Catania penalty area. It was then knocked down by Seedorf and Borriello nodded the ball home. It's Milan 1-2 Catania. Game on here at the San Siro!

48′
Goal Marco Borriello

47′
Yellow Card Giuseppe Mascara

46′
Here we get underway with the second half. Milan face a daunting task of overhauling two goals here at the San Siro but if they want to keep alive their Scudetto dreams, then they must score thrice and win the game......

45′ +19
Maxi Lopez almost sends Adrian Ricchiuti on goal.

45′ +3
Milan try to conjure up moves again as Borriello finds himself with the ball on the left. But his final cross is disappointing. It's half time here at the San Siro and there are whistles around the stadium. Milan are losing 2-0 at the moment. Join us in 15 minutes.

45′ +2
Antonini strikes a shot from outside the Catania penalty area but the ball is deflected for a corner. From the resulting corner, Antonini again finds himself with the chance to shoot at the Catania goal from outside the area but he shoots wide.

45′
Three minutes of injury time have been awarded at the end of the first half. Can Milan pull one back?

44′
Yellow Card Massimo Ambrosini

43′
GOOAAAAAAAAAAALLLL!!!! CATANIA SCORE!!! Milan go on the attack as central defender Thiago Silva decides to try to connect with the Milan midfielders and attacking players but Milan eventually lose the ball and Catania launch a counter-attack. Adrian Ricchiuti is again at the heart of the move as he sends Maxi Lopez down the left inside the Milan penalty area. Maxi Lopez crafts in a cross that Ricchiuti heads home from just yards out. Milan 0-2 Catania.

43′
Goal Adrian Ricchiuti

42′
MARCO BORRIELLO!!!!!!! Ronaldinho sends the Italy international striker through on goal and Borriello tries to chip Andujar but the Catania goalkeeper makes a brilliant save.

40′
WHAT A GREAT PASS PLAYED BY RICCHIUTI! The Catania playmaker cuts in from the left and sends a through ball between Alvarez and Maxi Lopez but neither of them is able to read his pass. Ricchiuti has been for Catania what Ronaldinho is for Milan.

38′
Ronaldinho runs with the ball along the left now, gets past the challenge of Alvarez and sends in a cross that Spolli clears from the Catania penalty area.

35′
Still 0-0 here in Milan. However, the home side seem to have recovered their rhythm and are going forward with more coherence than earlier.

32′
Maxi Lopez is sent through again but an interception comes in at the right moment.

30′
CLARENCE SEEFORF!!!!! Milan earn a freekick 20 yards from goal. Ronaldinho plays it short to Seeforf, who then takes the shot but the ball is kept out brilliantly by Andujar.

29′
Our correspondent has confirmed that Roma have scored their second goal against Atalanta. Marco Cassetti has scored in the first half and Roma are leading 2-0.

27′
WAS THAT A PENALTY????? A diagonal ball is floated in from the right that is aimed at Borriello but the Italian striker goes down. The referee adjudges that it was he who committed the foul on his marker and not the other way round.

26′
MARCO BORRIELLO!!!!!! Milan launch a counter-attack and Seedorf runs with the ball down the middle. He could have taken a shot from around 25 yards out but he slides the ball to the left to Ronaldinho, who then gets past the challenge of Carboni and slices in a cross but Borriello cannot keep his shot on target.

25′
Our man in Rome reports of another goal in Rome. I am trying to reach him to get more information....

23′
Now Milan press the attack button and Seedorf tries to send Ronaldinho through but it is intercepted. Catania launch a quick counter-attack but Maxi Lopez hangs on to the ball for far too long and is eventually dispossessed.

22′
CATANIA!!!!!!!!!! Giuseppe Mascara floats in the corner at the near post and Marco Biagianti rushes in and tries to slide the ball past Dida but the ball goes out.

21′
Catania have earned two successive corners now. Milan, on the other hand, have yet to earn one.

18′
Our correspondent at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome has just informed me that there has been a goal there. Roma have taken the lead against Atalanta and it was scored by Mirko Vucinic in the 12th minute. So at the moment Claudio Ranieri's side are going to the top of the table in the Italian top flight.

16′
Catania are still on top of Milan as Maxi Lopez again finds himself with the ball. The Rossoneri need to push the ball out of their own half.

14′
Catania have deserved the goal actually. Milan did start the more attacking of the two sides but after the first couple of minutes, the visitors have been on top of the game. The goal set up by Ricchiuti was sensational.

12′
GOAL! GOAL! GOAL! Catania score and it is Maxi Lopez again!!!!!!! Milan are caught off-guard at the back again and Ricchiuti sends Maxi Lopez through on goal and the former Barcelona player makes no mistake in slotting the ball past Dida. Game on here at the San Siro.

12′
Goal Maxi López

9′
Catania's freekick puts the Rossoneri backline into pell-mell as they try to clear the ball away with desperation. Eventually they do but coach Leonardo wouldn't be very pleased with the way the game has started.

8′
Catania too appear to be attacking as they are putting the Milan backline under some pressure. Milan have never looked confident at the back and the Sicilians are taking advantage of that, or at least are trying to do so.

6′
ADRIAN RICCIUTI!!!! Marco Biagianti releases Ricciuti down the left and the Catania midfielder rushes in with the ball into the Milan penalty area but he eventually loses the ball and the referee awards a goalkick.

5′
Catania appear to have recovered and are pushing forward. The ball hovers in and around the Milan penalty area as the Rossoneri defenders and midfielders, including Andrea Pirlo, are losing the ball cheaply.

3′
Antonini is on the attack again for Milan as he gallops with the ball on the left and whips in a cross. But this time no one is there in a Milan shirt to turn the home towards the goal.

2′
RONALDINHO!!!!!!!!! Milan on the attack straightaway as Antonini releases Abate on the right. Abata runs with the ball, comes inside and then gives a cross that Ronaldinho tries to volley home but the ball goes wide.

1′
And here we start what promises to an entertaining afternoon in Milan.

Some team news from you from a sunny afternoon here in Milan. Ronaldinho, Huntelaar and Borriello are the three men upfront for the Rossoneri. Catania again have Maxi Lopez in attack.
