Stay tuned to Goal.com for all the reactions, player ratings and the match report from Camp Nou. The other game is finished at 1-1 so Malaga survive the drop as Valladolid, Tenerife and Xerez look to be relegated.
FULL-TIME! Six second of stoppage time and it's all over. Barcelona are champions of Spain for 2009/10. The champagne is out as they celebrate on the pitch and in the stands.
Into the last minute now and Toure continues to drive Barca forward. He's been very, very impressive tonight, the Ivorian midfielder.
Valladolid on the front foot in the dying stages now as substitute Hector Font tries to lead the charge. Pele has a decent strike from a free kick but Valdes saves and gathers the rebound, It's all in vain for Valladolid though, they are going down.
Substitution Pedro Andrés Iniesta Luján
Valdes gets down to make a save. A rare involvement for the Barca keeper and Valladolid have a corner. It's still 1-1 at the Rosaleda but that really won't matter to Barca who have done their job in style.
Henry floats in a free kick from the left and Ibra tries to flick it home with the outside of his boot. It would have been easier to head it, he had to leap to get his foot to it!!
Substitution Daniel Alves Zlatan Ibrahimovic
Henry is on for what is likely to be his farewell to Camp Nou and Zlatan Ibrahimovic is togged and ready to come in as Pep Guardiola continues to bark out the instructions to Keita on the touchline. He's not happy with 4-0 obviously!?!
Substitution Manucho Keko
Substitution Bojan Krkic Thierry Henry
GOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!! Lionel Messi grabs his second and his 34th league goal of the season to equal Ronaldo's record. Toure threaded a brilliant ball through to Messi's feet and from the edge of the box he twisted his way past two defenders before firing a low shot past the hapless Jacobo.
Andres Iniesta is warming up on the touchline as Barca win another corner.
Abidal makes a great run forward and after a one two with Messi drives a low ball across the box but it's too near Jacobo. Messi looks frustrated. He's eager for that 34th goal.
Barca looking a little scrappy at the moment but Valladolid failing to capitalise on the slack passing thus far.
Bojan makes a surging run forward but he's crowded out by three defenders and Jacobo clears.
Valladolid seem to be throwing caution to the wind now as Barragan is body-checked by Alves. It's surely too little too late in terms of attacking effort from Javier Clemente's men.
Yellow Card Daniel Alves
Well now Messi is just one away from Ronaldo's record of 34 goals and he has 25 minutes in which to level the Brazilian's tally. The atmosphere inside Camp Nou is electric right now, they know the title is a mere formality.
GOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAALLLLLL!!!!!!! Lionel Messi, it's number 33 or the season. Yaya Toure shows great skill to skip past Navas, get to the byline and cut back. Pedro dummied it and Lionel Messi stroked it into an empty net from six yards. Barcelona are Primera Liga champions for 2009/10. No doubt about it now.
Valladolid beginning to enjoy a decent spell of possession here now.
Substitution Luis Prieto Hector
Messi makes a surging run forward and as he enters the box he tries to cut back onto his left but gets intercepted by a last ditch tackle from Raul Navas who did well to dispossess him as a goal seemed certain.
Valladolid just don't seem to be able to get into this game at all. They surely must be prepared to throw caution to the wind to aid their survival bid.
Yellow Card Javier Baraja Vegas
Barca playing keep ball at their leisure here.Baraja trips Toure and that's a free kick which is probably a little far out for a direct strike as Alves plays it short to Messi.
UPDATE - It's 1-1 at the Rosaleda now. Rafael Van der Vaart has pulled on back for Madrid. That helps Valladolid's cause but they also need Tenerife to lose at Valencia.
It's looking very much like normal service resumed here as the visitors don't really have the quality to threaten Barca at present. Maybe the only question now is whether Lionel Messi can reach Ronaldo's record of 34 league goals in one season. He's two away on 32 at the moment.
Yellow Card Manucho
Substitution Jonathan Sesma Nauzet Alemán
Barca get the second half underway. What kind of a response can Javier Clemente's men muster in the second 45?
In the other games Tenerife are scoreless with Valencia at the Mestalla but that won't be enough as Racing Santander lead Sporting Gijon at El Sardinero. Bottom club Xerez are also scoreless away to Osasuna so at present, they will be relegated as bottom club on 34 points with Valladolid following them down on 36 and Tenerife also getting relegated on 37. It's all very tight at the bottom and there could be significant changes in the final 45 minutes.
At the interval Malaga still lead in Andalucia against Real Madrid. If it stays like that Barca will win the league by four points. Valladolid must produce something special to preserve their Primera Liga status but on the first half display it really doesn't look likely.
HALF-TIME! There's the whistle and it's been an efficient, controlled performance from Barcelona. Few would bet against Pep Guardiola's side making it back to back Primera Liga titles at this stage.
BOJAN!! Hits another cracking effort from 20 yards but it's a fraction over. It's still 1-0 to Malaga at the Rosaleda and while that's immaterial to Barca at present, it's bad news for Valladolid who are in that scrap for survival at the bottom.
Yellow Card Barragán
Barcelona are controlling the ball at a virtual walking pace now at the back and the visitors just don't have what it takes to stop them. It's looking quite easy as Yaya Toure makes a powerful burst into the box. The ball gets away from him and he eventually gives away a free kick for a challenge on Jacobo. He was entitled to go for that but the ref didn't think so.
Considering the absences it's been a convincing display from the Blaugrana so far. At this stage it's difficult to see anything other than a comfortable win to take them to 99 points and another league title.
Valdes comes a long way off his line to make a clearance, he gets there but Diego Costa had fouled Puyol.
Barca are carving the visitors defence up at will here now. Bojan, Messi and Pedro giving them real problems at the back. Bojan lofts one through to Messi who looked suspiciously offside, he nods it round the advancing goalkeeper but can't keep it in play as it runs out for a goal kick.
Prieto fires a long ball forward as the visitors try to muster a response but that's hopeful at best as Valdes collects it with ease.
GOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!! Pedro cuts in from the right to meet Lionel Messi's weighted through ball and coolly slots through the legs of Jacobo. Barca well and truly in the driving seat now.
Alves bursts into the box and into a shooting position but Sereno gets across to make an excellent tackle. It's another corner for Barcelona.
GOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAALLLLLLLL!!!! It's an own goal. Luis Prieto. Excellent work from Pedro who got to the byline out on the left and drove a low ball across. Barca had nobody in there but it didn't matter as Prieto's touch took it past his own goalkeeper to gift Barca the lead.
Own Goal Luis Prieto
Ir was a nervy start from Barca but they are completely in control now, playing it almost entirely in Valladolid's half. Messi wins another corner as Puyol forces another at the near post. Messi again to take, Jacobo gathers easily.
MESSI!?!?! Goal, surely!?!?! No!!! WIDE!?!? It seemed certain that he would slot home a trademark side footed finish after Yaya Toure's shot from the edge of the box was bravely blocked by Pele but Messi picked it up and tried to slot it home but put it a foot wide. Great chance goes to waste.
BOJAN!! Fires a stinging drive from 15 yards but Jacobo again is equal to it. He's been the busiest man on the pitch so far, the Valladolid shot stopper.
Messi again in possession with one of his dazzling runs, crossing from right to left. He had options in Bojan and Pedro but opted to go alone from a narrow angle and Jacobo saved for another corner.
Great work from Yaya Toure to create some space down the right, he eventually finds Lionel Messi who opens up to fire a decent effort at goal but it was easy enough for Jacobo.
MALAGA LEAD IN ANDALUCIA! The relegation strugglers have taken the lead against Madrid, Duda with the goal.
Yaya Toure fires one from similar range to Keita, this time Jacobo had to tip it over. The resulting corner was driven in low towards the penalty spot and Bojan latched onto it with a ferocious drive but failed to hit the target.
KEITA!! The Mali midfielder fired a well struck shot from 25 yards there and had Jacobo stretched but ultimately failed to hit the target as it sailed a yard wide. Decent attempt as the Blaugrana seem to be getting to grips with the game here.
Valladolid have a corner, Pique's headed clearance drops to Pele who fires goalwards from about 20 yards, another deflection, another corner. Puyol tries to animate the troops, they are on the back foot here now that's for sure.
Valdes again uncertain at the back and this time the ball breaks to Javier Baraja who smashes a drive from distance but it deflects wide for a corner. Nervy start for Barca and in particular their goalkeeper. Bright start from the visitors, it must be said.
HOWLER FROM VALDES!?! Back pass from Pique and the keeper took a touch, a poor touch, allowing Barragan to take it off his toe yards from goal and as the ball broke Manucho tried to stroke it into the empty net but somehow Puyol got his body in the way to block it.
Bojan in possession but he's shepherded out over the byline for a goal kick. Good defending from Luis Prieto.
An early goal would certainly settle nerves inside Camp Nou as Barca try to enforce their rhythm early on.
The visitors get us underway in the final 90 minutes of the 2009/10 season.
The players are out on the pitch and we're about to get under way any minute now, No Xavi for Barca, he's suspended and they start without Andres Iniesta too who is coming back from injury. Zlatan Ibrahimovic doesn't start.
Hello and welcome to Goal.com's LIVE coverage of Barcelona v Valladolid from Camp Nou. Both teams have it all to play for as the hosts try to secure back to back titles while Javier Clemente's side must win in order to avoid the drop. It promises to be an intriguing contest...
