We've had some feedback on which Premier League star our readers are looking forward to seeing in action the most this evening. @TheOnlyJermanii says Eden Hazard of Chelsea, whom I neglected to mention will be the star later on, while @ROMO_OMOR says Andres Iniesta. Slightly misguided, but thanks anyway.

Away from England and back to the Continent now. Netherlands defender John Heitinga is looking forward to the future, as opposed to dwelling on the calamity that was Euro 2012. Anyone reckon the Dutch can mount another challenge for the World Cup in 2014? You know how to get in touch...

Elsewhere, England captain Steven Gerrard has told his team-mates that underestimating Ukraine could prove fatal tonight at Wembley. And he's probably right. Ukraine played England off the park at Euro 2012, and may well have gone through, were it not for that decision.

But back to the World Cup qualifiers for now. Jordi Alba, who of course scored in the Euro 2012 final win against Italy, has insisted that Spain are eager for even more success and are not satisfied with their three consecutive titles. It would be something else if they were to win four in a row...

Meanwhile, away from internationals, we have big news on the club front. Goal.com can confirm that Manchester United are prepared to sell Anderson, who joined the club for a whopping €22.5 million in 2007, but has struggled to hold down a regular first team place since.

Of course, while we talk about teams trying to qualify for the tournament, we've neglected to mention the team that get a place automatically. Neymar was roundly booed by his own fans during the 1-0 win over South Africa, but scored a hat-trick as Brazil thrashed China 8-0, and was given a perfect score in Goal.com's player ratings. So, that's his 'lull' over.

Portugal made it to the semi-finals of Euro 2012, but could only must a 2-1 win over Luxembourg on Friday. They play their first home game of 2014 World Cup qualifying against Azerbaijan later. Can Ronaldo & Co. record a 3-0 win as Goal.com's Mark Doyle predicted?
